They were short-handed and still gave me excellent service. And considering how many people were checking out. They got to me faster than I thought would be possible. They had someone who was bilingual working, which is a must. AWESOME job

I went in with a dead battery about 9:30 am. I was in my pick-up that a neighbor had jumped me off.Profesional and quick service: A very friendly woman installed my new battery. In and out within 30 minutes.

Maria was great help. I appreciate it, I did end up purchasing the Innova 3040 RS with a little bit of troubleshooting myself. Was able get it to link up Bluetooth to my phone and was able to put in my mileage and everything and see all sorts of necessary information about your vehicle that you may not know which is very helpful. It did tell me that one of my ignition coil packs is bad with the code p0352 I will go get a set of new coil packs and a air mass flow sensor which I'm very sure it is never been replaced before on this vehicle. I called the store and spoke with them about a car battery, They were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I went to the store and bought the battery, They installed it, great overall experience with the sale and installation. I later learned the store manager Jonathon was who sold me the battery and installed it and recommended a battery maintenance kit. I had planned on buying components separately for the kit. He showed me a kit with everything in one package. He was great installing the battery which is one of those jobs that if done poorly can really affect your car and the battery life. He knew what he was doing and was very professional and friendly thought the entire process. Highly recommended. I will be back for parts and batteries.

The store is very clean well-stocked always have products if you can't find it they will locate it Air customer service is excellent the store manager if you ever have an issue aOr anything.. The manager is right there to provide perfect quality service.Their staff is very knowledgeable they get the job done excellent job

I went in for a battery change after a rough day. The price for the replacement was much more than I had anticipated, and with money being tight as expected from a college student hours away from her hometown, it sent my emotions over the edge. I wish I had gotten the names of the kind women who went above and beyond as not only employees, but human beings. They offered me a tissue, a hug, an additional discount on my purchase so that I was able to afford it, and carried on with the battery replacement by making lighthearted and funny conversation while continuously checking in on me. These women had no idea what I was going through, and I want them to know that their kindness is something I will never forget. Spectacular service that I will gladly recommend.

This is by far the best place to get parts around here. The store is clean and everything you need is here. There prices are good. Mrs.Jeri is the absolute best (this lady needs a raise) she went above and beyond the call of duty to get the part yesterday No One Had. she called so many places all the places around here and even far away to get me the part. And she gotbit for me. If I could give more stars I would I give her a million for effort and yall if you need parts you know we're to go. Ask for Mrs Jeri she is the best

Maria and Nichole at the montevallo store they are great at there Job they will help with anything you need my car wouldn t start and it acted like the battery was dead and miss Nichole checked it for me and it was bad and she also checked my alternator and it was bad and her manager helped her with every question she had I recommend auto zone in Montevallo 100% if Maria isn t there ask for Nichole they will help with what ever you need if they don t have the part they will find a way for you to get said part

Extremely maddening that they Cannot get parts to the mechanic on time so the mechanic can get your vehicle to your when they say they can. It's not the first time it's happened. Will request to my mechanic to get parts elsewhere even if it costs more.

While a car part store isn't necessary my favorite place to shop, I like the fact that we can usually go in here and get what we need. They will also come out with their little Gizmo and check why your engine light is on! Another nice feature is, you build up cash back on products you can earn with your purchases. Now that is really a great little bonus!! The counter people are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. " Gizmo", what can I say lol?

Maria at the Montevallo store 4844 is a wonderful manager what I have seen when I go in there is respect with her employees and customers in feel like family in there and maria welcome everyone and she knows what I need when I ask her 100%

The manager Mrs. Maria is rude, sarcastic, and treats customers as if they are bothering her. The other employees DO NOT know ANYTHING about automotive parts, and try to sell you a lot lot parts that you don't need. AutoZone should hire people that know what they are selling, or stay at mcdonalds

Neighborhood service is dead. Don't try to shop at the store 30 min prior to closing, they will not let you in the store. Extremely rude and unhelpful. The store is actually 3/4 of a mile from my house, I will drive 12 miles to O O O O'Rileys....

It's great when certain employees isn't there some have real bad attitude problems
