If i could give them negative reviews, I would! My friend took an older car in to get an estimate on repairs. Instead of an estimate, they fixed the car without her permission and charged her over $3000. What dishonest people. I would be afraid to buy something from them.

Wowza, let me tell you about my adventure in search of the mighty Denali Ultiamte! After a month-long pursuit, I finally found my holy grail at Lee Motor Company! But wait, there's a catch - they were three hours away from me. I called Phillip Allen at 8:37 AM, and he immediately became my superhero salesman, swooping in to save the day. Four minutes later, at 8:41 AM, we had a deal! Talk about lightning-fast service!But then the real question remained - how on earth was I going to get my hands on this beauty? Cue my knight in shining armor, Phillip, who offered to deliver the truck right to my doorstep, without even having to ask, and without any extra cost. The cherry on top? The delivery guys were super cool and had all the paperwork ready to go.In the end, it was hands down the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had. Thank you, Phillip, and thank you, Lee Motor Company, for making my dreams come true and delivering them straight to my door!

Service center is a joke took my truck in for a alignment they claimed it couldn't be aligned as it needed Pittman arm tie rodes and ball joints along with brakes. I'm a mechanic myself so I went home and looked it over and low and behold none of these parts are warn to the point they need replacing. They were just trying to rip me off.

Saw a new 2022 Chevy on their website site that was interesting for our daughter so my wife called and the lady on the phone 1st couldn't understand that she wanted to talk to sales then transferred her to nowhere so my wife hung up after about 10 minutes of waiting for nothing. I drove up to look at the vehicle and there was no one in the show room and no one at the service desk so I finally found someone called the "consultation" person. He couldn't tell me much about the vehicle except that it was still in route to the dealership and not even there. Finally found the only salesman on duty and he said the vehicle might be in on December 7th but it was still on a boat and that they would not negotiate from the windows sticker and they make you buy a $2500 warranty whether you want it or not. This is definitely not how to do car business. This is definitely not how to be a small town dealership and service your local customers. Please close up shop. No one in Monroeville needs to be treated that poorly just trying to get info on a car you don't even have.

Had a 7:15am appointment which I made a week ahead of time. I travel for my job and I m in that area once or twice a week. Needless to say they did not get to my car because of an emergency. That s all well and good and sorry about that, but they did not call to let me know. I called them for the status around 11:30 and 1:30 and my car was still in the same spot. So my car would have been there all day for nothing and I couldn t leave it overnight because I wasn t coming back until the next week. Will not waste my time again.

I wouldn t do much as let this dealership wash my car. After witnessing the shady and borderline line illegal practices of selling cars and trucks they don t even have and then failing to deliver on their promise for almost 4 months, when we were told it would be ready within 2 weeks. After 4 months this dealership felt it was fully ethical to force us to trade in the car we never even saw or had the chance to and then pay $5k more just to be able to get a truck at all, no apologies or remorse whatsoever. When we finally had the second truck delivered, FOUR MONTHS LATER the sales manager called and yelled at us because we took too long filling out the paperwork and told us he didn t appreciate us wasting his staff members time when we took the 2 mins to copy the paperwork they forced us to sign but refused to leave us a copy of . after waiting for 4 mos for a truck we already were making payments on. Again, no remorse, no ethics, and no care for their customers at all. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. Deal with a dealership with a moral code instead.

I called online to finance a jeep. I waited days for a call back from Wendy and never received one. I called again and Wendy told me the finance manager was busy. I waited another week...still no call. I checked the company's facebook page to then see it had been sold to someone else. It just would've been nice to know that they didn't want my business instead of leaving me in the dark.

I was in search of a truck that's apparently a diamond in the rough beauty special edition truck! I'd spoke with several dealerships and been told it was an impossible truck, wasn't made with all the specs and features I wanted or was told I needed to be open minded, be willing to compromise on some things. One conversation with Andre Gillard at Lee Motor telling him everything I wanted and about an hour later, he called back. He found my truck with everything I desired from the colors, rims, bed length, spray in liner, off road nerf bars, interior/exterior features, everything. He made it his priority to find exactly what I wanted. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, welcoming and played a very important part in locking the truck down and getting it here! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I'd recommend Lee Motor Co 100% and Andre is the man to see. Thank you all at Lee Motor Co so much for all the parts you contributed in finding my truck, retrieving the truck from an unbelievable distance and for making me feel that my happiness with the truck was as important to you as it is to me! If I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, you will be my first stop. I know this is long but they deserve the recognition for the lengths they've all gone to for me!

I have been looking for the past few months for a Chevy Silverado. I knew the year and the model I wanted. And I researched and found several dealers within a few hundred mile radius. I spoke to Andre at Lee Motor Company. He had the truck I was interested in and I agreed to a fair price. He describe the vehicle before I drove from Gulf Breeze Florida to Monroeville Alabama. Everything he said was exactly what I saw when I first saw the vehicle and test drove it. I would not hesitate in referring a friend or family member. Unlike the rest of people that don t find pleasure in buying an automobile. All I can say is after my own research they were the only dealer that were willing to negotiate fairly with me. Thank you Andre for your expert salesmanship and being honest with me.

Worst dealership ever! I regret I ever even bought a vehicle from this company! The vehicle was messed up from the time I purchased it, they call themselves fixing the problem but only succeeded in making the problem worse! Not only did I have to take make vehicle back once but three times! No one should have to spend over 1500 bucks fixing a vehicle they just bought off the lot after spending 1500 on a down payment. This is down right ridiculous and unjust. And to top it all off some of the people there are less than honest and the service is horrible! I wish I could give them zero stars but it won't let me post this important message without giving a rating. Do yourself a favor people and just keep driving right past this dealership!

We had a 8:00am appointment to have our motor home diagnosed and possibly worked on. Showed up at 7:30, called at 10:00 and 1:30. Finally realized at 3:00 that no one had even looked at the vehicle. Spent all day in town waiting for the service department to contact us. Picked it up 3:30 as we live in it during the winter months. If your looking for good service, would recommend going some place else.

I purchased a 2015 yukon that we have had Nuttin but problems with In June of 2018 . Replaced injectors under warranty , Two times done a fuel flush , replaced sensors in the driver seat under warranty , out of my pocket me and my wife has had to replace the battery $260 , the A/C went out , The onstar module went bad haven't replaced it yet $786 , the passenger tail light $500 . Many times the battery will be dead in the mornings when my wife gets ready to go to work . The gauges on the dash go crazy lights flash inside the truck the tail gate access on the dash say it s open when the tail gate is closed will not dismiss, We asked to trade the truck in on something better so they Offered a 2016 yukon with 66,000 miles for $56,000 after trade in of our Yukon . That s a $15,000 loss on our Yukon in just 11 months !!!! We are first time buyers of our Home town dealership that we spent our hard earned money with and we should be able to trust but That s not the case with our Yukon !!! Never will buy again from this company !!!

Don't bother, go past this place. WARNING WARNING they don't care if you stop or not. Rich or poor they don't need your business. Paid cash for a Vehicle and couldn't even type the title up correctly. I'm not even going to say more. Go elsewhere trust me. I learned the hard way, after 5 oil changes. Try calling the number on file, because I called you today and woke Eric up.

Well truck has been over there for a week now and they keep telling me its next in line every time i call but the techs have already started something different than i was told previously when mine was supposed to be next guess I will have to tow it to peach Chevrolet in brewton to have a simple repair done tried calling to speak with jessica who app oligopolies to every other bad review I mean just say we don t have time to fix it before u schedule appointments that you cannot keep
