The guys at Theodore Collision are true professionals. Their experienced staff does great work and Josh and Danny keep you informed the whole time. They took care of my truck and made it look like brand new. If you need any work done they re your guys.

Ok so I want to start by saying thank you to Josh, Danny and the rest of the team for doing a really great job give them a 5 star review for simple fact that my car looks better than the day I bought it and it was wrecked pretty bad on the front end lots of work and time went into this car and I'm eternally grateful. However you do have some people like my father in law that kinda nit pick at some small things and say well for that kinda money they should have re painted the whole car and fix things were already there but that's stuff they were not paid to or required to fix they were paid to fix the damage from the wreck and they did and did an amazing job most definitely will be where I go to if I ever need work like this done again they were patient with me and the insurance company and took real good care of me and my car so again thank you guys so much I love it

Outstanding work done to my 2002 gmc sierra. Had a whole bed replacement and some paint work and now it s looks brand new. Thank you Theodore collision for your awesome work.

I brought my car there immediately after messing up my bumper. They took care of my car and immediately got to Wk on my claim. I m currently waiting on the insurance side and they ll be able to repair it. They are very thorough, courteous and informative. Highly recommend. I have had previous Wk done there before. I used Theodore Collision for front bumper and trim over the wheel. They were great from the start to the finish. Got a great estimate with no appointment. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained serval options and let me choose what worked for me and worked with me throughout the entire process. They had my car less than a week and did a fantastic job. Looks like new again.

They done a awesome job on my truck rare color matches perfectly once insurance cleared thy only took a few days keep me informed the whole time honest people great price I would recommend my mom to them awesome job guys thank you

Chapman s has done work on my car 3 different times in 6 months. My car looks perfect every time too. Like nothing ever happened. I will never use another body shop and recommend them to anyone. Me and my family have had multiple cars fixed at Chapmans paint and body throughout the years. they are a family owned professional down to earth body shop in Theodore, they have always done great work on my vehicles. Josh and his crew are absolutely brilliant at what they do and treated my car as if it were there own.

We were supposed to have our car back in 3 days but when my wife went to pick it up the paint job had smears where the paint was put on thick and then touch before it was dry all the way through so she told a lady there that she wasn't happy and they agreed to fix the problem. It was promised to be done in 1 to 2 additional days but was not done and the excuse was the weather. At this point the insurance company doesn't want to pay for a rental anymore because it has been a couple days longer than the estimate given. So now six days have gone by and my wife has been lied to about the progress by a lady that works there multiple times and she knows this because she has to drive by for work every day and can see that the bumper isn't put on yet. On the 7th or 8th day I'm not really sure which they call and say it's done. My wife goes to pick it up and noticed runs in the clear coat but in their defense they told her she could bring it back and they'll even pay for the rental car while they fix it. We won't be bringing it back to them even if they say it's free. They quoted one price the knocked some off because of the bad job and the time it was taking only to raise the price when she went to pick it up. Maybe if they were actually considerate they would have offered to pay for the additional 4 days on the rental we had to pay for because they couldn't paint a damn bumper in 3 days like the quote said. We will not be using them again. I guess they had the cheapest quote for a reason

So far Awesome and very helpful I haven't got my vehicle fixed yet but will be ready by end of this week so I will know by then how they really are (their work/business)

They cut my weather stripping around my back door window, pin stripe bubbled up, put clear coat on way to heavy leaving heavy sags, left behind tape marks, things were missing from my truck, change in the my coin holder, my cell phone cord and a 60.00 power washing tip.He accused me of looking at my truck through a micoscope, and kept bragging all the cars he has did that cost way more then my 2016 Silverado.Mike Chapman is no longer running this shop.

Did a satisfactory job but did not meet agreed finish date. Communication was difficult, very difficult. Service manager fired and rehired during the process. Tough customer service.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
