The service was absolutely superb I arrived and approached with smiling faces the service was quick my car was vacuumed out windshield cleaned and oil change less than 25 min wow the professionalism of the crew is amazing also they honor the military with a great discount I will be returning for sure.

UPDATE: The owner made it right and replaced the alternator and redid the oil change. We appreciate it being made right and would recommend them to anyone after this situation.Original Post: Their tech did not tighten the oil cap on my daughter's car while I was out of town and the oil spilled out and ruined her alternator ...Service: Oil change

Fast, friendly service! I called on a Saturday morning... everyone else in town had at least a 2 hour wait... not these guys! I pulled up, they vacuumed my jeep while they changed the oil, gave me a military discount for my husband's service and I was out of there in 15 minutes! Slightly more expensive than say Walmart or something but definitely worth it!

Shouts out to Fausak s Express.... went by there for an oil change Mike, Jalen and Joey really work as a team. Would recommend them to anybody. If your in Mobile Stop by and get your oil changed it took like 5 Minutes and we just pulled up! Great Job!

Speedy oil change, and the service is quick and painless. No hidden fees, and they don't force anything extra. Super nice people and I'll definitely be going back! 10/10 would recommend!!

I took all 5 of our vehicles to them for two years and all was great. For no reason other than to up-sale us, THE MANAGER began lying to my wife about what she needed. He told her her brand new car with less then 7k miles needed a new air filter, she couldn't switch from synthetic to conventional oil without damaging her engine and she couldn't use the coupon specifically from Fausak that she just printed that morning because it was no longer honored. They did not reset the oil change counter and did not fill the wiper fluids - likely because my wife did not fall for their pitch. When I confronted him, he admitted to the lies and said he wouldn't do it again. Not acceptable. Moving on...

It is very conveniently located with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I especially enjoy the perk of being able to come in anytime between oil changes and getting my fluids refilled for free.

I am a Desert Storm Combat veteran...so Ive been around some miserable people...Rude, unfriendly older man works there...left before service. I didn't need an oil change that bad. To many other places to go that treat you with respect and common courtesy.

Oil change was extremely to high it cost twice as much as the dealership would charge. But they are fast but was away to high .
