This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. My sales rep Maddie was truly wonderful. I was greeted and welcomed the moment I walked in the door. They had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up and ready to test drive when I arrived. My sales rep Maddie and Mason who is the Director of Finance where wonderful to work with and explained step by step the process. This is definitely a no haggle transparent business. They are all very knowledgeable and professional and above all very friendly. I would highly recommend Land Rover Gulf Coast.

The service department was wonderful. I went to get a simple latch fixed/replaced for my center counsel, and Nedra (I might have butchered his name) found that my vehicle was owed a transmission upgrade and flush for no cost.He could ve just let that go or not even taken the time to tell me, but he made sure that I was informed and let me decide.The showroom and waiting area are clean and they have refreshments available if you need to wait for a longer time.They were the closest (40 minutes away) Acura dealership and service to where I live but I would go there anyway because they went above and beyond.They even washed my vehicle before returning it to me when they were done fixing everything.

I had the very best experience with Colin Ryan. He was very professional and enjoyable. He provided me details from the beginning to the end of the process. My family is getting bigger and I knew we would need another vehicle to accommodate our new edition. From the first phone call to the last hand shake, the staff at Joe Bullard treated me like family. They went above and beyond to find me the vehicle that would fit my needs at a price I could afford. The vehicle was given to me with a fresh oil change and a full tank of gas. I will not shop anywhere else for an automobile in the future. Moose, Roosevelt and Kenny are the best in the business. My wife loves her new ride.

We were very lucky to buy our Infinidti QX 60 from Joe Bullard Infiniti in Mobile, AL. The team there was very accommodating and did everything to make our purchase easy and pain free. It was by far the easiest car purchase I've ever experienced. The QX 60 is roomy and comfortable and has all the bells and whistles needed for fun road trips. David Lammons made the car buying process seamless and pain free. Salesman Lee Thomas was a pleasure to work with. Both men went above and beyond to get me what I wanted.

I have done business with Joe Bullard for more than 10 years. Recently I had major engine work done due to a part failure. I received my car back and after 800 miles I had catastrophic engine failure. Joe Bullard was faced with a tough decision......do the right thing and warrant the earlier work or simply tell me that they had no liability. I worked with the GM Jennifer Clark and Service Manager Tyler Mims to try and find a fair solution. After many discussions we were able to find an equitable solution. I'm back in my car and spreading the positive word about this fine group of people. Joe Bullard and Ty Bullard should be very proud of their Jaguar Team! Most dealerships faced with this situation would have turned their back on me. Not the Bullard team. I couldn't be happier with my decision to do business with them. Customer for life!!!

Outstanding service from Tyler, in the land rover service department.Usually, we deal with Kevin directly but he was off the day we came to pick up our vehicle. Tyler was able to take care of our needs and was very organized and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all set as well as answered all of our questions with great industry knowledge.

Would not recommend for auto repair. Just over priced and nothing special. They charge $170 for a diagnosis but when I asked a specific question as to why my car was making a rattling noise they said they had no clue. I don t work on cars nor know much about them, but I figured out what the issue was on my own but they act like they didn t know and paid $40 to get it fixed but paid Cadillac a total of $2200 for mediocre work and no good customer service at all.

Four years ago I brought my new car to Bullard for service and I was treated with amazing customer service after having a disguisting customer service experience elsewhere. (I didn't buy my car from them either!) Each and every time I had my car serviced I had a wonderful experience. Christian was amazing and always kept me informed with a smile. I promised I would buy my next car from Bullard and had a wonderful experience with Levi, Michelle, Robbie and David! Levi was genuine and helpful and so very polite. I believe they have made a customer for life! As a local business owner, I strive for this kind of service. Joe Bullard Auto should be proud of these individuals!

We had an amazing experience and couldn t have asked for a nicer salesman than Ben Payne! We had not purchased a car in almost 10yrs because our last experience was so exhausting and we dreaded setting foot inside a dealership again. He made it so easy. We love our SUV and are extremely happy with our purchase!

Our experience at Joe Bullard Automotive was wonderful! I had worked with this dealership many years ago & had such a great experience with them at that time as well! They care more about the people than the sale which makes buying a vehicle enjoyable & less stressful. Our salesman Ben & their finance team were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, & very nice to deal with. Our family would definitely recommend Joe Bullard as a dealership you should check out when purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I just purchased my 2009 Buick enclave from Joe Bullard and they have by far the BEST SERVICE I have ever experienced!! BRANDON the sales representative is a joy and will help you any way he can!!He went above and beyond to help me and my husband! And Andrew the manager is also a pleasure!! Loved being able to buy from people that are so down to earth and want to make sure you are HAPPY AND SATISFIED!!The finance department was also very professional and friendly and went out of his way to get me what I needed!! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs from here on out!!

Had my car towed to this dealership after I experienced a problem. Understanding that this occurred just before Christmas it took a little time to get the parts and they were closed for 3 days. However there was little communication to keep me posted on what the status of my car was or when I could expect it to be finished. It took a total of 2 weeks. I have tried repeatedly to give this dealership my business but usually leave feeling disappointed in the level of service I receive. Cadillac is supposed to be a premium car and I expect the level of service to be on par with that status. However this establishment consistently fails to provide service that is anywhere near what most luxury car dealerships provide. Their attitude is lackluster and they provide few appreciative amenities when you're spending a great deal of money. They really need to step up their game.

We recently bought a Ford Escape from Infinity of mobile our sales specialist was Richard Borden the best experience we ever had in a dealership. Everything went like we wanted he just asked what we needed and he make it happen real quick. The staff treat us with professionalism and Richard experience help us feel confident in the new purchase. Thanks Richard for your hard work and experience we appreciate. We love our SUV

The salesman, Larry, was good. The used car sales manager, however, was arrogant, argumentative, and condescending. After driving 2 hours to their dealership, we test drove the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. There were issues discovered that were not apparent beforehand and not included on the car fax. For instance, there were marks on the front and back bumpers which apparently came from the vehicle coming into contact with another object. We attempted to negotiate based on those issues, but they were not willing to do so. We were, then, informed that both bumpers had been sprayed ....as in PAINTED...in order to bring it up to par to be presented/sold as certified pre-owned. After further discussion, the used car sales manager ended the conversation by saying have a nice day and walking away. Very dismissive. Buyer beware. Do not fall into the CPO trap and be sure you check for paint inconsistencies since this is, apparently, the way they do business. They are also priced higher than most other dealerships for comparable vehicles AND the blue book. They claim to not consider the blue book when pricing their vehicles, but it seems as though they do, and are actually charging for the included warranty. They also offered a lower price, however, without the warranty.

I have had my Infiniti Q60 for a year now and just recently had to have my antenna replaced. I called a couple weeks beforehand to make my appointment and arrange for a courtesy car - I even called the parts department to ensure they had an extra antenna and the rep advised she tagged the part and had it in stock. I was advised that the work on the car itself would only take one full day.When I arrived to drop my car off, no one knew why I was there and also didn t know if they had a courtesy car. Luckily, they found one; however, the following day, I get a call from Krissy re-confirming everything I called for previously. I understand that this may have been to just ensure they had everything accurate in their system; but maybe do that a couple days before the appointment, as opposed to the day you re supposed to be working on my car.From there, the timeline of one day turned into a big I don t know from Krissy. I divulged everything told to me prior and Krissy laughed it off and said that it will take longer than a day. I advised that my antenna is what s needing to be addressed and she said they ll have to order a part for it. I made her aware that I spoke to someone in parts and they had it tagged; however, she continued on that they probably misspoke and that they need to have their tech look at the car. For the entirety of the call, she was very combative.Long story short, my car was there for a week and they ended up replacing the antenna, with a part that they had in stock- exactly the reason I brought it in. I also had to initiate the correspondence for any updates on my car s status. Additionally, there was dirt all over my car from the techs in my vehicle while working on it. I think the thing that frustrates me is that they claim to be a family brand, that takes care of their customer; however, that legacy is only as good as the management enforcing it. Krissy has a terrible attitude and clearly the techs need a class on how to service a luxury car - for instance, some shoe covers would be nice.

Had one of the best car buying experiences with Joe Bullard Infiniti. They were easy to work with and made the whole process very smooth. Chan in the absolute BEST!! I drove from Montgomery, AL to Mobile, Al to do business with them. Great prices and fair trade values.

We purchased a beautiful like new CRV from Joe Bullard and drove 3 hours from Baton Rouge to Mobile to get the car! We had plenty of dealerships to choose from, but so glad we chose them. I know I spoke on the phone with them at least 10 times about the car I saw on the internet and they were happy to answer all of my questions. I was able to speak to the business manager over the phone, and even the general manager. We purchased during Covoid 19 and they were very careful in how they came in contact with us. We did not have to go into the dealership for paperwork and they had it all ready and waiting when we got there. We did all of our paperwork outside in a large and open garage. So thankful for our beautiful new car and Joe Bullard! Very honest and friendly dealership ! We will be back when we need another car. Thank you

It did not feel as though the dealer was trying to sell me just any car it felt like he was actually trying to get what was best for my interests and needs as a valued buyer.

Paid almost $900 for recommended repairs when my engine light came on. I was told that I had an spark plug misfire at 70,000 miles on my 2016 Cadillac XTS. I was, also, told I needed new brake pads and rotors, even though I had my brakes and rotors serviced by them at 48,000 miles. My brakes hadn't been making any noises? Two days after the service my my brakes started speaking and engine light came on. I am not a satisfied customer at the moment!

When you go into the dealership ask for Ignacio Salas Polar he goes by "Iggy", we just purchased a car through him for my son and he was great. We live in NJ and my son is in Fl everything was done by phone and their were no surprises and the process was easy, I highly recommend him

I had a great experience buying my first Range Rover from Devin and David. they were very helpful and explained everything to me. they actually went above and beyond with my car trade. they send drivers to my work place with pre-filled forms to sign and took my car and left. In addition, they saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Range Rover.

Was in today with every intention of trading my car. Mike the salesman was great having a great experience until one of the owners Keith entered the picture. He pulled up the wrong package on my car then when I told him he was more interested in being right than making a deal. When I was trying to leave he followed me to the parking lot still trying to make his point. Keith my advice to you is stay in the back office it would be better for your business.

Came here to see if I could buy a car, I knew exactly what I wanted. Mr. "Moose" Mustafa was amazing, he was very kind with me and my husband, always trying to make us feel comfortable. What I liked best is that he did not push us to buy the car, he let us think about it and decide. We finally were assisted by Mr. Thomas, who took care of the financial part. I got my car and I feel great. Thank you so much for everything.
