Isaiah was very helpful and made buying my new car a breeze! I told him what I was interested in buying and he found my dream car for me. He is very nice and had a great attitude. I will definitely be coming back for my future Toyota purchases.

I had no idea what kind of car I wanted. My son who lives in California talked me into buying a Toyota. But it needed to come from a reliable dealership. He suggested Springhill Toyota. I really appreciate that I didn t have to run down a salesperson. Alfonzo, greatest news with a bright smile. He was honest and put all my fears at rest. Everyone involved is the sale, was honest. And reassuring.

I love my truck but it s a shame that they would do so much to cover up scratches and paint chips that I couldn t see until they started coming off a truck with less than 50,000 miles looks like it was washed with a wire brush and rocks. With no resolution looks like it s time to make a report to the BBB auto division for selling faulty equipment. It s a shame a customer should have to do but apparently necessary.

Our salesperson was Gavin and let me say he did an excellent job and represented Springhill Toyota very well. Gavin was very patient with us as we worked to get just the right vehicle for us. Gavin was very knowledgeable about the Toyota line up and worked to get us a very good deal. We would highly recommend Gavin to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. Best of luck to Gavin as he moves forward in his career!

His desire to insure you are a satisfied customer is evident.Otherwise my personal opinion ofThe warranty s stated for TOYOGUARD AND THE BUTLERTotaling $1100 for these ACCESSORY LEAVES a lot to be desired. I was please with my service. Alan was very helpful! I give him 5 stars! His customer service technique was by far too tier! The dealership was also very clean! I am pleased to say that I am very satisfied with the service from Alan and the overall cleanliness of the dealership! What a great team they have at Springhill Toyota!

Bryan (10/10) was good to deal with!Finance section needs to get it together!(-1/10)Was asked to have everything ready to go before arriving. There is no reason to not be able to have everything squared away and ready to go! Name one person who wants to sit around for hours. Then they tried to sell everything extra under the sun even after telling the guy I am here to buy a truck and thats it.

Bryan was knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to work with. My daughter made her first purchase and he made the experience smooth and easy. I would recommend Bryan to all of my going and friends. My daughter was nervous, but Bryan was able to ease all of her anxieties! Great job!!

They kept things easy and straightforward. There were no surprise junk fees in the end. Skyler in sales and Roslyn in finance were awesome. We re not the easiest customers, we have a lot of questions and of course we like to be careful with our money. They were patient with us, flexible with their time, and answered all our questions.

We recently bought a used Honda Pilot at Springhill Toyota in Mobile, Alabama. And our experience was very positive. Our salesman, Alan, was very warm and friendly, eager to help, accommodating, and efficient. Everything went smoothly and quickly. And we were very pleased with our purchase! Though our SUV was a 2017 model, it looked almost brand new. It was in very good condition. Thanks, Alan and Springhill Toyota!

Purchased a new 2023Tacoma TRD off road from Mr. Leonard Stradford. It was a great experience. I understand why he is called the legend. Truly a pleasure to deal with on all levels. No nonsense straight forward. Will always deal with him when I purchase a Toyota or Lexus product in the future as long as he is there!

Very attentive! Timely on service. Washed my truck too!-One of the mechanics did a little damage as they were taking my truck back for routine service. The service mgr. made sure I was aware of the problem and so far has gone over and above what was necessary to resolve the issue.

I had a great car buying experience at Springhill Toyota. I purchased a used vehicle and there was no pressure from the salesman and he went above and beyond. I live about an hour and a half from them and the salesman FaceTimed me to show me the vehicle and would show and answer anything I asked. They held the vehicle for me only on my word as I was going to come look at it that day. When I got there 8 hours later the truck was cleaned and ready as if I was going to purchase. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that afternoon and I d have to say that was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Would definitely go back to them in the future

Able to get the truck I wanted, ordered the way I wanted. But it all went downhill from there.Plan on spending another $700 on toyo-guard. Which is only two oil changes and 4 tire rotations. Not rotation AND balance, just rotation. In no way is that $700 of work. Springhill MUST add toyo-guard to 80% of their vehicle allocations, being THEY made a deal with Toyota Southeast. So get ready for that. Also, Springhill will try and sell a "extended" service plan when in the financial office, even though you have already been stuck with toyo-guard. So pay attention to what you're signed up for; along with the key fob warranty, wheel+tire warranty, auto butler, etc.In all got what I wanted, but at a price. It is not a buyers market for anything these days, especially for anything automotive.And the stickers. Wish they hadn't put it center elevation on the tailgate.

Reggie Hill replied to my questions promptly and was available for the two weeks it took me to compare and decide and I didn t feel pressured.
