Stopped in here with my granddaughter, staff was very nice. The lady was especially friendly and knowledgeable and had great customer service. They got us back up and rolling pretty fast too. More affordable than other tire shops that s for sure. All around had a good experience.

I had a flat tire & this was the closest shop so I decided to check it out. The woman I spoke with Kaylin, was super friendly & genuinely seemed like she wanted to get me the best deal. I m no longer using a donut tire & this will definitely be my new go to spot for tires. Definitely recommend them!!

Seth saved my life. Incredibly kind gentleman was able to help me get a set of tires and fix my mistake of thinking I could change them on my own. Quick and efficient, great pricing. I will be recommending him to anyone that asks about tires in the future. From quotes to service, 5 stars across the board.

Mavis tires provided me with an excellent experience! The best service was given to me by an employee named Kaylin if I'm remembering her name correctly. She was extremely helpful and able to answer and acknowledge all of my questions, I definitely will not be going anywhere else from now on and would absolutely recommend to anyone else!

Seth was very generous. I walked in and asked to have the valve stem on my tire fixed and I asked how much that would be and he said it was free. He also noticed some other issues I was having with my tires and gave me a really good quote. It's very hard to find this quality of help these days, but you will find it here. Thank you. I came in on a later date and they quoted me the best prices for services that I have ever seen.

My recent visit was both efficient and satisfactory. I required a tire plug and brake inspection, and the staff demonstrated diligence, efficiency, and a friendly demeanor throughout. My experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I intend to return for future services.

Was in town, visiting my daughter. Had a tire issue, which is the worst while on vacation. The staff was the best. Fixed my tire quickly and I was back on the road. Wish I could take this tire shop and transplant it in my hometown.

This location has really turned around since the new manager took over! Friendly staff & very professional. You can always tell when a business is actually trying to help you and when they are just trying to run your pockets, thankfully this is one of the few who will do what they can to meet your needs as best as possible. I also would like to give some props to the manager, she goes above and beyond for her crew, customers, and most importantly our vehicles, lol. If you re looking for a business who listens to their customers with high regard & respect, then you ve found your place! I won t be going anywhere else but this location! Thank you for all you do!

I was able to make an appointment online for the next day for 4 new tires. I realized I needed new front brakes as well so I called. The lady that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She not only made sure I was getting the tires I wanted, but she got me upgraded. I got a better grade of tires for less that I was going to pay and got me a great deal on my brakes with a lifetime guarantee on those brakes and brake pads. The total was way less than I would have paid ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!! And to top it all off.... they were very fast! My appointment was at 1 by 2:45ish I got a phone call saying my car was ready, tires and brakes done. I will 100% be coming back in the future. Definitely worth it. The staff was fantastic, helpful, and very kind.

Kaylin was super friendly and had a great attitude, definitely recommend this place. Finding somewhere in this field that has a good customer attitude is always a win. Will be back next time I need an oil change or tires

Had a leak on my tire and called the ever ready and reliable Mavis to put a patch on for me. Great service and friendly employees. If you re having tire issues go see them on Old Shell right across from the university.

This shop is a great place. Laura is very friendly, and helped our family out quickly before taking a road trip. They were very fast in getting to the tire repair, and have helpful estimates and info along the way.

I wanted to appreciate this store for being so close to the neighborhood infront of the University and welcoming to students like me. I come here eveyrime I have any issues with my car and they have always been so helpful and quick. Customer Service is A+ and this morning the gentleman in the front desk helped save me money to get my wheel replacement for free and finished the job asap to send me to work! Definitely 5 STARS!

I may have not used them today,however, the lady at the front was so knowledgeable about all the questions I had,I'll surely be back!!! She even said they could order for me!! Ya know,think I'll just call back and have her order my tire, cause they are awesome folks!!!

This location is great! We were traveling home from the holidays when we developed a flat. They were able to get us in at the last minute and patch our tire. Very quick and very friendly!

Been a customer here for several years. Knew I hit a nail and was leaking air very fast. Drove to Mavis just in time! JT was super nice and got me taken care of in less than an hour! Will be back with any future problems I may have.

They were able to fix my vehicle in a timely manner. My brake line broke yesterday while driving and my son and I were able to avoid an accident but I needed my vehicle fixed asap. And the lady who helped me was God sent!

I was the 3rd or 4th person to walk in right at 8am, as soon as they opened. I simply needed one tire. It took 3 hours for ONE tire. I could have found a cheaper and better tire somewhere else with faster service. Not coming back
