My car was making noise, so I dropped it off at the dealership for a diagnostic. Called the manager after receiving a quote to replace the drive shaft, fuel tank with shield, and retainers for $3884.63 before tax. I was told by the manager"fuel tank and shield are bent, there are substantial damages on the drive shaft. They need to be replaced but not covered by the warranty. I asked him to text/email me a pic of the damages, never got it. I had to stop by the service to see it in person. Can anyone tell if any of the parts are needed to be replaced?

So I took my cadillac xt5 here for service.Excellent employees and good garage technicians. They had a nice waiting lobby and the car was delivered back to me ahead of time. Excellent customer experience !!I highly recommend because this dealership focuses on customer service.

The service team was very professional and cared for my needs. Repairs were performed in a timely manner with a scheduled appointment.
