I m very pleased with the work Premier Collision did on my car. After someone ran into my driver side I needed to get my car repaired and a family member recommended Premier. Great customer service from the owner, Chris. Soon as I dropped off my car I was getting a call that the work had been done and ready for pickup. I was a bit nervous but when I got there and saw my car, she looked like she did when I drove her off the lot! You couldn t event tell where the damage was and my car was detailed!If you are looking for collision repair I highly recommend Premier.

Used them several times. Always a pleasant experience. Reasonable prices, prompt service. I'm currently restoring my 95 GMC Sierra and have an appointment to repaint it there.Most shops won't do a complete paint job but they will.

I have had experience with Premier Collision for several years now. It is my please to give honor where honor. They are always been professional and timely. It's a pleasure having a company locally owned that takes care of business, and renders top notch service. Dealing with insurance companies can be daunting but once Premier is involved all of the confusion and guess work flees. My previous experiences was done through my insurance company but recently I had out-of-pocket expenses they were just as kind. Alot of times when dealing with these circumstances you can feel the deception and people making it up as they go. With that being said their integrity is unparalleled. Last but not least, the fact that they commit to detail your vehicle, guarantee their work and products, and extend future opportunities to get your car detailed is just unbelievable. When I picked my truck up it was shining like brand new money. I told my children on the way to Bible study don't mess my truck up because it look and smell so good.

Premier Collision on Sledge St. near the mall is the epitome of excellent service, professionalism and honesty!! I have been a customer for many years. Chris the owner is ALWAYS willing to help and save his customers money. Once I side-swiped my car. I needed three quotes one was for 500.00. I showed the damage to Chris and he replied, we ain t spending any money today. He s dedicated , professional and compassionate. In addition, he s great to his employees!! Other businesses should model after Premier Collision!!

The crew as a whole has great service and was very friendly. My cat was fix in the time that they as it was going to be available. Whenever I called with questions (which I had a lot). All of my questions was answered, they didn t get frustrated with me. If I need work done again. So I've only ever dealt with Chris getting my vehicle taken care of and I personally have to say I don't think I've dealt with someone as professional and genuinely nice as this guy at Premier collision. The man genuinely cares about his customers and I highly recommend him.

When I first contacted Premier Collision, I was greeted by Chris who was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with a detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done. They were very transparent throughout the entire process.When I picked up my car, I was blown away by the quality of the work. The repairs were seamless and my car looked as good as new. I had to have a fender and bumper painted and the customer service I experienced was top of the line. Their friendly staff cares about their customers and makes sure they are kept in the loop on what's going in with their vehicle. When you go into the shop for whatever reason everyone who works there makes sure you feel as if you are the best customer that they have ever had. This is an amazing place and I have used their service numerous times. I will never go anywhere else!!!I wish I could give them ten stars instead of five.

fixed my broken car window! so sweet and service was amazing! wait time for my service was not long and they cleaned out my ENTIRE CAR FOR ME afterward, which included vacuuming up glass shards from the window. very good attention to detail as well!

Went in to get my truck repaired after being rear ended. Everyone there was great to work with and helpful. Got the truck fixed in a fast time and even repaired a part that was not affected by the wreck. Above and beyond is all I have to say. Progressive matched me with Premier Collision. I was able to get my car in two days after my accident & everything was a breeze. I was told an estimate of my costs the same day I dropped it off and was also given an estimate of when it would be done. Their estimate of when it would be done was off by a day but it was perfectly fine because their work is immaculate. You also are eligible for a life time of free detailing on the car they worked on. I won t be going anywhere else for my cars.

I dropped in on a whim seeking a second estimate for damage I d done to my new vehicle s paint job. Chris came greeted me with excellent customer service, very friendly and professional. He looked at my car s damage and gave me a shocking quote! Bottom line, Premier repaired my paint damage while I waited and saved me a great deal of money. My car looks terrific again! It s so nice to know good honest businessmen still exist in the world. May God continue to bless this business for the professional and honest work they do. Go see Chris and his staff at Premier. I could not have been more satisfied with a company and service I never wanted. I was in an accident, my F-150 was t-boned, and from the moment I contacted Tyler he communicated with my insurance company to arrange receiving the vehicle, and he took care of everything from there. Whenever I called USAA for updates or to initiate an action on my end, Tyler had already talked with USAA and really expedited the process (nice to work with someone who is proactive vs reactive).The vehicle was eventually totaled out, but Tyler made the process less of a hassle for me. He and the guys at Premier Collision helped me remove my personal items from the truck as well as the truck toolbox, under-seat gun safe, brush guard, and cell booster.I highly recommend Tyler and Chris and can not thank Premier Collision enough for all of their help and assistance.Service: Body & Trim

This was fantastic service! They truly care about their customers. The length of time it took to fix my car wasn't their fault as we live in a new world and parts are hard to get. When I picked up my car they explained everything to me and went a step above and changed my license plate for me. They explained that I have lifetime warranty and free details. Big white ford truck with this logo was drunk driving swerving all over the bay way and I-10 Saturday night 8/26. Definitely ironic that it s an auto body shop. Hope they didn t hurt anyone.

They helped me save my car from being a total loss. Had Joe Hudson in mobile quote me almost 12,000 in damages. They estimated it at 5,000 and some change. TRUST THESE GUYS BEFORE BIG CORPORATION SHOPS! Will upload photos at a later date! Thank yall so much!

There is no sense of urgency with this shop. Initially they were nice when I received an estimate for my damaged truck and I was told they would give me a call as soon as parts were sent in. I heard nothing for three months. These people will let you drive with a damaged vehicle for several weeks and cannot be contacted because they won't delete their inbox and their agents who give you personal contact information will not return your message.I received much better service when I called my insurance provider to get what I neededone, but the fact this process took as long as it did is not great. It's even worse when my provider suggested this shop. I'll give credit to Chris who made sure the process was expedited, and the work did turn out great...but it was not worth waiting months to have completed. Disappointed.

In all of my years of driving (75) and with all of my minor and major accidents I have never experienced the quality of repair as I received from this repair shop. Also, the supervision and working staff treat you as if you are the only customer they have. The owner recognizes you and knows you by first name. None better. If you want the best, look no further.
