Sent my 1997 Mazda Miata to these guys for a full diagnostic after blowing off the harmonic balancer. They were really busy and booked out, but they still helped fit my car into their busy schedule. They performed compression testing to ensure the engine wasn't damaged internally and even advised of a few issues they found that they suggested repairs for later down the road if they become a bigger problem.I dropped it off, and they had it fixed and ready to go relatively quickly, considering all the work they had to do. Even though I told them to just take their time, they exceeded my expectations and had it ready pretty quickly. The car is now back in my possession and better than I remember it being before it broke. Seems a timing belt and properly adjusted timing resolved all my issues.

10/10, 5/5, All the stars I can give them! The best car repair experience I had ever had. I was in the middle of a 3,000 mile road trip and had a wheel bearing going out on a Friday night! I searched online and saw good things about Foreign & Domestic Autocare, so I called and left a message for them Friday night. I got a call back from Bob on Saturday morning and headed to the shop.They were able to get me in on a Saturday morning, get the bearing replaced and have me back on the road in short time. It was great! They didn't charge me for coming in short notice or give me any trouble about it. The price was great as well.Bob was super friendly and even offered me some donuts they had! If I lived in the area I would only use them for my service. Again, I will be forever grateful to F&D for their amazing service and kindness!

Bob and his crew did excellent work. They kept me informed and updated when o gave them a long list of items I wanted fixed on my truck. They are very affordable and did exactly what they said they were going to do to get me back in the woods and safely on the road.

I ordered new wheels and got them installed. They did excellent work when mounting and balancing the new wheels and tires. They didn t put a scratch on the new wheels. Job well done!

The guys down at F & D always take care of me. They get you in as quick as they can, let you know what you need without anything that you don't, and are fair in their pricing. They are definitely the diamonds in the rough when it comes to the world of auto shops and I will continue to use them for my repair/maintenence needs and recommend them anytime I have the chance. Bob and the staff provided great service! . Professional. Finished my 2008 g37s infiniti in a timely fashion. Took time to update me on service and explained what was going on with my car even though I am a female. I'm thankful for their help!

Bob and his crew are always the BEST!!!! THEY HAVE TAKEN CARE OF EVERYTHING on our 2010 Mazda 3, they have fixed & redone everything on her... From the shocks and struts, fuel tank replacement, motor mounts, I mean everything I could've recommend a better place then Foreign and Domestic!!!!!! This last time we came in for a lot of knocking in the trunk sound... They changed the swaybar links... Well the knocking got louder and louder... I know my Mazda very well, told Bob what I thought it maybe.... It was the bolt was loose on the links, and he tightened them no charge... Now I'm on the road and she rides like a dreamThanks Foreign and Domestic

The most trustworthy mechanic and tire shop around. These guys do not sell you added things just to make a buck from the customer. I have been going here for years and have recommended countless people to this shop. If you think your mechanic is a little shady and probably getting over on you , ditch those guys and go see Bob and John. You will be a lifelong customer.

I don t often give reviews but these guys earned one. Bob was awesome to deal with and communication couldn t have been better. I called on a Monday and they got us right in on Wednesday. Very fair prices. Great team. Would highly recommend.

I let Bob know I'd be in in the next few days for tires and an oil change when I returned from a cross country road trip. I got back in and dropped in unannounced around noon. He got my truck in, two new tires on and rotated, oil changed, and noticed my rear brake pads were bad. Got the new model specific pads delivered from Ford the same day and installed before end of day. Literally couldn't have asked for anything else.

Two other auto shops that don t work on Nissans and several friends recommended F&D.Took a while for them to get to my car but Bob s assurance they would get it right kept me there. Really appreciated the customer service and them fixing the root issue.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've done business with Bob and John for years, and they always go the extra mile to take care of their customers! To say that I am pleased with my new tires (and front end alignment) is not adequate praise for the best auto repair and tire sales shop on the Gulf Coast... great work, fair prices-- what more could you ask for?

I called and talked to one of the ownersJon about having trouble getting my 370z car to start. He said bring it over right now and I will take a look at it. He tightened a loose bolt and it started right up without any problems. I ask the other owner Bob if I needed new tires and he said no but all your tires needed air. I ask Bob how much I owed them and he said nothing. Just come back and see us! Go by and see Jon and Bob for great work and great prices!! New customer for life!! RTR

Awesome, helpful, and knowledgeably staff. We had taken a vehicle to another shop here in Mobile, to get new tires put on and balanced, and the vehicle was shaking like crazy at speeds above 65mph with the new tires . We tried to bring them back, however, the other shop stated they were "perfectly" balanced. After taking the car to F&D, which we should have done originally, Bobby told us the previous location had the rims balanced way off. F&D re-balanced the wheels, put them back on the car, and now the car drives perfectly straight with no issues or vibration. Thank you guys again! You're awesome!

I was traveling from out of town and ran into a little car trouble. I found these guys through the Google reviews. Every single review is 5 stars and every review is well earned. These gentlemen are fast, courteous and hardworking. They stayed over to get the work done. Not just for me, but for other customers as well. Hats off to these boys for helping me out of a bind. Send them your business, you will not regret it.

If I could leave them 10 stars I would! Top notch service from a great group of guys. They're honest and up front and don't try and "up sell" you with services you don't need. Bob, Jon and the guys work hard for their customers. There's not a better option in West Mobile for vehicle service.

These guys are professional. They work on all cars and trucks, not just tuner cars or race cars. Bob is great at diagnosing car issues. They have also taken care of my kids car as if it were their own. I never feel like I over paid like other places. FYI, the shop is always busy, because people know that Bob and the guys do great work. Thanks F&D!

I ve been to several places that have taken advantage of the fact that I m young and female spitting me BS about things I need that I didn t. I ve been here twice now with issues I thought were crazy expensive things that turned out to be much less expensive and much easier to fix. They could have easily told me my problems were the expensive ones and charged me for them but they didn t. On top of that they even called me a few weeks after my first time there to check and make sure things were still running smoothly. Living here and being 6 hours away from any friends or family makes it really hard to find great people who go great work for a great price and I have definitely found that here. I won t go anywhere else and I wouldn t send someone anywhere else but here.
