Came to this location because of convenience multiple times this year, ever time the staff is rude and unknowledgeable. Today the old lady was very short with me as I asked questions. Definitely didn't feel welcomed here.

The staff is top-rate, their advice sound and their equipment first rate! They quickly diagnosed, supplied the parts and solved my battery problem. They eliminated the generator as a factor, to my relief. My windshield wipers were efficiently replaced with sound, new wipers. All products were reasonably priced.

This location consistently provides friendly, helpful and knowledgeable assistance. I'm an old lady living in Mobile by myself and I rely on this team quite often. They're the best!

Called about a part today, very friendly and informative employee answered, came in here several times and the same associate who answered the phone helped me as usual great service with a smile as always.I might add Mrs.T did great job very happy customer I will definitely be returning if I need anything.

I only visited this location due to the convenience of it being near my mechanic however I called Schillinger/ Airport location to confirm warranty of my wheel bearing the day prior to my visit and was advised that my 3 year warranty was still in place. Therefore when Tamela advised that I did not have a warranty on my wheel bearing nor hub I was confused. However she claimed that she was able to process my warranty on my hub but I would have to pay for another bearing which was $64.34 . I made the purchase. However when I bought the items to my mechanic, he advised that the bearing is poor quality than the one I had and to take it back and go to the O Reilly that confirmed my warranty was in place, which I did. The sad part was as I was returning the bearing, Tamela agree that the quality of the bearing was bad, would not last, and she wouldn t even put it on her car. I then went to O Reilly on schillinger and airport which Gage was able to confirm that my bearing warranty was still in place into 2024 and ensured I received like kind quality as well. I did have to buy another hub however it was $40.59 which is better than paying $64.34 for a poor quality item which wasn t going to last a year.

It wasn't a good visit stopped to get my battery checked they acted like they didn't want to do it. The associate tried to pass it off on someone else to do. Was told the battery was bad and to have a good day they didn't even offer to sell me a new one. He just walked away and went inside.

The experience i just had was horrible....i was at a fundraiser next door at auto zone and the manager came out and called the police and told them to arrest 10 kids who was raising money for a mother who 1 year old don died of heart failure.....im so upset cause the manager was very rude and has never called the police before when auto zone had a fundraiser before... .i will be reporting this to the corp office cause arresting 10 kids.....really heartless....i will never shop here......
