Great service & price. In and out in under an hour replacing back windshield. Had to wait a few days for an appointment but that was not a problem. Take your allergy medicine if you're allergic to cats and plan to wait at the shop!

My apology for the delay in adding my reviews for these wonderful people. My van's cargo area glass was shattered. They did a perfect job. Great service and very reasonable price. Ms. Kelly is a sweet and nice person with a generous heart. I would highly recommend Kittrell Auto Glass.....a Christian busines for auto glass related issues.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Had to replace my windshield in my 2020 Ford F150 pick up. I had the option of using one of the national chains to come to me and replace the windshield but I chose to use the local family owned shop and I am very glad that I did. They did a great job and had me in and out in less than an hour. Kelley was very warm and genuinely concerned about taking care of me as their customer. Even offered to make a pot of coffee while I waited. I highly recommend them over the national chains. Shop local and support local family businesses that have been around for decades. It s good for our local economy.

Got me back on the road quickly after I got a chip in my windshield. Tesla windshields aren t cheap and hard to find so they really saved me from it spreading.

Superior Service! I needed a windshield replaced. Every staff member at Kittrell Auto Glass was very kind, accommodating and professional! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

From the time I walked in the door, I felt welcome and taken care of. The entire process of replacing my windshield took just under an hour and a half. The receptionist was the nicest woman I've spoken to in years! My vehicle has quirks. The technician made sure I was aware of them before he proceeded. The pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

I enjoyed the service and how they treated me while I was there. It s a Christian establishment. There was peace and no noise in the waiting area. I was actually able to get work done and they finished my windshield in no time. I had problems with someone calling me back once my part was in but they took care of that as well. So overall everything was fine.

Called to have my window repaired after the controller broke. The staff person on the phone was very nice. She recommended a place for the repair.

These are the nicest people ever! I had a windshield installed and had a slight issue. They went above and beyond to help me. They are knowledgeable and very affordable. I wouldn't use anyone else for my auto glass.

I admit, I was concerned about quality (install/product) and wondered if OEM glass would be best. Not only was aftermarket glass excellent, the installation was very professional. I'm very happy with my windshield replacement...and the price wasn't too shabby either
