Been with Rich's for Years. Stopped by this Car Wash because I was in a rush to get to work, and when I tell you this Car Wash is way better than Rich's Hands Down. Thanks Jason for Your Help. Will be back for Sure

AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE AND YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLAR.MACHINES SEEM TO BE OUT OF CALIBRATION AND WILL NOT WASH YOUR VEHICLE PROPERLY.LEFT WITH SOAP STILL ON VEHICLE AND MOST OF THE VEHICLE STILL NOT PROPERLY WASHED. (SEE PICTURES)EMPLOYEES ARE APATHETIC AND COMPANY COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE THINGS YOU OWN. THEY RAN MY VEHICLE THROUGH TWICE AND IT WAS STILL DIRTY THE 2ND TIME THROUGH.THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T RUN A DETAILING BUSINESS AND ASKED ME WHEN WAS "THE LAST TIME I WASHED MY CAR", I ASSUME ONE IS TO BRING A CLEAN CAR TO THIS BUSINESS TO BE WASHED.BUSINESS WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED AND REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION.

$10 basic wash. No towels, so I couldn't finish cleaning my car. Wash job was so-so. Friendly employees, but busy on their phones. Rich's or Wet Tuna better and cost less. And they tape your back wiper.

I was looking for a car wash in Midtown the other day and decided to stop at Ultra Car Wash. Well I m so glad I did because they provide excellent service to their customers and my car turned out sparkling clean!One of their employees, Jason, made sure my car got clean and gave me the best 5 star service! OMG Great Service and the new management really has it spotless. I will be transferring my account from Riche s to Ultra Car Wash.. I was stunned at how great the attitudes were there. What is the deal??? They were closed for at least a month and everything is supposed to be brand new, yet somehow there is always something broken or not working (but we are paying more for their services). I pay monthly for an unlimited membership, but somehow that doesn't work properly either. I keep having to give them my card to "renew." No one knows what the issue is and can't ever seem to give me an explanation as to why I keep having to give them my card. Not worth the hassle. Customer service is no help either - they aren't local.Service: Polishing

Great service for the price if your vehicle needs to be washed the wash club starts at only $10 a month you'd spend more than that on two washes. Staff is friendly and helpful. And vac is always free with any wash!

Every employee is so friendly and helpful ! They always make you feel welcome. The facility is very clean and organized. I go there at least once a week and I have never had an issue. This is the ONLY place I go for a wash or vacuum. Also, the prices are unbeatable in mobile !!!

Great deals as far as car washing goes. Vacuuming your car is free with the purchase of a machine wash. I recommend coming here on a not so busy day like Saturday. Cars tend to line up and it's awhile before you can get out.

I have a membership, noticed small scratches on my old car over time but chalked it up to wear and tear..... just transferred my membership to my brand new car and it came out with scratches all over. I am livid! Ive noticed a continual decline in service over the past few months. Ive had to run it through two or three times to get it clean. Ive already reached out to cancel my membership. Do not take your car here if you care about it and want it to be worth your money.

It is very hard to get a wash and a vacuum here. They are always crowded and they are closing off more and more of the vacuums as time goes by.Sunday, there were only two or three of the vacuums that reach the whole car, open. The only ones they seem to like for you to use are the ones that do not reach the whole car.This makes the over-crowding even worse. Then there is the smell of pot and the thumping music.This is the closest place for me to go as I live in Midtown. I am an Uber driver and keep my car very clean, so I am disappointed in having to cancel my subscription with them and go somewhere else. This is the decision I have made, even if it is a drive.

I like the one on Shillinger Rd., but they're closed for remodeling. So, I tried the other location in town on 90, twice, both cases wasn't good. First time, car wasn't cleaned on rear end, yesterday, my second try, I was pushed into car in front of me while car behind me was hitting my car. I told attendees, but since no damage I chose not to file a report. But, I won't go back to 90 location again, don't like the service there.

I am very displeased with this car wash. I purchased an unlimited car wash package special and when it was over they continued to charge me. I went back to let them know I was still being charged so they made it good by allowing me so many washes to cover it. However, they still continued to charge me $15 and I just noticed it. I went back to the car wash and was told my money would be refunded within 24-48 hours. I still haven t received my money and now I m feeling violated bc they re just stealing money from me and I m about to take legal action.

It's ok. Very limited selection of drive thru car washes in Mobile. This one's a bit pricey but gets it done as long as you hand wipe/ dry afterwards.

My car is white, we have lots of magnolia trees, white car, black tree funk...= constant struggle to keep my car looking white.I tried the Ultra Wash at the loop while waiting on my pizza, from pizza hut, next door...I chose the 10$ wash, it has all the usual procedures. For an extra scrub, throw a 5 or tip of any amount, and the employees will scrub the hood, roof, tires, and whatever else they can fit in, before u enter the automated part.Once you're finished, and possibly according to the wash u bought(I'm not entirely positive about this feature) once out of the car wash go left to vacuum area and clean the inside. This place is clean, well ran, and fairly busy...
