I recently had my vehicle repairs done at the hwy 90 location and I am amazed at how easy they made the entire process. Rachel was so helpful and communicated so well with me every step of the way making sure I understood what was happening and helping me during this stressful situation. Hopefully I won't need any more repairs but if I do this is the only place I'd go!

Instead of replacing a body trim part (Which was requested.), they did a terrible job of trying to repair it. They are in the midst of rectifying that mistake, but that alone is keeping them from getting a 1 star rating. I will update this post when the proper repair is complete.

DO NOT USE ANY COCKRELLS LOCATION! This place lied to insurance about the vehicle being done so we lost the rental car. The estimate went from $5-6000 to $13000 after multiple adjustments. Then when we picked up the car it was obviously not repaired all the way and what was done was not of any quality. The car ended up having to go to a second shop that ended up filing it as a total loss. After months and $13000+ In work. And not to mention they re refusing to refund our deductible even though the car was never fixed.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Dropped my car off 1st of July to have my front and back bumper done, while my car was there it ran out of gas and they remove the GPS that was installed. Why, I don't know. Here it is the middle of August I still don't have my car. They sent it to Ford Auto Nation, cause now it will not crank. I was talked to like I was nothing. I had to call the dealership to go get the car. Cause I didn't want them to do nothing else to me or my car. Worst experience I've ever had. This place must have new owners!

Consumer Beware! I just had to get my front bumper repaired. Quoted that I drop my car off on a Thursday to be picked up on Saturday. Saturday came, car wasn't ready. I already returned my rental!!!! Was told that it might be ready on Monday. Called Monday, "Another part had to be ordered". Mind you, they already ordered the part, which drove up the original quote, which would cross the threshold with my insurance, and make it go up!!! I told them that I would pay cash for the overage, so I could avoid a pricey increase in my insurance premium. I just wish they would've communicated that with me FIRST!!! They didn't even bother! Good thing I asked!!!!Long story short, I had to pay extra for a rental (so I could go to work!), and I didn't get my car until FOUR days later than originally quoted. I encourage you to steer clear of this business. It the one on the Beltline. Take your business to another body shop!

My wife has been dealing with this company for years, she went against her insurance and told them she wanted to pick her own provider. Worst mistake ever. We didn't know the company had new owners, but we took our car there to get our front and back bumper fixed, now our car is not running. I have never been treated this bad.

My rear passenger window fell into the door of my Jeep. I pulled in to The New Cockrell's Body Shop and was greeted by the receptionist and told her my plight. It was raining and my interior was getting soaked. She went to speak with Dan Bridges who immediately came out to speak with me. Dan took my car, fixed me up to get back on the road. No charge he says. This is a kindness I will remember always. Thank you Dan and Cockrell's, you are now my go to shop. And by the way, the waiting area is awesome, clean and comfortable.

I have had the worst experience with them ever. It took the 2 1/2 to fix very minor repairs. Every time I called it was always something different wrong or I would get transferred right to a voicemail. After the boby work was done the problems began. First they couldn't get it to start...had it towed to L and M for an alignment it sat there for over a week come to find out they wanted the to push it on the machine and L and M said no. So back to the bodyshop for a 2 week and the claim they finally got it to start but the headlights didn't work. A week later it was the battery no good then finally I got the call saying they had good and bad news....good news is i could finally get my car....bad news was they were not going to put no more hours into get it to start. So they had my car towed to my home inoperable..NOTE MY CAR WAS RUNNING EVEN AFTER THE ACCIDENT AND WHILE IT WAS IN THERE POSSESSION!!! I only had fender and door damage and a flat tire. So I'm not understanding the other issues and how they can just say we can't and not going to fix the problem. Absolutely would send a bicycle there. First accident ever and this is what I had to go through absolutely ridiculous.

Had work done recently. I picked up the car in the rain so there was no chance to see how it looked. There was a missing trim piece that came broken that will be in in a couple of days that I have to go back for. The next morning I checked it out and there were bubbles and dirt in the paint. When I took it back I was told there was "No way to keep dirt out of paint." They would clean it up "like new" if I left it with them. Wife picks it up, it has been buffed but there are still holes where the bubbles were. In inspected it I also find that the bumper is not completely attached. It goes back again.This time they say to drop it off and they will take my wife home. She is handicapped and they expect her to climb up into a tall cab. When she says that she can't do it she gets attitude. They eventually find a lower cab that she can get into. When we pick it up all they have done is buff it again. There are still holes in the paint, and the bumper still isn't attached. My wife never want to see the place again and I can't ask her to go.I go and get the bumper attached and they buff it again but still nowhere close to right. At this point they have won. "If you inconvenience them enough they go away" seems to be their motto.

Although the FINAL completed work appears to be well done, after my accident, it was my own familiarity with my vehicle and knowing it wwasn't 'right'. Obvious things like my car shaking, needing balance/alignment. Then tire replacement from damage.My main complaint is lack of communication. 1st was informed of text up-dates...never happened. Then I suppose I became a problem child, pursuit job through completion...I kept calling and actually contacted my Insurance Agent who intervened for me. Ended up with additional week car rental and additional 2 hours waiting in shop and 6 weeks overall for complete repairs.

Cockrells Body Shop is wonderful. I have had my car repaired here multiple times for different body work damages and every time the team has been great and the work they do is great.They have amazing customer service, attentive staff, and I truly feel cared about each time I come in.I have nothing but good things to say and would definitely recommend Cockrells to anyone looking for a top notch body shop.

I see the other Google reviews on here and I have to tell you I think they miss the mark. Most of those reviews are old and I didn't do business with them back then, but my recent experience was great. These guys do flawless work. Greg really seems to be in tune with what a pain it is to have to get your car worked on after an accident and makes the situation more bearable. I hope I don't have to use them again anytime soon, but if I need paint and body work, this is where I'm going!

The New in "The New Cockrells" cant be stated strongly enough. It is not just a body shop it is a detailed assessment and repair for your car and a pleasant surprise for your calendar and your pocketbook. If you have not seen The New Cockrell's you have not seen the best in town. No grease monkeys here, just sharp, clean and expert technicians and management. You will get in and out quicker, get a better job done and... It will surprise you how affordable they are.

Cockrells made sure everything was fixed on my car when the insurance company tried to cut it short and kept me informed through the repair of my vehicle. Cockrells really loved my automobile. Thanks y all!!

Very unprofessional. They have had my car for over a month and keep lying about when it would be ready for pickup. They leave you on hold and sooner or later they hang up in your face.

They don't know how to fix headlights. Got our car fix there, when we go it we found out that one headlight wasn't working, we when back and they fix it, then I have noticed that the headlights are not adjusted at all.

drove by to have door hinges replaced. he looked at them and done a quick alignment for free. will refer to my friends.
