The general manager is a really nice guy and open in the front. I didn t catch the name of the advisory that helped me but she was also really friendly and easy to talk to. She was a young lady with glasses. She seems like she s always in a good mood! Everyone was super helpful in what I needed and they kept me updated on EVERYTHING and even showed me physically where my issues were and left it to me if I wanted to proceed or not. Overall, a really great experience!

They were a bit busy during my time there. I had an appointment for an oil change at 8, but got there maybe 10-15 minutes late. Les, the manager, seemed to be working the front himself. Les was personable and helpful. He also provided me with a tip on how to possibly get some extra use out of my wipers. The service got completed all told after maybe an hour or hour and 20 minutes after I arrived. Some of this may have been due to other cars already being worked on before mine.

Worst experience with a mechanic I ve ever had. Associate claimed to give me a discount. Afterwards, the dollar figure seemed high, so I went to the manager a couple days afterwards. Leslie told me that I was in fact overcharged $124. He said he would give a refund, yet afterwards, refused to give me any updates on when the refund was coming. I reached out several times and they keep ignoring my request. Shady business and I would not recommend

They helped with the replacement of the Alternator in my vehicle. I had the car toed as I lost all power on a trip.They did a good job and replaced the belt a the same time.They are very expensive but I had no choice.

Had brakes put onto a truck - very efficient appointment scheduling and check-in. Was pleased with the texts keeping me up to date on the status as well as the recap of the work and review/recommendation of other systems.Final price came in exactly what was quoted. Will definitely continue to use this location for my automotive service needs.

Excelent customer service skills Ms. Alison , Mr. Stanley & David are real pro's !! helped me out alot and went over and beyond. They were very generous and patient and showed so much concern. the whole staff are amazing!! Ms. Alison even let me borrow her umbrella to walk over to the store with my kids while geting my car fixed on. Mr. Stanley was amazing. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH !!

I drove all the way 50 miles up here I called before I came for a price on a tire which was $80 and something I get up here and ending up spending $130 I was pissed I will NEVER COME BACK HERE IF I KNOWN THAT I WOULD HAVE WENT SOMEWHERE LOCAL INSTEAF OF WASTING MY GAS !!! Scammers alert !!!!!!!!

I don't know about PepBoys where you are, so I can only speak to my personal experiences with my local store. I have had mechanical work done on my truck a few times at PepBoys, but I have had issues with the quality of their work on nearly every occasion. I've since found a new location to take my truck.

Lez was super sweet and informative. He kept me entertained the entire time I was there.The staff were also very polite and gave me great advice as well!EDIT:I changed my five-star review to 1. I wish I could go lower as this place should be closed down. All of the employees there will lie to your face with the biggest of smiles. I came into issues with my car on December 27th. I have taken my car to them on the same day. The clerk named Kendra was working that day and decided to put down v4 instead of v6 causing a huge delay for my car parts to arrive. Every day since December 27th I had to call them. They never called me and every time I called it was a new excuse. The mechanic left, the mechanic had to go to the hospital, and THEN finally told me that Kendra messed up on the order. I said all is fine as long as I get a discount. Now mind you I picked up my car TODAY, January 23rd. They had my car for 28 days. At first, the cost was $1200. Then it was $1100, and $990 (this is a "10% discount") so I told them that I've been using nothing but lyfts because they would make up an excuse every day I had called and claiming that my car would be available every Wednesdays and Fridays. (That's why I didn't get a rental.) So I called customer service who then called Montlimar Pep Boys and told me that the District Manager(Erik) would call me. Erik did call and told me that all I had to pay for was the parts and NO LABOR FEE. Well, Kendra gave me my receipt and it says that I owe $854.12 INCLUDING a $227.99 labor fee. I told them over the phone what the DM Erik had told me and even attempted to call Erik and guess who didn't answer the phone? Also, they put my car parts( the parts covering the bottom portion of the glove department and the part below the brake and acceleration) in the trunk of my car with oil, dirt, and leaves touching my back seats. Lez also didn't do anything except give me broken promises that I would get my car within the week that I had last spoken to him. DO NOT GO TO THIS PEP BOYS!!!! Overpriced and WILL lie to you!Also, do not reply to this message to talk to someone through email. Why would I continue to talk to anyone in your business about a solution that I was promised and not guaranteed?

Horrible customer service and unorganized. Erik General Manager is terrible and does not keep his word. Erik will give you promises and not follow through nor ask or return your call once they taken your money. DONT NOT GO HERE!!. They will keep your car for something small for weeks!

I weny in for my inspection and both Lesbsnf the young man who completed the inspection were extremely nice and friendly and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Excellent service

I had to stop at this Pep Boys while traveling through Mobile because my brakes were giving me issues. They took it in immediately and diagnosed the issue. They had it repaired in a very reasonable amount of time. Les was truly a lifesaver. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this Pep Boys location for your vehicle.

My service was Great! I received emails regarding the status of my service. I Love Pep Boys. Pep Boys have work on my 1995 Probe GT & my 2001 GMC Jimmy, before I got my dream SUV 2017, Terrain GMC. Pep Boys R O C K S! Hope Bridgestone can keep-up.

Although I could not get my vehicle fixed that same day being that I had a bit of a more difficult issue than alignment and brakes, I appreciated the customer service here. They were nice, friendly, and straight to the point. Honest about their ability to fix my issue.

My battery needed to be replaced and Les not only got me taken care of fast and efficiently, he also held a conversation with me until the job was done. A1 Customer Service, which is hard to come across these days. I am her working out of town and I will only come to this Pep Boys and deal with Les for my car needs from here on out. Outrageous pricing and spent multiple trips trying to diagnose an issue. It took my brother 15 minutes to find the issue and I had to show the mechanic the cause so they could fix it. So two complete days wasted without AC in 100+ weather for a 5 minute fix they couldn t figure out . The best thing about the experience was the Manager, Manny, who was filling in at the Montlimar location.

Got a rental from Enterprise while my truck is in the shop due to bad fuel destroying the diesel fuel injection system, and the rental was too low on oil to touch the dip stick when I checked it while fueling up.I called Enterprise and they told us not to put oil in it, to instead take it to a mechanic shop. This Pep Boys location was the most convenient and got us quickly taken care of 2.5 quarts later at no cost to us.

Great Customer Service. I had a battery issue and they replaced it. I also ask for them to check my fuses for radio and gear shift which was good. Their batteries are higher than most places, but since my car was already there, I said yes.

I was quoted 1/2 to 1 hour for a simple tire patch. It took them 2 1/2 hours to tell me that I needed a new tire. Then took an additional 1 1/2 to replace the tire and get me out the door. Will not be returning! I will tell everyone I know to avoid Pep Boys at all costs!

David is awesome! Great disposition, very polite, and an asset to the Pep Boys team. I had 4 new tires put on. They were done in about 2 1/2 hrs.
