I had a very pleasant experience while working with Mr. Leonard Jean-Louis and several other staff members at Mercedes-Benz of Mobile. Mr. Leonard went above & beyond to help me feel comfortable & taken care of throughout the process. I never felt pressured or rushed into purchasing the vehicle I chose. I m looking very forward to having my car maintained with Mr. Ryan Cross in the service department. Thank you!

When I first entered the doors at the dealership, I felt very welcomed! There was absolutely no pressure on me at all which was quite nice! If you are looking to purchase please be sure ask for Quan Bone! He was helpful and answers all my questions, let me drive as many vehicles as I needed so that I could make the right choice.. again, without any pressure! And, the finance manager was courteous, helpful and again without any pressure, great deal and happy with my new Mercedes!

Leonard and the Mercedes-Benz of Mobile team were amazing this week, right before Christmas! I had been looking for a Metris van for my wife and they had the perfect one. Called 8:33am, by 9:00am I had an unsolicited video of the van to look at, and by 10:00am I had a great proposal. They were so unapologetically professional and trustworthy that by 11am I wired them the money and booked a flight from Texas to pick up the vehicle before the holidays. I was not sure how I was going to get from Pensacola to Mobile but Leonard quickly fixed my problem. He had a friendly driver pick me up from airport. I get to dealership by 5pm and I am out by 6pm driving our new van back to Texas. They literally rolled out the Red Carpet! Amazing job and thank you! Highly recommend. Merry Christmas!

This was perhaps the smoothest car purchase I have made in my 40 year experience of buying cars. Our sales person Leonard Jean-Louis was extremely professional from start to finish, he answered every question in-depth and did not try to tell us what we wanted to hear but only stated facts. I would definitely recommend Leonard and Mercedes-Benz of Mobile as a great Dynamic Duo if you will. Together we searched the region for the exact car and features we were looking for, and they did the rest to make it happen.

Alfred was great, very patient and he was very helpful in so many ways and made this whole experience 10/10.The entire process was amazing!!. Everyone was courteous and went above and beyond. I love the SUV and the dealership was definitely a great choice. Very impressed and would recommend Merecedes of Mobile!!

My husband, Julius and I were car shopping. He suggested that we should go to the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Mobile, Alabama. I was somewhat apprehensive: I had never owned an automobile of that class. However, I agreed to go.Upon arriving to the dealership, we were greeted by a friendly, energetic and optimistic salesman, Mr. Leonard Jean Louis. He was very knowledgeable about the automobiles, the costs, operation, and what the automobile came equipped with. He listened to what we were interested in and assisted us until the very end.We could not have asked for a better salesman. My husband said that Mr. Jean Louis was the right salesman for us.With God's favor on our lives and the expertise of Mr Leonard Jean Louis we drove home in a brand new C300, the automobile of our choice.

Leonard is a very knowledgeable professional with a lot of forethought and patience his up-beat mood was contagious and appreciated. It was a serendipitous experience to work with manager, Marc West. Found my dream car at MB of Mobile!Easy to work with Jean Leonard in sales as well as the manager. They treated me special as I am sure they do everyone. I flew in from Atlanta and was warmly greeted by Jean in my new car. He gave me a quick overview and had me test drive it back to the dealership where finalizing the deal was easy!Love my E550 Cabriolet!!! Would highly recommend MB of Mobile!!!

I had a terrific experience buying my new Mercedes GLC 300 SUV from Leonard Jean-Louis at Mercedes-Benz of Mobile. From the moment my husband and I stepped foot on the lot, we received top notch customer service. No hard sales pitches or pressure-just answered my questions and provided helpful information so we could make our decision. Leonard hands- down gave us the best experience I ve ever received buying a car. The manager, Mark was friendly and personable as well. All around customer tailored service. I am very pleased with my purchase. Leonard went the extra mile and drove the car to our house an hour and a half away from the dealership! I got my car in my driveway with a bow. Now that s exceptional customer service!

The service department at Mercedes Benz of Mobile is top notch. We purchased a used GLC43 AMG Coupe from another dealership and brought it to have a used car inspection performed. Our service advisor was Kim, who was amazing! She coordinated our appointment, communicated their findings, and even worked with the other dealership to resolve the minor issues found. There were several members of the service team who went above and beyond to figure out a software/communication issue with the car and did not stop until it was fully resolved. I have dealt with many dealerships over many years and Mercedes Benz of Mobile is by far the most pleasant to work with. We know exactly who to call and who we will trust with our Mercedes Benz! Thank you, Kim, and the whole team who helped us. We appreciate the hospitality!

Absolutely, hands down, one of the Best Car Buying experience I ve had yet. I wasn t dealing with salesman, I was dealing with quality business men who took the time to listen and not waste time while doing it. Unlike other salesman, Leonard didn t sell the car by its features; instead, it was his knowledge of the car and Mercedes-Benz Co, that ultimately helped me make an educated decision. I always have the best experience at Mercedes Benz of Mobile. Leonard helped my father find and surprise me with my first car. Then a few days ago he helped me upgrade with my first car purchase.
