Great service from start to finish. Office staff was helpful and friendly. When it came time to decide what repairs I wanted, they were willing to discuss with me and let me know what was absolutely needed and what was simply recommended. Pricing is fair and work was completed quickly. Highly recommend, will be returning for other service.P.S. - Their oil changes are much cheaper than the 10 minute places around here.

Been going here for years to get my oil changes or any diagnostics while Mr. Charles was the owner. My experience was still good now with Tuffy being the franchise owner. I saw they're also willing to help with costs where/when available. Used a coupon I didn't realize included a tire rotation. The manager was good enough to let me know that!

I had new tires put on. Also an oil change. The service was great. Finished on time. They even drove me to a close by place to wait as I m a bit elderly. I've used this place for years before they changed owners and still got same great service. I highly recommend them.

I took my ooooollllddd car in for a check up. Had several problems. From the reception to the mechanics, all were professional and extremely helpful. Received some repairs that day and a printout of things that need attention w/an estimate for each service. I now have a to-do list and I know how much to expect to pay for them. I love this place.

I really loved the experience they were very polite very welcoming every car I purchase I make sure I bring my car there to get an inspection I plan to return soon for another inspection so I can start repairs would definitely recommend

They have had my son's car off and on for close to 3 weeks and it seems like nothing was actually fixed, if anything it is worse. We keep being told it drives fine for them but when we go to pick it up it drives the same way it did when we dropped it off initially. They lied about the oil change, just flat out didn't do it but charged us for that. Luckily my husband checked it before leaving with it the first time. The manager is rude and is accusing us of trying to get out of paying for it . We paid for the initial "repair." I just want it safe for my 16 year old son who drives the car everyday. They won't get another dollar from us. I do not recommend them for any type of maintenance or repair work.

I recently was in the market of purchasing a new car. I took the car that I was thinking of purchase to this location and Mike gave a thorough inspection of the car. He pointed out some things that I probably needed to address with the dealer regarding the car. I was very impressed with Mike. I will be visiting this service center again. One of the best automotive shops in town. Oil changes, batteries and expert auto repairs are available without appointment. I recently learned that appointments are needed to get your car back to you faster. The company is superb Charles left his customers in fine hands.

Repairs by honest kind folks. They tell you right away if there are any changes or additional repairs. Prices are good, no hidden charges. I highly recommend them.

Very customer service oriented. They will give it to you straight. Really honest, explains things so you understand what the problem is, and if they can't fix it, they refer you to someone else who can. You can not get a more decent and fair car service center than this one. Please keep up your awesome work.

I used to go all the time. Charles was great, knows his stuff, friendly, works with you! I will NEVER EVER go back. His staff stole a knife from inside my vehicle. They denied taking it. It was in there before I let them work on it, then it was gone. His staff lied about taking it. Basically told me you can't prove it, the video didn't show anyone take anything. What he didn't say was how poor quality the video was and did not cover all angles. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF ANY VALUE IN YOUR CAR, THEY WILL STEAL IT AND SAY THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT!!!!Service: Oil change
