The service department is so great! I arrived at my scheduled time for 10,000 mile maintenance and I waited in the comfortable lounge for about five minutes, then they told me that my loaner car was ready. I signed some papers and I was on my way! Very fast and easy. The next day they called to say it was ready. Always smooth. And the staff is always so pleasant, especially Craig our service advisor!

David, at Lexus, was an amazing to work with! He was kind, reasonable, thoughtful, and outgoing. I was trading in my 4Runner for something a little more mom friendly . I ended up getting a Lexus RX. My husband and I were pleased, all around, with the service at Lexus of Mobile. We would recommend them, and David, to anyone interested in buying their next vehicle!

Getting your car serviced is usually not an enjoyable experience. However, this Lexus dealership goes above and beyond to ensure it is done right and on time. And while you wait, you get to munch on delicious homemade cookies. My service advisor, Stan Moore, is always friendly, professional, and communicative.

As usual Lexus of Mobile outperforms my expectations. The viewing and then buying went quickly and smoothly. Time was not wasted and salesman, Matt and the finance manager had me in and out in short order. Prompt, efficient and thorough are what I value most. Chose Lexus for reliability and this dealer for great service afterwards. My 6th vehicle from them.

Was traveling through Mobile and had tire trouble. Ernie and his team were attentive and helpful. And, while they couldn't fix the problem due to part issues, they offered me excellent advice and I was able to make it safely home.

Lexus of Mobile is one of the best dealerships we have been to and we gave been to many. Ernie Deview was our service manager and he couldn t have been more helpful. He took care of from the moment we arrived until we left. Everyone there is first class. Definitely take your vehicle there and you won t be disappointed

I thank God Jesus for using these people to get my vehicle fix. There was an issue with my vehicle that I didn t mention to the service area and the maintenance tech caught it and got it fix! Thumbs up to the maintenance team here, they know what they are doing. Ernie the advisor was very nice. Definitely recommend this Lexus dealership.

Craig in service is excellent! I purchased a Lexus at an out of town dealership, and the car had an issue that needed repaired. He was able to get me in immediately upon my return, with a loaner, and communicated thoroughly during the process. He always answered his direct line or returned my calls immediately. Other dealerships have so many layers of people that it s almost impossible to speak with your advisor.The extensive repair was completed quickly. Best service advisor I ve ever had anywhere!Lexus of Mobile truly has 5 star service. It s not cheap, but you really do get value for the price paid.

Stan Moore is my advisor. Stan is more than an advisor he is almost like family! He always greets me with a perfect attitude and keeps me up to date on what my Lexus may need or needs immediately. He cares for my Lexus like it's his own. Stan makes it easy and comfortable. I couldn't ask for a better advisor! Shout out to Stan Moore, advisor of the year!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. I encountered issues, and instead of addressing them, there was finger-pointing and blame-shifting. I believe transparency and accountability are crucial in customer service, and unfortunately, my experience fell short in that regard. I am happy to continue to work with corporate on this since this dealership can t comprehend the basics and just wants to argue. Also, So when you respond back to this comment that I never reached out, tell Laurie Hart I have proof I did in fact call the dealership and even received a call back from your lady saying to come in for recall. :) since you can t keep up with logs, here s my phone log.

Wonderful Experience! Typically, purchasing a new car from a dealership is a painful and long process. Not so. Our salesman, Hugh, was polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.My wife and I had honest two-way conversations with Hugh that closed deal.There is always a ton of paperwork - this was no different; however, the dealership is inviting and quite comfortable. TV, couches, snack area, and a great view of the garage area (you might see your vehicle being worked on.) All of the employees are friendly and helpful. I asked for help making freshly brewed coffee and an employee immediately gave me a hand.If you need a new Lexus, Lexus of Mobile is the place to go.Bob

Passing through Mobile with my family and an SUV full of luggage when I had a battery issue. My service advisor(Stan) was kind, efficient and professional. He got us quickly on our way with a new battery, a clean vehicle and cappuccinos all around. He even recommended a great local Thai restaurant. Dependability aside, we can always count on Lexus to put the customer first.

My battery died on me. They got me in very quick replace. My battery gave me a card to use to go shopping so when they were done, I was done and ready to go home. I appreciate all their help as usual they are wonderful!

Ernie is the absolute BEST there is. We had severe weather coming into town and Ernie slipped me in early to make sure my car was serviced so i could leave town the coming weekend. He even found me a dealer car too so i could run my errands while my car was being worked on. I will always have a lexus. This service department spoils you rotten.

Lexus located in Mobile has always given us top notch service. Ernest is always very courteous, professional and displays a true concern for our approval and happiness with our ES 350 as well as ourselves. In addition, to Ernest Mrs. Laurie is always prompt and works with our busy schedules when booking appointments. The lobby is aways very clean and we are invited as family not a number regardless if their busy day. All of the staff are excellent at Lexus in Mobile

Ernie is my service advisor and has been for a few years. Ernie always goes above and beyond to see to it that his customers are taken care of. Service after the sale is very important and Ernie definitely provide the best service I have ever received. He is always extremely professional!! When he is dealing with a customer 100% of his attention is devoted to the customer at hand. Ernie NEVER under delivers. I have dealt with one other service writer at this location and the experience was horrible to say the least! If I cannot deal with Ernie for my service needs then I will go elsewhere. He definitely makes the service experience one to remember!!

Drove 31/2 hrs to look at a used vehicle. The experience was amazing from beginning to end. The vehicle was waiting up front for us to see when we arrived. Sim was our salesman, and I feel like I found a new friend. He truly cared about our likes and dislikes and did everything to make our purchase as simple and easy as possible. It was more like a hometown, know the people experience. They offered extra warranties etc, but did not push them or try to sneak anything in. I'll say again, it was an amazing experience.

Outstanding service. Kathy the driver who picked up and delivered my car was exceptionally kind and agreeable. Lexus of Mobile went above and beyond the call of duty, buffing out a large scratch in the paint of my car, for free! I can t recommend them highly enough for their professionalism and strong work ethic. I am a highly satisfied customer.

I really just love it here.. Stan is a fantastic service advisor that has taken excellent care of me after a local shop I thought I could trust had my LS 460 all messed up.. He s used my extended warranty very properly to the best of his ability & I know that I ve gotten good deals on the in between.
