I walked into the Mobile store and the Store Manager greeted me and it made me feel like a valued customer Latonya Dixon went above and beyond for me today and that s why she definitely earned my business! Everyone was friendly and it was fast and efficient I appreciate great customer service! My vehicle looks great also!

I wasn t too happy that I got hung up on, all I wanted a price to mount and balance 4 tires and thought I would try here because I didn t want any chance of damaging my new wheels. I don t understand why that would be confusing and then just hang up on me is really bad business.

I came in today needing a new set of tires for my car. The service was phenomenal and the owner was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what type and style of tires would best fit my car. It made my experience much more comfortable. The best part was the price! This place definitely beats any tire shop around. Thank you so much!!

LaTonya the manager was very helpful very good experience.nice person all around, went in on a Friday got my tires on a Monday due to ordering process which was extremely quick. Jada was nice as well very friendly.Thank you rimtyme.

What s up competition that we re running threw mud it s Mike a Exotic Wheels and tires up the street from you guys I have had customers come in my shop saying y all are bad mouthing my establishment what kind of franchise does that?? I got videos don t let me post them on your page cause next time we hear yall try to slander our name we re posting the videos and face it we are here to take over an run you out of mobile there a New Wheel shop in mobile Exotic Wheels and tires

Great customer service! I purchased a set of new tires and was shocked when they told me I could pay them off in 90 days! I also had a leak in one of my tires bc of the bead not seating to the rim properly and late in the day the whole crew went out of their way to make sure it was fixed! Would recommend to anyone seeking rims and tires.

These guys are a life saver. I had recently had the breaks done before a road trip. The lug nuts we're not properly tightened after wards and by the time we stopped, one tyre only had one lug nut holding it own. I managed to get the at least 4 lug nuts on each tyre and then started calling shops trying to find a place that had the special sized spined lug nuts. RimTyme didn't have the exact fit but knew what I needed to replace them. They made sure that they would fit before they sold them and put them on free of charge. We still had 12 hours to go on our trip and we're so glad to have the tyres properly put on my professionals. The Kind of peace of mind that's worth it, and until you don't have it you take it for granted. Thankful for RimTyme Customs for helping us get that peace of mind back.

This is probably my favorite store in Mobile. Friendly bunch of guys and gals! I brought my old school RAV4 in for a fresh set of blades, because I was sitting on some Str8 up BS! My salesperson Robert recommended these fine rims from VCT, and along with some sweet low pro tires, I couldn't be happier.

We purchased a set of 20's for our SUV and we left more than satisfied. They were very nice and helpful in the process of us choosing what we wanted. I am also impressed with their payment program as there are many benefits to going that route as far as road side assistance and other add ons. I will definitely do business with them again!

Great Customer Service and Communication. Found an issue with my alignment while installing my new wheels / tires. Not many would as forthright with that information. Very appreciative of their work, and would be willing to do additional business in the future.
