Great experience! My car needs synthetic oil and the internet says to expect $65-$125, and mine was just over $65 with tax. They were fast (and had a food truck outside which was an added bonus) and said there was nothing else wrong with my car. I m a younger woman going in for my first ever oil change and was nervous about the likelihood of being taken advantage of with higher prices and unnecessary maintenance, and I didn t have to worry about a thing here.

I called an hour before closing and the nice lady on the phone said that I still had time to come for my oil change. The customer service was great, the service was fast and let's not talk about the cost. Usually I pay over $100 for my oil change. With the coupon I paid around $67. I will definitely be a returning customer.

If I could, I'd give them a half star or NO STAR!! Best place to go to waited almost two days ( or more for your vehicle)for them to put one small part on my truck! Because they were not knowledgeable about the make of the truck!!Making excuses! THIS WAS REDICUOUS!!

I am a 22 year old woman who is a college student close to this location and came in with some car troubles. I paid 150 dollars for a diagnostic check that took them about 2 minutes . All they did was listen to the sound of the car and told me it was the motor, it turned out to definitely not be the motor. I wish it had seemed like they cared more to find out the real issue but they didn t.

This place was a joke. I waited almost 10 days for an estimate of the work that needed to be done, and they sent me this. Every car looks like this when you start it. They also told me my oil change was overdue (it s not) and my brakes were bad (they re not). Be careful here, I won t be going back.

Very unprofessional, not trustworthy, and misleading. I was told an alignment check charge would not be charged to me if I purchased an alignment. After I purchased the alignment which they said I needed, they proceeded to charge me for the alignment check and when I questioned them about it the service advisor said she was misinformed about it it they would not honor what she said. When I checked my vehicle, I noticed the had not rotated my tires which I paid for. After pointing this out to them, they took another hour just to rotate my tires.

Didn't like the service because they broke a part on my van and has not gotten it fixed, they were supposed to call me and I have not heard from them yet

appointment at 8:00am. waited an hour. charged 150 dollars for diognostic test. then tells me there is no mechanic to fix the issues. said the mechanic quit yesterday. no other testing was done to figure out problem solving issues. 150 dollars to retrieve service engine codes is not good.

I called up Tuesday around 2:30pm and asked if they can press on some bearing for me they said yes we can, we can match or lessen any competitors" and so some days passed, i come to the store monday 12/11 and they said they dont do it? please explain

Employees were fantastic in assisting me and understanding what I needed when I wasn t entirely sure. Great with helping me get what I needed within my budget and schedule for other things I will need later on while maintaining my safety.

I came in for an oil change and they found axel problems that needed replacing. Thankfully they were able to get it all done before closing that evening and I am so thankful!

they recommended Gibbys Towing which is a kick back. they patched my tire but couldn't reset my tire pressure gouges. the employee said it was because I was driving on a flat which I wasn't I had it towed by Gibbys towing.

They text me every time my old company has any service done to their vehicles. I have asked them for months to remove me. I will just continue to give them one star when they ask me to give them a review for a company I no longer work for.

The branch manager was meticulous, both for procurement of parts and details of the needed repairs. Was invited to the shop floor to see the results of defective shucks; a new knowledge. Friendliness and cooperation, noted and appreciated. Also coffee, water and phone-charging facilities sated waiting time.Service: TiresService: Tires

I'm giving them a five star because of their overall kindness and support. I was tuned up today 06/24/2023 because of an issue caused by one of their techs that when into additional problems but I'm not here for that. I'm here because after everything I've been through this year currently, that phrase "don't worry about the issue, it's handled" and "we all have to take care of each other" was present today. If anyone is looking for a place to have your vehicle serviced and properly handled, then this is the place. The Assistant Manager Johnathan Marion actually cares about the customer and producing a quality product for that I'm very appreciative to him, his staff, and the general manager for putting him in that position. As long as he is there, I'll continue to be a long time customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fast, friendly and professional service at a reasonable price! Alison, the general manager was very helpful and attentive to my needs not to mention quite knowledgeable about what I was asking for. They messed my car up. Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Now my car makes a shaking rattle when it's idling. Plus my tire pressure light is on, so they never checked the tire pressure or put air in my tires. I got services 2 days ago. Yeah, never going to a Meineke again. I'll pay extra and stick with Toyota.

I had a flat tire on Moffett Road due to some debris left in the highway. The tow truck took my car to them because I did not have a spare. The tow truck driver did not tell me to leave my keys in there. The next morning I got a ride to Meineke and they had already performed the service without my key in the parking lot. So when I walked in all I had to do was pay for my tire and leave. It was very much a relief being as I did not have a ride and did not want to sit at a tire store all day. I highly recommend them. Refused to give me a quote for a tire without vehicle information. I was calling for someone else and had the specific tire size. Didn t even try to resolve the issue or offer any other options.Guy was rude and didn t care to help.No worries, found it elsewhere

Super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend. I've been here before, and I was not impressed at all. The new management is a breath of fresh air, and I'll most certainly be a repeat customer now. Allison went above and beyond to help me and make sure I received the best pricing. This was the best car maintenance experience I've had in over 50 years. Very fair, honest, reputable and dependable. The manager is clearly the defining factor along with top quality staff and actual results that made it so remarkable. Just to be clear, I'm talking about the location on University Drive in Mobile AL.I was reluctant to venture away from the dealership. It was my first, "out of BMW/dealership/warranty work" but I tried it based on a referral. I feel fortunate in the find and will resource them for any part of vehicle maintenance they are set up to do. I can't say enough good things about them, "they are the white lion of vehicle maintenance and repair". I found their pricing to be quite surprising after so many years of loyalty to the dealerships.Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I took my vehicle in to ONLY get my starter replaced. They did a diagnostic check and tried to charge me for it without telling me up front. Then after they realize that was a mistake they did take that charge off. After speaking with one of the mechanics about my car he agreed with me that the starter needed to be replaced. I agreed to let them go ahead and replace my starter. While the installation of my starter was taking place he broke an item and I was charged almost $300 more dollars for their mistake. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

Got an oil change, and was shorted a quart. They fixed the issue, but be sure to check your oil before you leave, if you get it changed. Also, they replaced my headlights and one brake light. It didn't break the bank either. They also offer warranties. Good place, great people.

I have been using this location for the majority of my time owning my current car and I have never been displeased or dissatisfied in the slightest here. The service is great, the work is done well, and the prices are reasonable. Today was no less than a great experience. The manager (I believe her name is Ashlyn?) helped me and was lovely to talk to and she went the extra mile to price things well so I could afford it.Thank you to her, as well as the mechanics who work day in and day out to give such above-and-beyond service!Service: Oil change
