Awesome job done on my truck! Mr Matt did a great job and kept me in the loop of everything going on with the vehicle and time. His secretary was great! They came to my job and got it for me to do it and came and brought it back to me! I love everything they did! Will be back if I ever get another vehicle!

The customer service is incredibly outstanding. The work space and waiting area is very clean. Most importantly, the quality of the tint job is top notch. I highly recommend Darker Shades for anyone looking for a superb tint job done on their car.Keep up the great work folks!

I have been a customer of this shop since 2019 and I just want to say the new management team is absolutely amazing. I loved everything about my service and had some great conversations. They welcomed and made me feel so comfortable and that TARA is a God send. I highly recommend and will always be back!!!

Best price I could find by far. Some people wouldn t even take my old tint off but these guys took off my old and put on new for a lot less than other places would just put on new tint. And it looks great and has a life time warranty. Highly recommend

Great window tinting done! Awesome job by the owner and his guys! They were courteous and very quick and precise on my tint! No bubbling, cracking or damaged anywhere in the job! Real professionals with a great staff! I recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Matt!

I went to darker shades thinking that based on the reviews I was going to get the best tint job! Boy was I wrong!! First time I went the job was absolutely horrible! So went back in two weeks to have them redo it! What a mistake! I think it's worse this time! There was glue everywhere in my truck on the outside on my seats!!! I have a brand new truck! Wasn't happy at all! I'm not bringing it back so waste of $280!! They did try to do what's right but it didn't work! Do not recommend this company at all!!!!

Recently, Eric Window Tinting changed hands and was renamed Darker Shades after the untimely passing of Mr. Eric. In October 2023, I got my third car tinted at Eric Window Tinting (I would go back to this business (live in MS) because of the quality service received), and this encounter is the first time I have received less than top-notch service. I had to take my car back serval times. October 09, 2023, I thought that the errors were corrected. November 03, 2023, I detected another major flaw. Needless to say, because of the change of hands, I was told that the warranty could not be honored. Matt at Darker Shades (new management) told me under the circumstances that he would honor the warranty, and he did. He rectified the issues I encountered. As a result, should I need window tinting services again, I will go to Darker Shades because not only did Matt do a good job, but he aimed to please and honor the warranty, which solidifies one s dollar value the service an individual receives.
