Had a tow truck booked through our roadside service waited for hours and when the notification said they were arriving soon, we called to check the status and the lady that answered was rude and said "We canceled that tow. Call your insurance company ". DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOUR ROADSIDE SERVICE OR INSURANCE TRIES TO USE THEM ASK FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

They need to work on some people skills. Just encountered one of their drivers at Firestone. The most nasty and rude person I have ever met. Being a driver myself, I was heated. Idc If my car or truck breaks down 12 times. I will never give these people a call

The absolute rudest company to ever work with. The Supervisor in the office has the nastiest attitude as if she s not being paid enough to work. I simply called to check the status of a tow that I ve been waiting on for two hours for her to tell me it will be another 45 mins to an hours. I told her that was not going to work for me as I ve been on the side of the road for two hours, I asked for a manager and she rudely replied that she was the manager and put me on hold without even accommodating my request. Sounds to me like miss lady just isn t happy with her life or job and takes it out on customers.

When your vehicle is stuck in the middle of a main road. It's locked up ; you cannot put it in neutral; this is the tow company my insurance dispatched. They estimated 120 minutes & when I called to ask if they could get there sooner. I was told they had to get their oil change done on the flat bed first. If that was the case why accept the tow request from the insurance? Let it go to another company. Rude & inconsiderate. Spoke to Heather. Save your sanity call coastal tow!

I want to give a big shoutout to Jamie. He has went above and beyond. He offered to pull the nail out of my tire, plug and pump air into it at his house. Since the dealership is closed and my car has no spare tire. I truly appreciate his professionalism and hospitality! Again, thank you so much Jamie!

My expirence was horrible I waited for four hours. After waiting I called to inquire how much longer I was told my tow was told my was being canceled and hung up on.

State Farm called this service to tow my car. After multiple hours of waiting and changing my dealership appointment three times we canceled. The lady on the phone said oh well we are swamped. How about you don't take business if you can't accommodate it! Horrible customer service!

Unfortunately, I've had to have my car towed several times within the past few years. State Farm has always sent Fortner's. They have been great. My car is lowered which can cause difficulties when being loaded onto a rollback, but the drivers have always taken the utmost care to not cause any damage.
