Great customer service from Aaron and Fire Stone staff. Friendly attitude. Quick response and turn around time. I brought my wife s car in, with no pre-scheduled appointment, and Aaron and his team had tires on my wife s within an hour.Great people and great service.

Excellent service, was able to change to an earlier appointment due to some change of plans. Gentleman at the front was transparent about whether it could be done or not. I asked about a tune up, got a quote, when I went to pick up my vehicle he mentioned I didn t need one for about 40K miles.Most places would have done it anyways, charged me and never thought twice. This place cares more about the customer than making a quick buck. So trust me when I say, if they tell you that you need something, they ain t trying to sell you, you need it.

I have been taking my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited to location with Ocean and Aaron since I bought my Jeep in March of 2023. I also bring my husband's 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara here as well. I recently had a problem with my Jeep and they found out it was my transmission. I had them replace it with a Jasper transmission (on their recommendation), had an oil change, replaced my head gaskets and upper and lower manifold gaskets (had leaks in the back on the motor), checked my heater and core, along with a few others. I left my Jeep with them for as long as they needed it. I wanted it done right and I trust them to do it right the first time. I did my 500 mile break-in time, brought it back and had Bane check it. He did a thorough checkup. I won't take my Jeep (or my husband's) anywhere else. I can call or walk in and get the greatest service. It makes me feel like the old mechanic shops, where there is honesty and friendship. Thanks Aaron, Ocean and Bane for the hard work y'all do!

called and ask if they could get to a tire repair (Slow leak front tire) was told they could work me in. Tires were purchased 6 days ago at a firestone store in Atlanta, that did not even but caps over the valve stem covers on. Arrived about 10 minutes later checked in went next store to get lunch returned and waited my turn. They pulled my car in and started checking after verifying again which tire was leaking, shortly after that I see the same employee bring another car ( that arrived long after I did) into the shop was told they were working on my car look out into the shop no one was working on my car ask and was told they were short handed and they were having to work on several cars at one time. The employee was starting to do a 4 wheel alinement on the other car he pulled in. was told they had sprayed my tire but had not found a leak so they were going to have to break the tire down, but there was no one working on my car. I had no problem with waiting my turn but felt like once it was my turn they should have stayed on my car until it was completed. Told them to pull my car out, I will never do business with Firestone again, and oh buy the way I own a business with a fleet of Trucks and Trailers rough count well over 100 tires

Lies!!! Went here to have them check on my breaks and alignment, they told me I needed my breaks replaced, my tie-rod ends, my alignment, a tire rotation and an oil change. The quote they gave me was $1400, I only had them change my oil but they also charged me for my alignment. I went and got a second opinion from Mavis and they told me my breaks still had 60% life left and the only thing that needed done was my tie rod ends which only cost me $350 compared to the $600 they quoted me here. Bad experience, do not recommend!!!

Firestone was the only tire store in town that would help me with my trailer tires, and they were only going to charge me $9.00!! I tipped both the manager and tech $20 each. Without them, I would have been in a bad position!

HorribleWish I would have payed attention to his name so I could call him out In particular. Took a tire with a slow leak to have repaired. First told they couldn't find the leak so they aired the tire up to 60 psi. Still can't find the leak. Finally find a staple. Mind you my tire has a slow leak. They pull the staple out knowing that they can't repair it because of their policies of the holes being to close together then come tell me they found it and I need a new tire. I say no I'll take it somewhere else and have it repaired thinking, which silly me, thinking it has a slow leak still like when I first got there, I tell them to just put it back on. Well they did and it no longer holds air. I didn't realize this until I went to leave at which point I was livid. I missed two appointments because of their incompetence or maybe he was mad because I wouldn't buy a new tire,either way it's unacceptable. In conclusion, Myself, my wife and my three kids used to do business with Firestone.

Loyal Firestone customer across several states for 15 years, this location for 3. Always honest, complete, and helpful from flats and oil changes, tires, brakes, and front end repair, they've never done me wrong.

Originally scheduled online for 8 am. Got a call at 6:39 am saying they couldn t do it then and rescheduled for noon the same day. I sat waiting for 50 min before they took my car back. Asked multiple times to also check and add air in tires if needed which wasn t done as pressure reads 29, 29, 33 and 34 after leaving and driving 15 min down the road. Absolutely will not be back.Service: Oil change

Messed up my lug nuts without telling me and with my husbands car they broke his wheel lock and didn t say anything. They just slipped it into the side of the door. Firestone SUCKS!

Absolutely terrible. Do NOT trust this location.We brought a vehicle in for a delayed start. They charged $350 for the repair, but the issue was still there when we picked it up. They charged another $1600, but the problem was still there. They clearly do not perform more than 1 test drive. The manager, Aaron, told us that his 3 mechanics gave him 3 different stories about the vehicle. Left it again for another week, but when we picked it up, we have more dashboard alerts than we had when we dropped it off, including an overheating engine.Incompetent mechanics paired up with incompetent management. Do NOT bring your vehicle here.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Don't go to this Firestone if you need a flat tire repaired, they won't do it. They only want to sell you new tires. Totally wasted my time.

Tried to call them Sunday at 11am to see if they had an appointment available. No live person answered the phone, just some automated thing. So I drove down to the store, walked in. The doors were open and there were customers sitting in the lounge area,, so I waited at the front counter for like 5-7 minutes, but no employees ever came up front to help me so I left. I don t think the store was actually open??

I went to Firestone with a nail in the tire and I wanted the tire repaired. The nail was about 2 inches from the sidewall. They said it could not be repaired and the tire needed to be replaced. The estimate was for $290. I said no thanks and went to a competitor who repaired the tire for $25.80. I will not go back to Firestone.

Tires were supposed to be mounted and balanced. Tires were mounted incorrectly, had the wrong amount of air in them and were horribly unbalanced. Had to take my car to another shop to have it done correctly. Avoid at all costs. Will never use again.Service: TiresService: Tires

Always been happy with their work, but their communication when something goes awry leaves a lot to be desired. A couple of times in the last few months, I've had to call for status updates after dropping off the vehicle several hours prior, only to find out they're either waiting on parts or got the wrong part in. Which is fine, I understand that there are supply chain issues, but being proactive and keeping the customer informed goes a long way. And it doesn't help that the vehicle being worked on is the only one I have had at those times, since I can't leave it overnight. Overall, the guys there are nice and do great work, but I shouldn't have to call at 5:00 when I drop off a vehicle at 9:00, wondering what's going on with it.

Once you find a mechanic/service writer or a manager.. that is Honest and doesn't try to make You buy things You don't need. You stick with him or her!!! I literally pass 3 other Firestone's to get to this specific shop. I'm not saying the other shops aren't just as good, but if something is working for You are You going to try to "fix it".. I Think Not!!!Thanks to the Manager & Staff!!Job well done Men!!!

Car returned with broken radio. The radio was 100% functioning with no issues when I turned my car over to Firestone. Also, paid $1350 for brake work. The Schillinger store manager, Aaron Eddins, was rude and indifferent to the problem him and his team caused.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Showed up with a flat tire off another work truck. Had a crew in the field waiting on it. Busy day at Firestone but the manager expedited the new tire and we were on our way in a very short time. Kudos to the Firestone team! Thanks guys!

Went in for tire rotation and balancing. Came out given a 1600. dollar estimate for front shocks and an oil pan leak. All false. Just a scam. They also damaged a brake shield which makes a heck of a noise going down the road. I found all lug nuts overtorqued and some studs with damaged threads. All evidence that the nuts were hammered on with an airwrench. Lugnuts should be hand threaded to start, followed by hand wrenching to seat them. The final torque value should be with a torque wrench. In this case 76 ft lbs. These people obviously do not possess the expertise to work on vehicles.I will NOT do business here again.

Ridiculous oil change prices! I've waited 3hrs just for an oil change I've been here 20 minutes looking at my car just sitting on the rack. Finally went into the work area & confronted them. Only then, did they start my oil change that took maybe if even, 10 minutes. The only good that came out of this RIDICULOUS experience,,, they compensated me on my oil change.

Over the top customer service! Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, especially Myles. Went in for standard things and a brake check. My brakes had challenges, however, they were on point and fixed everything that needed to be fixed and were able to get my car back to me that day. Highly recommend this Firestone if you want excellent customer service and quality service!!
