I took my 2023 Acadia into McConnell for an oil change and Zach greeted me with professionalism but also a very friendly smile. It didn t take long at all before Zach was letting me know it was ready and all was taken care of. I had my flat tire changed by someone else earlier that week and they had trouble getting the spare back into the proper compartment, but Zach took care of that too .free of charge!We have been McConnell customers for years and have always received excellent service in all departments. I recommended them for new or used vehicles. Ask for Zach in the service area and Gump when you are looking for a new car. You won t be disappointed!

Joe , Rachel and Tammy make a good team. Honest and reliable. I use them for all of my body and service work now because we have developed a trusting relationship. Joe fit me in for some service work after a collision claim and he helped me figure out what three other places misdiagnosed. I trust these people now. I highly recommend Rachel or Joe. Tammy is new but learning from the best. They always keep you in the loop and never make broken promises.

Joe Coleman exceeded our expectations for service at McConnell. Highly recommend him as your service advisor. Chad gave me a ride home and was so nice I gave him a pack of fish when we got home. Wilson and Hank made sure my care was brought around for me at pickup. McConnell is 5 stars for customer assistance and service every time I visit.

I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. My service advisor greeted me promptly. We discussed the concerns with my vehicle. I was called when my concerns were not able to be reproduced. We discussed it further & based on our conversation the technician was able to identify the problem and correct it. I was called again when my vehicle was ready to inform me.

Was disappointed that it was so difficult to reach service rep over 4 months of waiting for side mirror switch replacement. Waited an additional 30 minutes to be processed after 10 am appt time. However, Mark took over and was courteous, helpful, understanding and expedited my service order. I left extremely pleased because of his outstanding customer service.

It was my first time to get service at this dealership. When I pulled into the bay, there were employees around, but nobody acknowledged me at all. I gathered my things and got out of my car and stood, thinking someone would offer to assist me, as I didn t know where to go. I stopped an employee walking by, who did not work in the service department. She told me she would find out who my advisor was and get someone to help me. It was an awkward feeling because I had no idea who to talk to or where to go. I don t remember ever even meeting my advisor.However, the service was completed quickly and I was on my way!

Even though my vehicle issue wasn't resolved, I'm not going to hold that against the dealership because it falls under my extended warranty company. Greg the service rep that I worked with did all that he could do in a professional friendly manner. He tried his best to get the issue resolved and he also exhausted all of his options.

After talking with my advisor Greg at McConnell Buick GMC, about the Nightmare experience I had with a shop that kept my car for 3 Months and STILL could NOT fix it he was VERY hesitant to take in my 2008 Buick Lucerne! But he DID ALLOW ME TO HAVE IT TOWED TO THEM AND NOT ONLY WAS IT REPAIRED BUT I HAD MY CAR BACK IN A WEEK!!!! I Thought for SURE it was going to cost me A WHOLE LOT MORE THAN IT DID I was SHOCKED When he told me what was wrong and how much the bill was!!!! Greg took such GREAT CARE OF ME !!!
