The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. They were very friendly and didn't pressure us with upcharges that some auto dealerships do. They didn't have the car we bought detailed, so the detailing was rushed. There was barely any gas in the vehicle, so we didn't get much of a test drive either. Otherwise it was a great experience! We got a great deal on a vehicle!

This Bel Air Blvd team was knowledgeable, helpful and professional in getting us financed & making sure i was happy with my choice. The manager gave me a fair price for my trade.Unfortunately I picked the busiest day in the finance world. We were there hrs after closing and this team didn't hesitate waiting for us and on One Main Financial to finish all their steps. Although every step was used electronically and easy I hope I never have to use this financing company again. They were slow and uncaring of our situation.Thanks CarsPlus Mobile for giving me security with finding my new ride.

From the moment I walked in this dealership felt like home! They worked with my situation which everyone else thought was so impossible. Every roadblock was maneuvered so easily I actually left the dealership with a different outlook on negative situations. I will buy all of my vehicles here. 3 months and no issues. I did notice my blinker was out and immediately I had one within 30 mins. The GM is so kind and my sales guy guided me on the right vehicle. I left the finance office with so much knowledge of vehicle finance. Thank you Cars Plus.

They sold me a 2020 Tucson with 69000 miles. In just three weeks, the engine went bad and the warranty won't cover it.And don't give me any bull about negligence on my part. I don't want excuses from you. I drove the vehicle less than 1100 miles in just 20 days. You sold me a vehicle with a faulty engine. And that's that!This is all going to come back to you in time. Everyone is hearing about this.Your business will suffer.You profited on ruining my life.

Mr Roy Johnson is amazing! They went above and beyond to get us into a reliable vehicle. They are so nice and communicative. Not only did they work multiple deals until they were able to get us into something, they even stayed late for us. I cannot recommend this place enough you will not be disappointed

Edit** the manager Rj reached out to speak with me regarding this review. He was very professional and made me feel better about this interaction. I will try them one more time in the future with Rj only. But my lower review will still stand. Customer service was amazing with Rj!I spent several hours today dealing with uhmar trying to get a vehicle. I was approved but they sold the vehicle out from under me. They showed me another vehicle that they sold out from under me. So what is the point of doing any of this online stuff with them if they are just going to sell the vehicle you re looking at before you can come down and get it? What a waste of time.

I went to this dealership to look at their 2016 Mustang. Car was very nice and in excellent condition. All vehicles on the lot seemed to be im excellent condition as well. Staff was very kind and helpful. 10/10 reccomend.

They are rude people and always have negative attitude. I went up there to purchase a car I told one car salesman I had cash. I recommend do not go here. I ll give it a one star.
