We would like to thank the GM Nick Balanos for his support on Saturday morning. My wife and I were just starting our day of driving 550 miles home. In our CX-5, we had an unavoidable collision with a Yeti cooler on the highway 2 miles away. We decided to have the Mazda service team assess the damage but they were closed. Nick rolled up his sleeves and got his hands dirty to help us assess if the car was okay enough to get home. We weren t sure if our radiator was damaged but after some discussion we agreed with his opinion and made it home. Thank you again to Nick for his help and support! BTW, Nick the plastic in the wheel well got ripped off about 40 miles after we left. Nothing serious but the duct tape might have made a difference :)

I am only give four stars out of five because the dealership is not, at all, inviting. Not the best place you want to buy a new car.As for the salesperson who helped me, Raymond, he was great. He was curteous and patient with my search. I ended up going back to him 2-3 weeks later after our initial visit. He was once again helpful with the whole car-buying process. He even took the time to ask questions and take sincere interest and I appreciate that from someone who I don t typically expect. Thanks for making the car-buying experience less stressful, Raymond! I hope you get to work in a nicer office/dealership in the near future ;)

Editing to reply to Dean McCrary's reply... in regard to driving to another state to purchase the vehicle... My search for the vehicle began at Dean McCrary. I HAD to find another dealer because Dean McCrary did not carry the trim package and color vehicle I wanted. When I informed the sales person of what I wanted, I was told that it was hard to find and to look online and see about having it delivered... by your own staff!. So, that's what I did. And btw, it was Florida, not Texas. I also called Dean McCrary BEFORE making the PPM package purchase to confirm that they would accept it, and the staff informed me that Dean McCrary not only honors the packages, but sells them as well. I was told by Mazda Financial that if a dealership sells the packages, they are required by the contract that they signed on July 30, 2020 to honor the packages. It shouldn't make a LICK of difference what dealership the package was purchased, as it was purchased FROM MAZDA (Mazda Financial) and last I checked, you guys claim the Mazda name. It's sickening and sad to see that you would drive away not only me, but ALL of my Mazda contacts, just to save a couple hundred dollars. What ever happened to the old saying "The customer is always right?" Oh yeah, Bill Holcomb happened...I just got off the phone with one of the managers over at Dean McCrary Mazda and all I have to say is... I will not be giving them my business and I encourage anyone who may be interested in buying a Mazda to make the drive to Pensacola or Gulfport instead. The man that spoke to me (Bill Holcomb, Dean McCrary's PARTNER) was SO incredibly rude and spoke over me so much that I didn't even have the opportunity to discuss the issue at hand before getting so upset I had to end the conversation! When I purchased my CX-50 last year I went ahead and bought Mazda's prepaid maintenance program with it to help with the cost of oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Well, apparently even though the dealership will sell their customers the PPM package, they WILL NOT honor it!!! Bill kept yelling that they lose money on the PPM, so why would they honor it? But what I really want to know is why would they sell the program to their customers knowing full well that they will never be able to use it? He couldn't answer that. Sounds awfully suspicious to me. Buyer definitely beware! Stay away from Dean McCrary ANYTHING!!! I will be reaching out to the BBB in regards to how that man spoke to me.

Had a 2021 cx5 shipped to mobile. We needed an extra key. ( and a local dealership) The key was $240, the programming was $130 and I would not even be here complaining except that service said they were too busy to program the key so I d have to wait a week! Parts guy dazed and confused, shop dude was in part s complaining and service tech said he s the only one there and they order wrong parts again.

We bought a Mazda CX9 Saturday. This was the smoothest and fastest car purchase I have had. Have purchased two vehicles from Ray Shaw- our salesman. Definitely recommend Mr Ray. He is personable and gives an experience that is more than just a sales transaction. This Mazda dealership is managed well by the general sales manager- Stefanie Buford. Very knowledgeable about what she is doing, professional and is a hard worker. Was very pleased with this experience.

I purchased a new Mazda CX-30 yesterday and couldn t be happier. Raymond Williams was my sales associate and he made the whole process so easy. He was very knowledgeable and he wasn t pushy like some people can be. He answered all my questions and went through all of the features with me before I left the lot. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Mazda and I will gladly use him in the future to buy another vehicle.

I just bought a new Mazda 6 from a reputable dealership in Pensacola, FL. Within the first month of owning the vehicle, my check engine light came on. Keep in mind, I work in Mobile, so it is way more convenient for me to have my car operated on at Dean McCrary Mazda in Mobile versus taking it all the way to Pensacola. It was a pain to get an appointment scheduled with these guys, but finally I did. But once they were finally able to look at my new vehicle, they didn't fix the issue (something to do with the water pump), they just erased the codes and turned the check engine light off. So basically slapped a band-aid over a larger issue.Well, guess what. My check engine light is back on a couple of weeks later because that band-aid ripped off and it's impossible to get in touch with these guys who didn't even fix the problem the last time. This dealership will not be getting any business from me in the future.

After quite a bit of back and forth from a salesperson, Raymond Williams (anytime I would email, I would not get a reply; instead of replying-all, guy kept emailing my mom instead of answering me and would start off the email with my name ), we committed to purchasing a used Honda CR-V. We confirmed the date, time and down payment and he said he would see us then. We were all excited for it - my mom's old car died and we've been trying to find her a decent user SUV as a replacement. The very next day (today), after everything had been agreed upon, we texted asking for the Carfax info again as the car had been taken down from the site. We texted b/c it's the only digital communication he would somewhat reliably respond to eventually. No reply for several hours, and when we did get a reply, he simply texted "The car has been sold by the lot next door." We call, he ignored us. He wasn't even professional enough to call us - no, he *texted* us and then ducked our calls. We called to speak to the general sales manager and she was very short and snippy with her replies. We waited a bit to cool down before my mom called so she could be calm. The lady couldn't be bothered with our situation and could not care less about any of the situation and basically said that we should've signed for it and bought it on Friday (yesterday) when we were interested. So my credit gets checked, I lose a few points from the inquiry, we agree on terms, a date and time and he bails on us. Very professional. Avoid this place and this guy. I can see why they don t have a 5, or even a 4, star rating.

This is our 5th experience buying a vehicle and this was the best experience we have had. Stefanie Buford had everything lined out before we even arrived and then Raymond Williams was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience while at the dealership. I would definitely recommend going here. I know I will return here myself. It was a simple process that didn t take as long as most dealerships and they actually didn t have hidden fees. What we discussed with Stefanie before our arrival is what they stuck with. They were honest about the price and payments and all. They help get you in the vehicle YOU want and not just what benefits them.

Great cars, great design but the people in the mantenance and sales are the worst ever. They work like if they were doing a favor for you. This year I was thinking about buying a new honda or new mazda and only because of the sales people I bought the Honda.

Broke down 20 miles from mobile. Got towed to Dean McCrary Mazda dealership after hours on Thursday night. Mark in service ordered the alternator belt first thing in am and our car was repaired before noon. Mark picked us up from Hotel where we picked up our vehicle. He was so professional and courteous. He helped make our experience smooth! Thank you Mark!

I had a good experience buying a used car at Dean McCrary Mazda. I worked with Brittany Parker who was was knowledgeable and professional, helping me fill out the paperwork and answering all my questions about the process and the car. Z processed the payment papers quickly and efficiently. In both cases the atmosphere was calm and professional. I appreciate the service I received. Thank you Brittany and Dean McCrary Mazda staff.

I made an appointment with Stephanie the general manager and Raymond a sales person to see a specific vehicle at a specific time. I called 30 min prior to my arrival to verify. The manager new I wanted this car and told me it was waiting on me. Upon arriving at my appointment time, the car that was promised to me was sold out from underneath me. I had a great experience in 2019 with my purchase there and the owner Bill promised to help find me a car. They all lied. Not only that. It took 7 phones calls and crying over the course of two weeks just to obtain my GAP documents. I ended up with a beautiful 2018 Mazda CX5 touring from Autonation. I will never give them the chance to lie to me again.

This dealerships is so bad. Everytime I take my car in for service they always have a problem. Internet down, no workers, putting wrong oil in my car. Even when I bought my Mazda they lied to me about rates and gave me higher rates. Horrible company I like my car but this dealership is horrible. I was there this morning with the 2018 Mazda 6. Wasted my time and had to take off work to make the 8:30 appointment.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Raymond Williams at Dean McCrary Mazda. Mr. Williams treated me with respect and assessed my needs/wants to find the perfect car for me. I am a first-time Mazda buyer. He talked to me about what makes Mazda stand out as a brand. He directed me to a loaner car the lot was selling. It was virtually brand new but saved me quite a bit of money. I have owned my car for two months now and couldn't be happier. Mr. Williams returns my phone calls in a timely fashion to follow up with issues even AFTER he has already made the sale.

SCAM! The salesman I dealt with is a nice man and He sold me my first Mazda. There was a mixup then as well but I overlooked it. Anyways, he honestly tried to work out a deal for me. I left (with the new car) without signing paperwork and when I come back the next day to sign, the story had changed. They tell you one thing and do another. Then they lie about it and try and hide it in your contracts! I was told my loan would be a 72 month loan and no penalty if I pay off early. When the finance dude was sorting through my mounds of paperwork, my eye caught 84 only to discover that the length of the loan had been extended to 84 months. He left out that HUGE detail. The car would ve ended up costing $10,000 MORE. That is NOT okay! If you re looking for a car here, do yourself a favor and go the opposite direction unless you have money to throw away!!

I wouldn't go as far to call it bad or poor service, but I will say that they should be more informative. The paper work doesn't state any information on when I should return for the next scheduled service. I was also offered a complementary car wash and vacuum which appeared to be forgotten. If you offer a service I feel you should honor your word or not offer it. I'm not trying to be petty I have just experienced a decline in customer service at many places lately. Sometimes the small things matter. On a positive note the people weren't rude and I did think to ask when i should return to have my car serviced again.

Bad service! Sales department is not in communication with finance.- I leave my car for a full day to clean it, without knowledge they could do more maintenance the same day. No one told me, but they know the car will be there all day long.- I have to sent a second copy of my identification 2 days later, when the finance lady make a copy by herself.- 21 days after I get my car, I called to the bank to set up automatic payment, they confirmed my information was not in their system.- I called the dealer, they didn t send my paperwork because something was wrong, but no one never contact me to let it me know.- I ended going back to the dealer to sign again more paperwork.

I purchased my 2014 Mazda 6 brand new from this dealer. The sales was typical, I have didn't have any with the sale. Their customer support, leaves something to be desired. This car is on its 4th recall, with three warranty repairs. Each time I take it in, it always takes longer then promised to perform the work, they never call back when they say they will, and it is difficult to get them on the phone. The phone to the service department almost always goes to voicemail. Not sure how a dealer can justify not having enough staff just to answer the phone. The last time I took it in for recall work I asked they fix the center console, it was covered under warranty. They didn't remember to do the work (fix the center console). This last time I dropped the car off on a Thursday night, for it's scheduled appointment on Friday for it's 3rd or 4th recall. I asked them to get me a quote for getting a remote start installed. Not sure why it wasn't standard on their top end model, but that's a conversation for another day. They call me about an hour before they close the next day to tell me its done. They were supposed to call earlier in the day to give me the quote for the remote start install, hoping that maybe they could fit it in while they have it on the lift. When I get to the shop to pick the car up I had to remind him to get me the quote. He tells me if I leave the car with them over the weekend they will have it done Monday. Monday comes and again towards the end of the day, I haven't heard from them, imagine my surprise. I call them and he says, it will be another day. So much for my schedule that I completely rearranged to make sure I was available to pick the car up. Now I have to rearrange two days in a row to accommodate their inability to communicate and plan work. I'm not sure these guys know they are supposed to be here for me not the other way around. When I explain to the service rep my displeasure he offers a loaner. Why wasn't that an option Thursday evening? Why did I have to rearrange, an by rearrange I mean take off work to get my car into and out of the shop multiple days, needlessly? Each time I take the care in I get a sob story by the service rep how they have only been there 6 months and they are the nations best and they can't do anything about the past. Even though they can't find the courtesy to keep their schedule or at least make some phone calls early enough in the day to let me know I don't have to adjust my schedule for nothing! In reality I believe the service rep, It's not his/her fault. If a business has that kind of turnover and can't fix their problems, the fault lies with the poor management.

Would put one star, but they just happened to have the exact model that i wanted and i got it for the price that i wanted. Everything else about the process was not pleasant. The sales guy knew nothing about the vehicle and made sure that i knew. The sales guy was not on the same page as the finance guy. When i went in i had everything that i needed to walk in, buy the car, and leave (20-30 min). Instead, there was a few hours of sitting around for no reason at all and about 10 minutes of car buying. Overall i felt like a walking dollar sign and not a valued customer. 10/10 would not go back. Ever.

BEWARE!! Do not take your vehicle to get serviced here. They had my friends car for a month and a half, sublet it out then without her knowing, and then that mechanic had it for a month. As the story unfolds, they do not have a service person qualified to work on Mazda s and they are subletting the work out to someone else. After picking it up from the sublet mechanic, it made it 5 miles down the road and had to be towed to Sandy Sansing in Pensacola. What began as a job to replace the crank shaft position sensor has led to the entire engine being locked up. They do not want to take any responsibility. Just skip the trouble and take elsewhere.

I needed to get a factory recall done on my daughter's Mazda6i before she went back to college from the holidays. Paul was so kind and his crew was helpful in getting the recall worked into their schedule and completed quickly, doing oil change, tire rotation and even giving me a couple of estimates on some minor parts/work she needs (to do later). Please keep up the good work. I am looking to get my youngest son a Mazda, too!
