Of course I read reviews. That s what google pays me to do. But it has become my passion to pass down the honest truth of my experiences. WITH THAT BEING SAID; You will not find a more honest working man than Bobby. Very upfront and honest, very professional and welcoming. I had to replace an ignition coil and spark plug it was done and for agreed price. I definitely suggest getting to this shop if in need. If he can do it it ll be done right.

Jackson auto repair is something that I ve been praying for years. Someone who is honest and true with their customers and the owner Mr. Bobby is that type of person he s honest true and he shows you details to details any problem issues with your car. Mr. Jackson gave us a very thorough inspection of a used vehicle before we purchased it as well as estimates on all the work it needed. He was so kind and helpful; we drove in from out of town and he waited for us to arrive before closing his shop for the day. Thank you for your help! It gave us peace of mind to know the car was good to drive and also to know exactly what it needs to give our family years of use.

I have known Mr. Jackson for over 10 years and I have to say his work speaks for itself. I've never had an issue that I had to take my vehicle back twice for the same problem. Always honest and always up front about the solution and the cost. Nothing hidden. He has my utmost respect.

I took my truck there to be fixed, and haven t gone anywhere since. Mr. Jackson is an extremely professional and detail oriented mechanic, takes his time to ensure nothing is missed and that the job is done correctly. It is clear that he takes pride in every job that goes through his shop. I highly recommend this shop for any of your automotive needs, you will be taken care of.

Been to Mr. Bobby twice now while looking for used cars in the Mobile area. Both times he was thorough and honest during our inspections. Honest, friendly, fast, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I just had some work done on my 2006 Chevy Equinox and it was finished quick...on a Saturday morning...in the rain. I'm all about quality work and Mr Jackson is too and his prices are very fair. He's great!

Mr. Jackson is honest and fair and is a very good mechanic. He saves any pieces replaced to show me the condition. Has worked on both my Toyota and Nissan. Pleasant and hard working. I can schedule a repair and feel confident it will be done right and on time.

I've had Mr. Jackson perform several repairs on my truck and have been happy each time. Only complaint I have is that he doesn't have the tools to do all jobs (like wheel balance / alignment). But if it's a job that he has the tools to do I would not hesitate to use him.

We took our car to Mr. Jackson because we were smelling fuel. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and had the car fixed faster than we ever could ve hoped! And all along the way he updated us on what was going on. When we picked the car up, he had all of the damaged parts sitting out to show us what was wrong with the car and let us see what we were paying for! We have been so pleased with the service we received and will definitely be using Jackson Auto Repair for any future vehicle repairs!

Mr. Jackson replaced my compressor in a 2012 Nissan Maxima. Not only was his price way better than anyone that quoted me, he also did it extremely quick. I expected to leave the car for two days and he called me to pick it up in a little over 2 hours, and the AC works better than when the car was new.

I needed a diagnosis on my truck Monday, I brought it in and he was able to diagnose the problem within 15 mins and it was repaired the same day at the time he told me it would be done. He was kind and honest and never tried to upsale me the whole time he repaired my truck. His prices were fair! I'm a happy customer! Will be returning for any other work I need done.

We have been customers of Mr. Jackson for over 10 years. I had a serpentine belt snap in my 98 Saturn SL1 that broke the tensioner several years earlier. The original repair was handled out of town and unfortunately it wasn t a quality repair. When it became a problem again in 2007, Mr. Jackson was recommended to us and we ve relied on him ever since. He has handled everything from regular oil changes to major repairs. I truly appreciate his honest advice and reliable work.

On a weekend trip our fuel pump went out. We were stranded 4 hours from home. Found Mr. Bobby who set us up with a tow truck and then gave us a ride to the rental car business. He did the repair and made what could have been a nightmare, a smooth experience. Highly recommended!!

Wouldn't take my car/truck anywhere else. Mr. Jackson is honest, his labor rates are extremely fair and the problem is fixed right the first time. Mr. Jackson never tried to upsale me on service or parts that I didn't need.

have had many vehicles repaired here ,very honest friendly place .Bobby is a true mechanic not a parts changer like a lot of the other shops around .So if you want it done and right bring your vehicle to Jackson Auto Repair he will take good care of you and your vehicle .
