this is the worst place to take your truck, they are rude and do not take accountability for there action. we took our truck for an air leek, it stayed up there for a week and nothing was done.they said that they can't find the issue and charged us anyways, when we brought the truck back we decided to check our self and it was the passenger air tank leaking you can hear it and see it when you spray water on it. when I called to let them know they accused me for questioning there job and that they know what they are doing and I was wrong for even questioning them and hung up the phone on me. I have recordings of where our air is leaking that we found our self in 10 min. If you don't want to waist time and money as a company I would not recommend for you to come here. this place should be shut down.

I m gonna tell ya I ve had service all over the country Peggy D. With wards in parts is an awesome employee she handled my call in an exact demonstration of perfect Customer service in my opinion one of the best employees I have ever talk to in a service or parts division of any truck repair shop five star in my opinion deserves $100 an hour for service excellent

Probably the best International Truck parts department I've ever dealt with in 10 years. From the parts reps to the cashier everybody was helpful and polite. Wish they were closer to home.

Typical greedy stealership. Went into the shop just to ask a question about my AC system because I wasn t sure if I had a problem or not. I just wanted to know if the ambient air temp sensor is tied into the HVAC system, very simple question. Mine gives very high readings because it s mounted by the radiator. The service manager refused to tell me anything about my system unless I paid the shop for an hours labor. What kind of shop refuses to educate the customers about their problem so he can make an informed decision? Chad the service manager needs to learn some customer service skills. Save your money and go down the road where you can get some customer service. Congrats Chad, you just bumped Wards rating down. Keep up the good work and maybe we can get rid of Wards and get a real shop in town instead.

Great customer service, Ms. Jennifer in the service department is a sweetheart. Always so helpful. Mr. Howard in sales is a Blessing he made the purchasing of a couple of buses very easy

I am employed at this business. And quality service and repairs are held to the highest standards. Half effort isn't accepted from this employer or its employees. As of recent months after working there for some years. Ive had to make the decision to move to another employer. Due to unsafe work practices and a couple working side by side that seem to like drama in the workplace combined with the enormous price of health insurance and the company s unwillingness to help compensate for some of the cost has madeMe decide i had to seek out better more stable work enviroment. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone wanting to attempt to perform their daily work task in an unorganized childish drama filled enviroment

We had a truck towed into the Mobile dealership . Got the run around about when the truck would be looked at. Our truck was under a time sensitive load which didn't matter to them. Management was rude during the whole process. After work was finished paying the bill so the truck could go became another nightmare. I would never use this dealership again.

This is the worst place iI have ever been to .took our truck in on Tuesday for the ABS and AC to be fixed on Friday they tell us that the wrong part came in .they didn't have to put any part on the ABS just fix some wiring . but they didn't tell us that . they charged $1200 in labor and didn't work on it 4 hours . then when we finally get on the truck our refrigerator and microwave was turned over and all our food was on the floor and they had broke our eld50 which is our computer for the logbook .they are rude and have no idea how to treat people .I will never recommend this place to anyone .They very next day the ABS light is back on .so they charged us 1200 for labor and didn't fix a Damn thing

Worst service everMy name in Rich and i own a fleet company of 9 trucks, one of my trucks had a check engine light and I decided to take it to Ward international in Mobile AL. When i arrived at the shop they checked the codes and told me that they will fix it in couple days. The truck been sitting at their parking lot for 17 days and they didn't take a look at it.Every time I call them they are saying that they are working on the truck and they don't know what is the problem.Today 07/06/15 I drove by the shop and my truck was in the same parking spot when I left it 17 days ago. They said that the truck is being repaired but in fact was staying outside all this time. I just called them today again and now they said it will take another 2weeks before they can work on it. I am very disappointed and I will never recommend to anyone to go to Ward international .i will be in AL in couple days to pick up my truck from those liars .Its a real life situation.

These ppl are extremely slow about getting your truck back. Costing companies money. They obviously don't have the manpower to do their job. And the truck they call themselves fixing, is never fixed.Lawd, ppl
