I had a nail in my tire. I was told BAD NEWS ~ That it couldn't be patched. GOOD NEWS ~ they could sell me a 300.00 tire and of course Plus labor charges. I asked if it was leaking and they said NO, I was good to drive on it. I took my car to Costco. The picture shows what was in my tire. Costco pulled it out and told me it hadn't been long enough to puncture anything. ...... Can I give the dealership a negative star rating. For trying to take advantage of vacationers for a quick $$$

Absolutely horrendous service department. The idea of having an appointment is a mystery to this office. 730 appointment - tech doesn't come in until 8. Associate blames it on the 3rd party service that books appointments. Over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Clueless staff, uncaring techs...will not be surprised if they use the wrong type of oil and fluids. Great car dealer - horrible service center. Will never use again.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

The crew was very pleasant and understanding. They never once belittled my knowledge if my car like most other shops. Best part they were quick with the repairs both needed and had been put off. Def would recommend to all VW owners.

Like always folks there was real nice ..but like normal to have a service done right it took alittle over 1.5 hrs was real pleased with how they where very professional

I called the service manager several times directly and NEVER received a call back from him. The online portal will let you make appointments that are not even possible.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil changeServices: Auto maintenance, Oil change
