I ve moved around a lot so I ve had my tires rotated in COSTCOs across 4 different states and it has NEVER taken more than 40min.Today after 1 hr & 20 min of waiting I checked on the status of my vehicle with the front desk. They said I had ANOTHER 30 minute wait . Sooo in total, a nearly 2 HOUR wait for just getting my tires rotated even though I had made an appointment.Absolutely insane and unacceptable.I was given no apology whatsoever either.I was told they got a little behind cuz some customer s car had a difficult nut to unscrew ??? Ummm okay.Then why was I not called to be informed they were backed up and would need substantially (hours) more time? That seems like a very important piece of information to give a customer. If I had known about the substantial delay I would ve told them never mind.I drive 1hr & 15 min from Pensacola once a month to come to COSTCO, so I really try to be in and out of here. This is so frustrating and makes me never want to come back to this COSTCO.

Twice went through this you need new lugs. After the first time I took it to dealership to have them replaced and after having permission to replace them all stated nothing was wrong with studs or lugs. The dealer also did a full break job at the time. Went to Costco to have tires rotated and of course needed lugs. Costco told me that the dealer retreated the studs and put back the bad lugs that's why I needed new lugs. Never going back and will not renew my membership! Sam's is so much better!!!!
