So a Littel while back had one of my classic cars brought Into them for some paint and body repair and when myself and my wife got there the manager started off by saying I can t promise we can get right on it which I was fine with but then acted like they didn t even want to do the work so they totaled out the car all because the manager told us they couldn t get a bumper from the dealership so now I had to take a massive loss then later on from another Cockrells Body Shop I was told I was lied to, and they apologized but the problem is before totaling the car out. They were asked multiple times to call me and my wife to give us a chance to take it to another body shop to have them take a look at it to see if it could be fixed, but refused this should have been a very easy fix and they lost a customer for life due to the way we were treated and yes, we have used them for several years prior to thisServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in a car accident. They made sure to notify the rental car company about my extended time. Keep me up-to-date about my vehicle. They did a great job. I had another issue with my vehicle and they was able to help me with no problem. I would recommend this company to anyone.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My truck was there for 11 weeks and they called and said they didn't have anyone there to fix it so told me to come and get it. Most unprofessional body ship I've ever dealt with. Would not recommend.

This location is AWESOME! I had to have work done on my vehicle after a Hurricane. The work looked great and they got it back to me in a timely manner (only hold up they had was dealership being a pain on parts). They kept me informed and the staff was friendly and very accomodating. I will recommend them to anyone who needs work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went and got a quote from this location for them to fix my rear passenger door molding. When I finally decided to ago ahead and let them fix it i called to get them to order the part, they lady that I originally dealt with no longer works there, i had to deal with this other lady who made me feel as if A PAYING CUSTOMER was an inconvenience. She told well we re booked and I don t know when we ll be able to get to it. Her tone was the reason i felt like i was an inconvenience for them. So i said ok I ll go elsewhere she said but we can fit it in it shouldn t take long. I said ok that s fine. I got a call back a few moments later after they so called ordered the part she said the part that would be in the next day which was a Thursday and that they needed me to swing by to make sure that the part fit before they painted it..ok no problem i can do that. Thursday went by no call, Friday went by no call. Ok that s fine i guess i was truly an inconvenience for them. So I ordered the part myself and have since found a new body shop to put it on for me for FREE!!! I will NEVER! EVER! Patronize this place again! They would have to be the LAST PLACE ON EARTH for me to do so! Screw these people! I SAID WHAT I SAID ! Wish I could give zero stars that one star was even too much!Service: Body & Trim

Friendly and professional staff. Was very satisfied with the work and the work was completed on time, as promised. I hope it will not be necessary, but I would use their services again, if necessary. Good customer service is hard to find.

They took longer to fix car than I was told. They did provide a rental until the car was ready after 8 days. Plus the turn signal wasn't working when I got car back.

Horrific service...waited 2 and half weeks and vehicle still hadn't been touched! Do not recommend these folks ever. Extremely rude and hostile attitude towards me. Unnecessary rudeness, if they would have just communicated better. Very unprofessional

Bunch of villains trying to take more of your money for less than mediocre work. Absolutely worst business I know of. You can find a better shop somewhere else.

They tried to double charge the insurance company for some of the parts to fix my car. They had my car for over a month before I got it back. I won t ever do business with them again.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible experience!!! I had damage to my bumper and rear quarter panel . I was told a completion date and they not only missed my completion date but they missed three diffrent dates. The shop also made additional damages to my car that had to be repaired that push back my completion date. . I received my car two months later my estimated compleion date was three weeks!!! Also the customer service has horrible never go there!!!!

Excellent customer service! My repairs were completed on time, and my car looks perfect! A great overall experience!!!! Cockrell's will be my persoal body shop from now on!

Let my truck sit at their shop for a month. Didn't touch it. It wound up being totaled. Instead of being straight with me when they knew it would probably be totaled they wasted a month of my time. Took it to another body shop and it is no longer totaled and is being fixed.

There are tons of places around Mobile. Pick one that gets it done right, the first time. Not here! Instead they continue to degrade in customer and automotive service.
