I wish I could give this place and my experience 10 stars!! From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with respect and grace.I was there under an hour and my mechanic name was Hunter! He did my car right!The gentleman at the front desk was named Caleb and he was amazing. They have a new customer from this day forward.I was told I needed to get some work done and I wasn't pressured into fixing it.This place us amazing!

I came in with my tire pressure light on and they checked my tires and I had a tire that was low and they fit me in. I had a nail in it and they patched the tire quickly. I was very thankful they were able to get my tire fixed so I could get to work. I am thankful Firestone always takes care of my car/tires without a long wait.

I want to share my experience and express my sincere gratitude to Caleb Bush, Garret Denmark, and their team (there was another gentleman there that worked on my Nissan Frontier as well that evening but he didn't have a business card at the time) that took care of me recently! They took their time to ensure the highest quality of work was provided as well as going the extra mile and working past closing time to ensure that my vehicle was properly serviced! I always go to this specific shop every time I go to Mobile for work and I receive great customer care and service every time! Please give these men a raise and/or a promotion asap!

Update your store hours online. It says on Google that you close at 7pm. You guys called me to let me know it was ready for pick up at 6:05pm. Thinking you closed at 7:00pm like google said, I stated I d come up in a little bit to get it. No one said anything about being about to close. But when I arrived at the store at 6:44pm the lights were all out and everyone was gone. Then I see the sign on the door says you close at 6pm. Why would you call me and tell me to come pick up the car after you close? Huge inconvenience and I m very disappointed.

Coming back from Florida to Texas. Had a blow out tire on Sunday. Stop a this location at 4.10pm to get a new tire. Ask the employee for the service and I was not even done asking when he told me that I had to make an appointment for tomorrow and had NO TIME for me today. No customers on sale floor but me, he had 2 techs working and all I needed was 1 tire. Call the other location in town and told me they could give me service but didn't had the tire in stock, but this location did had one in stock. I work for a company that provide services to Firestone and I know 1st hand how things work. I'm 100% sure they could help me and make a sale in the process. 1st and last time I will stop at a Firestone for any service. Luckily a roadside tire company came to my location and got me back in the road in less than 1 hour.This was one of the worst customer service I have encountered in years.

This place and company keeps breaking something on my car everytime I take it in for a routine service. The last time I went to have tires rotated and they broke my lug nuts. They do give you your money back if you have to get things replaced ap hence the 4 stars review. I also had a tire sensor issue that O took to them to replace. They replaced it with a new one and charged me for it but the new sensor would not work. Again, they did finace me back for the money spent but I wasted time and time going back with my vehicle and the issue was not solved. Time wasted can never be regained.

I ll never go back.I asked for a complete inspection, in which they apparently missed I need new brakes. Also, I went in ready to buy two new tires, to have them tell me I didn t need them. Then on my thousand mile, multiple stop, road trip every person I knew saw my car and said, I think you need new tires! What place DOESNT sell you tires when you re ready to pay for them? But when my dad told me my brakes needed work i had just had it. Will hand down, never go back.

Possibly the best auto shop in Mobile. Very nice employees, and always best prices for repairs even not charging me after they had one of my vehicles for a week trying to get it going.

In January I purchased a pre-owned car. Although the oil change light was not on, I scheduled an oil change (including computer diagnostic) with Firestone so the car would have fresh oil. The next day I noticed the oil change sticker was NOT on my windshield. The car still had a slight vibration just like it did when I purchased it but at the time I didn't think anything about it. In May the oil change light illuminated which I thought was strange since I seldom drive outside of midtown and on some days do not use my car at all. I went back to Firestone and they changed the oil. This time an oil change sticker was on my windshield and the vibration completely disappeared. I am convinced that Firestone did NOT change the oil on the first visit. The employees I encountered on both occasions were very unfriendly, sullen, and barely spoke. Instead of making eye contact and speaking clearly, they mumbled while staring at the computer screen in the customer service lobby. I am very unhappy with the service I received at this Firestone location.Service: Oil change

I used the Governement/Catherine location. Excellent service! They kept me informed throughout the whole process and had the work completed when promised. I was getting my vehicle ready for a road trip, so I really appreciate these guys!

Trying to go to another store this morning just made me appreciate this store even more. The staff there is fantastic and I know I can trust them to take care of our vehicles. I started going there more than 15 years ago because it was close to our house. Now I'm thirty minutes away and will keep coming back.

Very friendly and competent folks at this Firestone. The front desk manager is genuinely pleasant and knowledgeable. I needed my tire plugged/patched after running over a construction bolt in the area. Great to have the place open on Sunday since I needed to depart town the same day. This Firestone store seems to be consistently busy so expect a wait--but you can enjoy the coffee shop next door while you wait. Highly recommend this location.

They do fine work but that s all it s just okay. The prices are always higher than other service shops with work and waits that doesn t rise to match. I ve only taken my vehicle here when it was so and I could r make it anywhere else. Sad to say that I can t recommend.

The mechanics at this Firestone are honest and competent. I've taken my car there before thinking that I knew what was wrong, telling the mechanics what I needed, and after inspection they would inform me that what was ACTUALLY wrong would cost me A LOT less money!! You can't get more honest than that! Now...they ain't cheap... but you always know that when you get your car back that it's FIXED!I suggest you set up an appointment to get your car fixed because they are hella busy because of the good, honest work they do. When you call their number, a recording asks if you want to make an appointment. Make the appointment so you know you're car is going to be looked at first before all the other walk ins.

0 Stars.If you call ahead to make an appointment, don t expect your quality of service or wait to improve. You ll be lucky if they put your name in the computer (though they WILL ask you for your name and number to make you feel like they ve done something).Spoke with Garret to see about getting a tire puncture repaired. He said I could bring it by whenever, but that making an appointment would reduce the wait time. I said that sounds great, when s your next availability? 9:00 AM tomorrow - let me take you name and number so we can put you in the system. After he took my info down (or so I thought), I asked how long the wait might be for a tire repair. 20-30 minutes he said.The next morning I drop the truck by and decided to leave it so as not to rush the technician. I re-confirmed before leaving, Pick it up at lunch works, right? Yes, the person taking my info down says. Show up four hours later to find the truck in the same spot I left it, no repairs performed.Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle down the road to Griffith Service Station instead.

They messed my truck up more than they fixed it and when I brought it back to them they refused to fix it the right way. They take forever to do anything and are the most overpriced tire shop around. Also left bolts loose and tried to use tape to hold some pins in place. Terrible service would never recommend to anyone.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I took my GMC Sierra into the store for a front end alignment on January 6, 2022. I have $1400 tires on my truck. I took it back in to tell them that my alignment wasn't done correctly because my tires were wearing. The technician said that it was because I had probably hit a pothole?????? Then he said I need to rotate my tires every 3000 miles. I have read the reviews on your�website and I had actually purchased parts from the store down the street and they told me not to take my "nice" truck to your store. But I was extremely busy, and just didn't have the time. The part store associate further said, that this store can no longer order parts, that you have to come in and pay cash because you have so many unknowledgeable technicians. This is extremely bad business!!! Times are too hard for you to keep shelling out money for things your technicians are breaking. I would rather you send me somewhere else! I am reporting this establishment to the better business bureau and request that you hire and train your technicians�thoroughly.

My car was overheating. I asked if they would just look under the hood to see if the radiator needed water. The response was they couldn't get to my car until four hours. I called Griffith Shell which is 0.5 miles away and a lot was wrong with my Subaru! Steve Griffith assigned Joseph to my car and it was ready before 5:00pm. So many parts were needed and had to be replaced, which included the air and circulation. It is to my benefit that Firestone doesn't have good customer service!

I was logged in promptly and the service rendered quickly and professionally. I couldn't be more pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop and would definitely use their service again when needed.

I have always been given good service until this day. Didn t see my normal guy. The girl that helped me didn t explain to me that it was going to be 89. To put a headlight bulb in my car. I could have done it myself. The Autozone will put in for free. Crazy!!!

I came in to get a nail removed from one tire and was told it would take about an hour before they could get to my vehicle. This was fine, but i didn't expect for it to take over an hour to do the actual work (2 hours total). Removing a nail and patching the hole shouldn't take so long. Also, the final report said they recommended additional services to me that I declined. However, no such services were ever suggested to me, so I'm assuming they're just trying to fulfill some procedural steps on paper. Aside from this, the place was okay and the staff was otherwise decent to deal with.

Terrible service .Went in for tire rotation and a patch in 1 tire,After I dropped it off , they called me and told me they could not patch it because of the location of the nail ; understandable....however they told me that my brakes were so bad , I needed new pads and new rotors.I told them ,just do the rotation, I ll take the truck to faussack,where I got the tires originally.Next day ,I go to faussack and to my surprise, the tire with the nail in it ,was at same location than before the rotation.....shocking !!!!! They did not even do the rotation that they charged me for , and unfortunately I purchased the protection plan ; and to add insult to injury, the technicians at faussack told me that my brakes and my rotors did not need to be replaced .I will not go back over there , don t even care if the owner answer my review to apologize, anything short of them giving me my money back for that worthless protection plan is a waste of time

I guess I got a bad technician. 2 repairs and new tires. First, 1 lug stud was broken and was supposed to be repaired and a new nut put on. Came to pick it up noticed it had no nut, told them and Ricky the technician said he couldn t find it so didn t put any nut on and still I was charged. The other guy found it in like 5 seconds and put it on before I paid for everything. No bid deal. The other repair was the inner tie rod and when I checked after I got home I saw the boot was not put on in the correct position and the clamp was bent and broken. So I had to come back and get that correctly installed, but the best they could do was a zip tie. I understand the dilema here for them, but in the end this is just bad workmanship and when you spend $1300+ you expect more. Double check your repairs if you know what you re looking at.
