Their website lies. Drove clear over there for a part the site said they had, but they did not. Don't trust the website.

I had the best experience with a very fine established young man named Eli he went above and beyond the call of duty to provide for me and I will always go there and ask for him as long as I live in mobile

They never have anything i need. I used to be able to find my parts in one stop. Now every time...five day wait. Because they order parts when you ask for them...period. well, guess what, i can order that part online, saving money and time. THAT is the point. I get what i need quicker by ordering parts online!

I walked in with the part number and they couldn't find it. I have them all my vehicle specs and they were still dumbfounded. There are three belts on my engine and I told them which I already had, plus which one I was missing. So they offered to sell me all three! If they can put together a full set, then they can sell me the ONE I came in for. I took my business to AutoZone.

My visit started great. A part I've had trouble locating in any auto parts in mobile was found. The young man helping me searched the shelves, and online but we couldn't locate it. I found a part# in an email from another store, and he used it to find what I needed. It had a misleading name. I was given my mechanics discount and checked out before I could finish shopping! Ten minutes later I tried returning to his register for some stock and price checks. 5 employees up front. 1 customer. I assumed I could make my enquiries and purchase or order my parts in a reasonable time. A softball coach was leaning on the front countet, hands in pocket, blocking me from the stellar employee I just met. Since she was not wearing uniform or name tag I could not have known she worked there. By her attitude, and surly demeanor I thought she was a customer whose car broke down in the rain, on the way to work and had gotten passed over for a raise and promotion. She didn't indicate her status as a representative of O'Reilly auto parts by asking to assist me. She frowned and said "what" I would like to say she asked what did I need or what could she help me with, but if she did I would have refused her generous attempt to bless a simple mortal like myself with the gift of her presence. I committed the sin of asking if she worked there because to all outward appearances she was lost and angry. She grabbed a keyboard and started typing. I was stuck with her but shrugged it off. I'm somewhat confused over the use of a bouncer at a parts house, but maybe they get wild up in there after dark. I really just want to see if the parts I need are in stock, and how much. If I could just get to that point in my life, everything else would have been a blurry dream. I had a list of the parts that the mechanic obtained by scanning the computer in my car. I supplied the first. She typed it in and said yes and gave me the first price and closed the screen. I know they carry several and the prices and brands vary. I wasn't going to take just anything available, when if I waited a day or two the price could go down by half in some cases! I wasn't going to argue tho. The next part same story. She refused to look for out of stock parts. I'm at a loss, and when she told me the third one didn't exist because she didn't know what it was I was incredulous. She didn't type it in and search for this rare gem of a sensor to decide it didn't exist. She just said it wasn't real, or she didn't know what it was. I was confused. Did the mechanic play a prank on me and send me on a wild goose chase? How did he get Google, the automotive industry and parts suppliers on the Internet to all pitch in just to make me look silly in front of Oscar the grouch? Or was it aimed at her because they work at competing stores almost next door to each other. I tried showing her on my phone that I've seen this part on many websites, but she slapped her computer monitor around to face me and declared it wasn't there. Since she refused to type it initially I had to agree that she was right. It indeed was not on the screen that we were viewing. Her anger was palpable. I went so far as to apologize and accept that perhaps I'm the one at fault. I said maybe the second and third parts that I had listed are actually the same thing, but with different names, and only I have heard of the third one. She was still angry that I dared question the search results of a online search that was never performed. When I said I'm sorry for inventing the new name for the part, she slowly turned the monitor back and was so smug about it.i thought I was dreaming for a moment. That this was a hidden camera reality TV show about how much a customer will take from some actor before blowing up. I'll have to sign something and a producer will explain to me, that no I'm not hallucinating the worst in person customer service in my life. I really hope that young lady finds whats missing from her life. Because that ain't no way to live, and I'll never step foot in that store again.

Zee, the employee, was on her cell phone the 15 minutes I was in the store and while I walked up to check out. She then set set her cell phone down to check me out and went back to the conversation she was having with the individual on the other end of the phone line. This is horrible customer service. I will never be shopping here again.

Employees are disrespectful. Will not be giving them anymore business. O Reillys should really evaluate and reconsider who they have employed. It is an embarrassment to the franchise.
