Bought my own oil and filter. They tried to charge me for their filter. I used Pennzoil and the woman stated "you got the good stuff that's what we use". No you don't you use Valvoline. She also charged an additional amount for some reason, Mr Mike said she was adding in her tip and I believe him. Been going here for 2 years now but will never EVER go back and that's a promise!

Very busy and efficient tire store , automotive repair shop , and Express oil service. I have done business with Fausak's for several years and have always been satisfied with the service , Products , and reasonable prices.

They are fast. I called at work asking if they were busy and they were not. Drove down there it it was about 10 minutes. Issue is I went there because my fluid light was on and I am aware with an oil change you get your fluids topped off. I get a diagostic check and determine it is fluids pop the hood and my freon is not full. The sheet says it was checked makes me wonder if anything else was looked at.

Great experience. Friendly manager. They did a multi point inspection on my vehicle but I only came in for an oil change so I appreciated that. Next time I m in town and need an oil change, I ll stop here.

Fast service. Vacuumed the interior only after I reminded them then did a shoddy job. Said they cleaned windshield and checked the tire pressure s but they did not do it. In their defense they were pretty busy but that should not be a reason for substandard service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great service from my oil change ...guys who were on top of it all and then on over to rotate my tires and balance...thanks much in everyway...stay masked up and all the guidelines by our CDC...we all are un tye thick of it and ALABAMA IS RED ALL OVER so dont slack up...anybody can wear a mask to not bring it home or to others elsewhere...Make it a HAPPY DAY and TRUSY CHRIST IN YOUR HEART He will see us thru!!!

Start to finish was less than 20 minutes although I didnt take them up on the free vacuum. Extremely satisfying experience

Have to do better. Sat for an hour only to have them destroy my oil pan. Fleet vehicle or not I'm responsible.

Their prices are good and the employees are very fast and helpful.
