The office staff is very easy to communicate when making arrangements to have the vehicle towed and kept us updated on the estimate for repairs. The collision center techs did a wonderful job repairing the front end of our Tacoma. You would never know the truck had be involved in an accident - looks like it did when rolling off the showroom floor. Hopefully, we will not need to use McConnell Collision Center again, but if or when we do, no hesitation on where we will take our vehicles for the repairs. McConnell Collision Center will be doing all future repairs when necessary. Thank you for doing a great job!

I was upset the first car dealership of closing the body shop where it was first dropped off. Then I called McConnells body shop and they understood my dilemma I was in, and took care of everything. I am very grateful for their help.

High recommend McConnell Collision Center! Rachel was amazing. She handled everything and kept me informed on what was going on with my car and with the insurance. My car has been in the collision shop now for 4 weeks. My appointment was on February 14 to have my car at McConnell. They had previously done an estimate so they knew the parts needed. My car sat there for a week with nothing being done. There excuse was they had not received notice on who was paying. Alabama Power was paying (a live power line fell on my car) and they had talked with them and knew this. There is such a lack of professionalism and communication with the clerks that you talk with. Stay tuned for a review when I finally get my car!!!!

Rebecca was awesome and helped us out with the insurance adjuster when they tried to low ball the repair. They did a great job on the car and I highly recommend their body shop for collision repairs! Ask for Rebecca
