By far the best customer service experience ever thanks to Darla! She took great care of me and kept me informed along the way! The also did a fantastic repair job on my Rover!

Brother Lee Dell will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious Anger to those who attempt to poison and pollute any brothers or sisters minds when it comes to what it takes to do a true paint job. for thou shall know his name is Lee Dell Scarborough when he lay his hands upon your ride.For real these people are amazing. I was not there 5 minutes and someone told me you were in good hands and they did not work for the shop and they had a corvette as well. Front shop girls are AMAZING. Tony did his thing. It took a little longer, But I firmly believe you can not rush perfection, and that is what I got. Im very satisfied and believe me people I am a very hard person to please and they actually did it. Delivered what was promised and in this day and age that is rare. My thanks to Joe Bullard Collision center will out live time itself. I am so thankful and impressed with the customer service at this location. The woman who answered my call was overly helpful. Tony Rose is great at what he does. He is a working reliable responsible man of valor. I very very satisfied with the service . If anyone who is a peer or employer will do me a favor and recognize Mr Tony Rose for such excellent customer service and knowledge pertaining to his occupation, this will be dearly appreciated!!!

My vehicle was rear ended and we took it to Joe Bullard James Amick was our representative an did a superb job keeping us informed on everything made the whole process totally painless. The job they did on my vehicle was top notch great work! I highly recommend Joe Bullard Collision to anyone.

Got into a car accident on our vacation from Florida. Joe Bullard stayed in contact with us while our car was being repaired and did an excellent job. Body work and paint matched awesome! Great place.

Had my infinity Q50 rear bumper worked on, after about three weeks driving it blew off on the highway. Brought it back in to Joe Bullard explaining what happened with pictures to show proof. They took no responsibility and said to me that I should take it up with my insurance and only offer me $164 towards my claim. I will never used their services again, if I could give zero stars I would.

I feel like that I got new cars three times within few months because my body car was so repaired smoothly. lol!! Joe Bullard Collision Center is so awesome CHAMP!! Staff is very friendly and patience. Please COME!!! I believe you will love JOE BULLARD COLLISION CENTER!!!!!!

I took my LR4 to them in 2016 after an accident so that they could evaluate the damage and work with my insurance company. They were easy to work with and called me with updates. Unlike the one star review, I WOULD use them again.

Unfortunately I cannot give ZERO stars. Items were stolen from my car and the management is in denial. Even after the tech who performed the work confirmed that the items were there, management insist that his employees were not responsible. But the items did not just disappear. Management also claimed that "unfortunately" they could not provide relief because there was no evidence of a thief...but of course my items are still missing. Certainly a "reputable" business like Joe Bullard would carry liability insurance for these types of incidence. Do not patronize Joe Bullard....they are dishonest, their employees steal and the management supports dishonesty!

Disappointed it takes forever to get an estimate. They drag their feet. They barely communicate so you re just up in limbo. They don t care that you re paying for a rental daily.

Fixed everything, but didn't replace the shocks like you need to after a wreck. Nice staff,but come on.
