I Had to bring my car back because I hit a few bumps and damaged my bumper. A few people dented my car opening there car doors and my car began to look horrible. My car is back on the road looking nice

Extremely satisfied with the quality and communication from Vic and his office staff. Definitely will use this business for any future automotive paint and detailing.I was driving down I-10 and 5 gallons of white paint fell off a trailer in front of me and proceeded to go all over my Black truck. Vic got me a timely estimate on paint and detail and took my truck in same day. Not only did they paint, sand and buff but went above and beyond by dying my plastics and even wet sanding my headlights. My truck looks better than the day I bought it off the lot.

Vic and his team did a great job restoring the roof of my GMC Sierra. Vic was very responsive, and the work was completed when promised. I would highly recommend using Vic for your auto body needs.

Great customer service, very detailed Vic knows exactly what he s doing. He s the ONLY person who can work on my car. Vic has done work to my car twice and both times I ve been very satisfied

Vic s Custom s Paint & Body is one of the best paint & body company s in the City. I wrecked my Porsche twice and you can t tell that it has ever been wrecked. I was thinking of traded in. I had the mechanics look at it at the car lot. They asked who done my paint and body work because who ever done it did and awesome job and you couldn t tell it had been wrecked. 10 out of 10 hands down.

Vic s Custom Paint & Body LLC has serviced our family vehicles each time there has been a need for auto body repair after minor collisions. The repaired paint work looked brand new and matched the paint on the other parts of the car that were not damaged, identically. There is no job too big or small, Vic s Custom Paint & Body can handle it all!

My car was involved in a hit and run, I took my car to Vic and my car was fixed within 1 week. This wasn t my first time working with him the customer service is always top tier and turn around time is always done in a timely manner.

Got everything I needed fixed on my car and made the process very easy from the things he could take care of himself to services that had to be done by others such as the tow and alignment needed. All I had to do was call and everything was taken care of. There was always someone to answer the phone when I had questions on my vehicle. Service was phenomenal from start to finish.

The owner here assaulted me, a former employee who worked at this auto shop. Vic also refused to pay me my last check for the work I did for him. Legal action had to be taken. Horrible representative of a company. Seems dangerous and erratic. Not a good environment.

(Demon!)Very rude and when he gets aggravated he gets very aggressive he cuss and says he hate dealing with blacks because we try to get over he fix what he think needs to be fixed and wants to do all the talking actually i hate ever dealing with this guy worse body shop ever

I need more Stars to rate this shop and that's in all honesty. Vic's Paint & Body is a great shop to go to if you want great work done by awesome people. I turned my car into Vic right before the Christmas & New Year holidays and even through those days he came in day & night to make sure my car was priority. The attitude and drive he has is amazing, the guy is a workaholic and will do anything to satisfy his customers. He doesn't hesitate to call and give updates. He answers EVERY Call. The shop is just awesome! My car was an inch away from insurance totaling it out, but Vic did his thing and brought my car all the way back to life. The finish product had me shocked beyond words! So 10 Stars rating for me... Take ya wrecked vehicles to VIC'S CUSTOM PAINT & BODY LLC. IT'LL BE WORTH IT

Vic s was recommended by a close friend that said he did quality work. Unfortunately, the repairs required over 6 weeks to complete and we were stuck with an extra $450 in rental car charges. This wasn t a difficult repair ($3000 damages). As the rental car insurance coverage was expiring we were told over the phone by Vic s that they would cover the difference for the extra rental costs out of the deductible. When we picked up the car today the owner then stated he would only pay 2 days ($60 total) of the $443 total extra rental car bill. I can t recommend using this business based on the extended time required for the work and the misrepresenting of how the rental car overage would be handled.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The day after my daughter car was wrecked I took it to Vic that Monday for an estimate. He was so helpful and professional he put me in a rental that day. I gave him the claim number and he took care of the rest. At one point the insurance adjuster told me my daughters car was deemed totaled because it cost too much to fix it. My daughters damage was only to the front passenger side of her car. I called Vic and he got with the adjuster who then called me and said that they were paying for the damage. I recommend any and everyone to do business with Vics

My car was damaged by hurricane Zeta. I chose Vic s because they are a locally owned business. The paint job is perfect. Staff always kept me informed of when to expect my vehicle would be finished. COVID slowed progress due to illness within staff. I am more than pleased with their work. Vic got my car looking like new again after it was hit. He worked with me and was very helpful and understanding. He updated me on this that were going on with my car considering I was scared and do not trust many with my car. He understood that got my car done in a timely fashion overall great service.

DO NOT bring your car here!!! I just came with a friend and the owner is very rude, condescending when asked why there were still dents in the car door. On several occasions when asking for details, the owner Vic, said things like if you would have read this or did your research you would have known. He thought I was an insurance adjuster... lol. There's no reason to be so ugly when someone is questioning you about the work that they paid for. The building also smells terrible.

Vic was SUPER helpful and easy to work with on getting my car fixed. He communicates well, super accommodating, works fast and the finished product speaks for itself! I d give him more stars if it were possible. You won t regret getting bodied by Vic!!

I dropped my car off there to get an estimate done and was supposed to pick the car up the next day.when I went to pick up the car and the estimate the next day ,and this guy already had my car in pieces without my consent . When I asked what s going on he said he already contacted the insurance company and they are going to pay for it and the money was on the way to his account. After reviewing the estimate it was things that I didn t want done by him and things that wasn t don t in the wreck he got furious when I contacted my insurance company and stopped the check .That s not the only thing I heard about him and sketchy things beaware when dealing with this guy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My son took his wrecked car to this shop. The work was ok, took a while. But when he paid the bill they tacked on $120 for using a credit card! Also someone at the shop used my AMEX card for a fraudulent $50 charge. When he got his car home he realized they failed to put the bulbs in the lights.
