This Firestone is close to my work. I normally use another Firestone store in Mobile but I will use the one at Bel Air from now on. Their customer service is top-notch. Shawn was very welcoming when I brought my car in. Ken, the mechanic, called me and told me exactly what I needed and the cost and answered all my questions. He also left me a voicemail. When my car was ready, not only did I get a call letting me know but also an email. Outstanding customer service is a top priority with me and this store delivered.

Think his name was Steven he was very very much so a team player if he's not the manager he needs to be he was running back and forth addressing issues customers and was kind and even dealt with an unruly customer and apologized to us who witness the ordeal. He is very professional and will be back in the future for all my car cares because of him.!!!!! Loved this location and the company they explained issues with my car and I felt very confident in their performance. Very satisfied thanks Firestone!!!!

Please do not go here. Please.I had two bad experiences:1. They did wheel balance and tire rotation for me and they forgot to tighten all lug nuts for 3 wheels. They drove my truck like to the parking ready for me to go and take off but I quickly noticed none of the lug nuts were tighten. Mechanic told me that the guy that worked on my car had already done this TWICE. If I had not noticed the untighten lug nuts, all 3 wheels would ve FALLEN OFF while driving.2. Went in for a clicking sound when turning at low speeds and they told me that the sound was caused by bad wheel axles and that to fix it would be $1100. Went to another mechanic at Domestic and Foreign Auto Care (Best Mechanics in Mobile), and they said my eccentric bolt was just loose and that wheel axles were completely fine! They tighten eccentric bolt and all was good Again, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!

I came in early February for an oil change and tire alignment. Upon further inspection, it turned out I was dangerously close to two blowouts. And of course my car needed specialty tires. I didn t have the funds, and they didn t have the tires, but they were able to work with me to get what I needed. I can now safely drive my car. Keith and Tom are the best!

I have been going to Firestone for 10 years and they always do a good job..they tell you want needs to be did and no pressure.. I've been to 3 of Firestone in Mobile Alabama and the best one is on airport Blvd across from the mall. Next to wendys They get u in quick and fast.. great job guys..

If you cannot get a second opinion don't come here. I was told my car needed almost $2000 worth of work that was not needed. My car needed front brake pads and a tune up that's it but was lied to about multiple things including cv axles needing replacement.

I have had multiple issues with my car before moving here. I took it in yesterday and it is now driving like new. Staff is courteous and professional. They take the time to really listen to the customers. I will not take my car anywhere else. This staff is excellent!!!

My vehicle was pushed back multiple times for a simple tire warranty check of a tire that went flat. I left my vehicle at the Bell Air location & went to Gulf Shores and back. 3 hours later my vehicle still had not been touched. My vehicle was there because my tire under warranty kept going flat eith no puncture or loud air leaking. When I returned to the store there was a whole lobby of different customers being serviced while my vehicle had never been moved after a 3 hour period. I will never trust my business to this location again. Side note when I initially purchased my set of tires the tech broke my center cap. Months later they are still telling me it is on back order. Worst place in the city. Wish I could gi e them 0 stars.

My truck has been at that place since March 2022. I have serious health condition which I don t have transportation to get to my appointments which I explained clearly. All I get is a run a round. I was informed that my truck had damages from a storm. I was not notified. My daughter went by and saw it. When they do take my call. All was discussed was the air conditioner repair. There were new parts put on and the the problem that didn t fix the problem. Andrew lies and avoid me. If he can t fix my truck let me know. I have enough on my plate to deal with. I m 2 hours away and don t really have no way of getting there. Very Disappointed. I pray no one has to go through this. VERY DISAPPOINTED Service: Air conditioning

Had my second positive experience in a row at Firestone today. Priced out some tires and got a great deal compared to the other prices I got. Also, Tom took care of me super quickly and gave me great customer service. 5 out of 5

Terrible experience. This store doesn t care about customer service, your time, or your money. Roger is the rudest and laziest employee I have ever witnessed. I was charged 3 times the amount I should have been for a simple part. Also, my car broke down just hours after leaving the Firestone. They would not answer the phone, give updates, or do anything work related to help get my car done in a timely manner. Some of the employees were nice and wanted to work for my car, but once Roger took over the ticket for my car, I had no hope of a good experience with this Firestone. It seems he needs a career change at this point in his life as this one may not be the best option for him. It is clear this Firestone does not care for its customers at all.

I went to this location on March 20, 2024 to get air put in my tires and was told they didn't have the tire pressure gauge to air my tires. How do you not have the proper tool to put air in tires but sell tires?

Gave me an appointment for evening time the following day, the next day I called to find a good time, and then was told that the following morning would be even better. Get there early in the morning of, they didn't have my four trailer tires, had only two. They then told me that I would have to take my boat off the trailer or take all four tires and rims off and bring them back to them.Set appointments with you but fail to ensure that you will be taken care of!

I wasn t gonna write a review but when I called this location to inform them they missed and dismissed my transmission whine multiple services and now my car is at dealership finally getting repaired, the manager seemed to lack any concern for customer service, safety or satisfaction! This location has serviced my car multiple times. First time I had appointment at 1 and my car wasn t pulled in to service till almost 3! Next time I drop car in morning for standard oil change and check up and they wait till after 4pm to tell me I need new brakes and an engine air filter. So of course I have to go back again bc I need my car. Next I have a tire pressure light on dash and rush over. They fill my tires, don t check for leaks and reported lowtire pressure. I go to work and light comes back on. I drop after job 2 for morning service and they find a flat tire upon opening. They charged me $20 plus to patch a flat. I m driving to Mississippi for work and there goes tire light again, next day. I go to a tire shop in D Iberville and they show me the patch was bad. So I had to buy a new used tire. They never put my valve caps back on either. I used to trust Firestone brand but this location has left me fearful of my safety and they care more about quantity than quality. No one is held accountable and it doesn t seem like management cares enough to double check anything. A complaint is a gift and opportunity to fix the problem but it seems they don t understand customer service excellence. I took my car to Pepboys in PCB and they too missed the problem but they refunded my diagnostic fees no questions asked. I recommend Pepboys over Firestone any day, especially this location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

As someone that works out of town a LOT it's hard to find a trustworthy place for the family to take the vehicles. We decided to give Firestone a shot and glad we did!Tom and Mike gave superb customer service to my wife when she brought her car in for service. This location and the level of service that was provided has earned a customer for life.

I have been bringing my vehicle to this company since 2016 to have it serviced and this is the 1st time I have brought it to this location for service my window on my car does not let up I just paid to have it let up and they let my window down the day before thanksgiving and me and my children ended up getting rained on The guys at this location we re very rude and not understanding I do not work there the told me it s standard operating procedure s to let the window down AFTER the fact which is something that should be said upfront therefore there should have been some kind of disclaimer seeing that I do not work and Firestone would not know your standard operating procedure s I did not bring my vehicle for the window it was an issue under the hood furthermore, Andrew was very nice nasty with a demeanor as if he did not care then he insultingly says you can bring it in so I can give you an estimate of how much it would be to get fixed. I will never take my vehicle there for service again and I do not suggest anyone does as this service team does not careService: Auto engine diagnostic

They did a good job with my tire but I had an awful experience with person in the front desk. He was playing on his phone while I was talking to him and he just an attitude like I am doing something wrong. Asked about doing a smoke test on the car EVAP system. Got a price of $89.99. Took car to this Firestone store and left it for the EVAP smoke test. They called back several hours later and said that the technician said a diagnostic test was required before I could get an EVAP smoke test. The counter manager said this would be about $159 and the cost of the EVAP smoke test was not included in the diagnostic test (which I already had a code for from two previous diagnostic tests at different locations). All I wanted was the EVAP smoke test to see if there was a leak in the EVAP system as there had already been over $800 spent on parts trying to turn off the check engine light. Bottom line I felt like this was a bait and switch situation where the $89 cost turned into a $250 cost. The desk manager should have known (and probably did know) that a diagnostic test was required prior to giving me a cost for the EVAP tests. They just wanted to get my car in the parking lot before they gave me the real cost. They would not do EVAP smoke test without doing the diagnostic, so I picked up the car and took it somewhere else.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Just don t. I sent mom, who is elderly there and they charged her for an alignment she didn t need. The vehicle literally just had one. All she needed was 2 new tires. No integrity whatsoever.

came in for alignment...told me it wasn't really out of alignment but needs new front tire due to abnormal wear on inside of tire. I said that doesn't make sense..can't have that tire wear n be in alignment. Tech said it's cause it's an old tire.. hmmm old tires only wear on one side? Never again..scamming ..still charged me for alignment!!!Service: Wheel alignment

VERY RUDE. I called to get a price on getting my water pump replaced and they exclaimed they would have to look at it first. When I said okay he repeated the same thing then slammed the phone down trying to hang up and accidentally hit some numbers because I heard tones. VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called vthe other location and they gave me an answer within 2 minutes
