It was awesome Paul Automotive is the only place and people I trust to give me the best service and fix my car. They will never try and run a bill up and tell you unnecessary stuff needed to your car. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Paul's actually found where another shop had misdiagnosed my vehicle and repaired it for a way lower price. I'm thankful for their honesty and good work! Take your vehicle here if you want good, honest people to take care of you.

Anyone that remembers the days of mechanics who owned their own shops will love Paul's Automotive. Capitalism at it's best!! I was fortunate enough to find this one after much searching to keep away from the dealerships that rack up bills just to ask for a diagnosis and keep your car for a week. The Mechanics at Paul's all work together and discuss the issues with each other and caught my Rav 4 in the nick of time as it was a leaking hose of coolant and valve seal of oil. Toyota will run forever if you maintain them and since I bought this with 140,000 miles on it, I had no idea until today why it was traded in. I am good to go and no new car payments thanks to the great mechanics and worth every penny.

Horrible experience. Took a hummer H Three spent $5000 only to find out later that they actually broke more parts in the motor Please save yourself a headache and do not use these people. They are absolutely horrible there after your money and that s it.

Paul's automotive repaired the A/C on my 2003 Cadillac quickly at a very reasonable price. I will take any more auto problems to his shop and know I am getting great service at a reasonable price.

If I could rate it ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I brought the car up to Paul because the brakes were going all the way to the ground but not making noises they told me I need brakes and a brake caliper paid for it around $300 2 days later the brakes started making a very loud noise brought it back they said it was the rotor paid $200 a week later the brakes were back on the ground they said it was a defected rotor replaced it 2 weeks later I m otw home from work had to pull over the rotor is smoking fire red now I m stuck on the side of the road got the car back up there said I needed a NEW caliper for the right side charged another 204 the rotor and brakes still had a warranty so they replaced that free of charge got it back today and guess what the brakes are going back to the ground I m tired of going back and forth with them they are scams I doubt they know what they are doing I ve brought it up there 4 times within 1 month I m out of a lot of money and time dealing with them please avoid this place !!!!!! This is only a little bit of the issues we are having with them customer service is -10 I can go all day but I ll leave it at thisServices: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Outstanding serviceI have an older Jeep Wrangler, do most of the simple repairs myself. I recently was faced with an electronic ignition problem that was beyond my ability. The diagnostic and repair required scanners and a through knowledge of the vehicle. My Jeep needed CPR. Thank Goodness for Pauls team of mechanics that chased down, pin pointed the problem, and installed the necessary parts to get my Jeep on the road. Awesome folks at a busy place. Carry On.

Blew a radiator hose on my Durango while driving around and luckily I drove into Paul s. They were good from the moment I walked in. Did a quick and great job and I will be back for any future repairs

We went here for our misfiring vehicle, the guys released the problem faster than what we talked about before on the telephone!What can I say they are very friendly and quick, they gave us an option to save money also so we're happy!We absolutely recommend this shop!Thx!

This man and the shops bunch of cons.Purchased a vehicle from him saying it had all this work done. PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM THE TRANSMISSION THAT THEY SAID THEY REPLACED IS TOAST. THE MAN STOLE MONEY KNOWING THAT THEY DID NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEMS

When I arrived, They didn t greet me. They kept my car for 5 days , with no communication or update on my car and the problem with my car was still not resolved! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I had bought a used 2013 Chrysler 200 that ended up having a blown head gasket. Well I ended up having them do a lot more then that. I was told weeks maybe a little longer then a month. So I ve been waiting and waiting and waiting now it s been almost 3 months and I still don t have my vehicle back. Definitely doesn t take that long to do any kind of work to a vehicle!

I accessed the reviews here to enter my own and happened to read one of the more recent reviews which was quite negative (and the only one of its kind). It seems so uncharacteristic of Paul and his associates. They are Christian people and (whether you are a believing Christian or not) demonstrate dependable character in how they conduct their business. MY experience has been in agreement with all the other customers who wrote their reviews, and that is that I am grateful to know a competent and professional mechanic who doesn't take advantage of the fact that they ARE competent by charging excessive prices nor pressuring for unnecessary repairs. Rather, they realize that NO one enjoys having to fork out money for vehicle repair, and want to help those that trust them with their vehicle and their business to get their vehicle in proper order without taking them to the cleaners. They also understand that in doing business with this kind of integrity will build their business through time because satisfied customers RETURN and, like myself, REFER OTHER customers to their facility. I have indeed referred several friends to Paul's Automotive, and they TOO have ALL been not only satisfied but grateful. Perhaps they haven't posted a review on Google (as I have not thought to do so until now) but in advertising, the saying certainly applies, "The best advertisement is 'word-of-mouth' ". I really believe that Paul's would not have been in business for all this time, nor enjoy the good success that they have if he didn't operate with integrity. He certainly wouldn't have MY business without it. It seems like there are complainers and people with a grudge over something everywhere you go, and that THOSE are the ones who shout the loudest. I try to discern the validity of reviews when I read them because not everyone is truthful when they air their comments. I have been burned before with vehicle repairs, but never with Paul. That's why I do business with him and send others to him who ask for a mechanic they can trust. Yes, 5 stars here.

I wish I'd used Paul's Automotive years earlier, those cars would probably still be up and running. I highly recommend this garage because they're very polite, respectful, thorough, and professional. Their waiting area is the best I've ever found. Paul and his employees go the proverbial extra mile for their customers. I have full confidence that any repair work being done is necessary and not an attempt to rip me off. Other local garages and national chains could definitely learn some ethics from Paul's!

Broke down on vacation and we're recommended to Paul's. We were towed in, they replaced our water pump and we were back on the road within a few hours. The owner even gave us a ride to a nearby McDonalds to grab some lunch. Very satisfied with their quality of work and how quickly they were able to get us back to our vacation. Couldn't be more grateful and impressed.
