When I found out I was pregnant I wanted to purchase a newer car. Bought a 2017 Buick encore and I ve loved it. Until .a deer hit the side of my car. I took it to a body shop were they unveiled all this damage that had been purposely hidden. My crash bar was crushed in, engine cradle destroyed, frame was bent and had been pulled to straighten it, my headlight was drilled through to make it stay in, and to top it off my bumper was epoxyed on. The body shop says the car should have been totaled. But instead it was sold to me in this condition. I contacted the manager and he basically let me know it was my problem now I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

i haven t even gotten to the car shopping part because getting someone on the phone has been a very hard task! that s a red flag for me if the customer service part of this transaction is not A-1!!! by the time someone comes to the phone and answer my questions legitimately- the car inventory will have changed and the car I have had my eye on .. will be gone ! !

I love my red bone and Tommy was awesome i had a accident in my truck and Tommy was not there any more and for two weeks i been running around with them and still don't have no car and i have two jobs and they have not help me at all everytime I went to see what was going on i need to bring something else in i have cancel two eye doctor appointment to put my down payment and I don't have no car and i still can't get to work i feel like you should have told me everything i needed and not give me the run around and this the one on airport i should have went to government because i liked the black one government had anyway

I was very skeptical about going to another car dealership but my experience here was absolutely amazing from the moment I called.I had a great salesman, he wasn't pushy or forcefulI test drove two different cars before I found my car.The finance manager name Kelvin Wilson was the best part of this process, he was able to give me the car I want, the down payment I wanted and the car note I wanted.I will recommend this place to everyone!

Just recently purchased a vehicle from Carboxx. Kelvin is an honest man with motivation to make sure his customer drives away happy with what they want! Would recommend to anyone, hands down.

Omg, the best experience ever.. These guys are awesome. I mean everybody so caring and understanding. Tyler and Lee my favorites. I don t no the finance guy name he s my favorite to. These guys went over and beyond to get me in car. Thank you guys so much. Tyler keep the great energy.

I had one of the best car buying experiences I could have asked for! Our sales guy Mr. Tommy Marcet was the absolute best! He took his time and worked with us! He answered every question we had! He took everything we had to say into consideration to make our buying experience a great one. He treated us more like family then a dollar sign. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a vehicle to go to CarBox and use Mr. Tommy for their car buying needs!

From start to finish there was no pressure and I felt like a valued customer. Destiny was my sales person and she was a delight. Honest thoughtful and to the point! My experience was great! I worked with Destiny. She made my process easy for me. I got on their first time buyer's program. It was a bit of a wait but SO worth the drive home in my new ride. Will recommend!!

I am 63 years old, so as you can imagine, I have bought a lot of cars during my life. Carboxx, by far, was the best purchase experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful from the first hello to driving away. I got a great deal with an exceptional value on my trade in. I would recommend to any and everyone that Carboxx be your first stop when car shopping, because you won't have to waste time going anywhere else.

I dealt almost solely with their Internet Manager, James. This guy was a genuine character and, to me, seemed humble and honest. He gave me a great deal on a used truck. At least I think it's a great deal lol.I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but all in all my experience was good and without any issues.If you're looking for a good price on a used vehicle, I would recommend that you take a look at what these guys have in stock. It's good prices and generally good vehicles.

I worked with Destiny and She was AWESOME!! Not only was she knowledgeable about the cars and sales prices she took her time to break down the APR and rates to help me better determine what my costs would be monthly. I'm super happy with the car I bought and I plan on recommending all of my friends to go see Destiny at CarBox on Airport Blvd!! She will make sure you're straight!! EXCELLENT !

It's with a heavy heart I write this review. I walked into Carbox on Airport, knowing my situation was going to be difficult in purchasing a car. To my surprise, I saw Ronny Smith. He use to be my neighbor years ago. Ronny promised me he would find a way to get me back on the road. I believed him. The first 2 weeks, he would contact, mostly through text, saying he was working hard but still guaranteeing me he was going to find a way to get me financed. The 3rd week, I was getting worried and told him "hey, if you can't get me in a car, I'll understand". He again PROMISED me he would find a way. He was waiting for the "Black Friday" event they had going on. That week he would text and say "I'll contact you tomorrow, when you can head down here". I work nights, so I would wake up, and get a text saying he was busy but he would contact me around 12. Well 12, turned into 1, then 2. He wouldn't call.This went on for a whole week, every day. Then one day, he wouldn't respond to my text or pick up his phone. For almost a whole month of this. To this day, he refuses to answer my calls or text.

AWESOME!!! My Salesman Mr Arnold Hadley Was Awesome! He assured me he would get me into a vehicle and he did just that! The finance manager (can t remember his name) but he was great as well! Not one hiccup in paperwork! I drove off the lot today in my dream SUV Dodge Durango! Will Do Business With Them Again!

I only have great things to say about this business. My husband and I were in and out in less than two hours with a car that is both affordable and economical. The finance manager, Chris, did exactly what he said he would and has stuck by his word. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to do business with Carbox.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a car lot. Mr. James helped me with what I wanted and I received an amazing deal on my dream car. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to go to Carbox because they are beyond friendly and professional and will help you until you are leaving in what you want. If I could give a 10 star rating I would.

I absolutely loved the service at Carbox!!!! Just like all the other reviews; Mr. James was AMAZING!!!! He goes beyond to please and satisfy his customers!!!! Extremely nice and makes your purchase go smoothly. I can go on and on describing how wonderful he was!!!! Thank you Mr. James...you really love what you do!!!!

Very disappointed. I felt great through the entire experience until after the sale.One of the tires on the car had almost no tread. I negotiated a new tire into the deal.It s now just shy of two months. I was given a We Owe for the tire which is common.Now I have called to follow up with the sales person, nothing. I have talked to the F&I manager and was told that it had to be ordered. I called back again and went into voicemail with never a returned phone call.Yesterday I purchased a new tire myself at a dealership, less than $200 and available in less than 24 hours. It s absolutely incredible that Carboxx would ruin a relationship over $200.

It s the best place ever. The sales manager and salesmen cater to the consumer needs and make sure they approve the consumer to the perfect vehicle for their needs. I give Carboxx 10 stars out of 10

My first time buying a car and James really pulled the wool over my eyes. Everything he told me was a lie and he even went out of his way to lie about things that were not even relevant to me purchasing the vehicle. I got the car but have been lied to every step of the way! Yes James is a liar and a good one at that!!! The owner is easy to deal with is why they get one star!

Went in there and told them I wanted a car that day, got the exact car I wanted and drove away with it within an hour. Great service and very fast. They make the car buying process a lot less stressful. My sales associate was Mr. Donnie, he is great!!

Not the shiniest place around, but they were one of the highest offers for my used vehicle. I do wish the sales person was more knowledgeable about the features of the car we were looking at, but they have so many cars of different makes/models on the lot that it is impossible to know every molecular detail about every single vehicle. Give them a shot if you re looking for the most money for your trade in.

Great place! Everyone treats you like family, my sister was with us and had her 6 month old baby who was bored and ready to go home and no one batted a eye at him screaming or made us feel it was a issue just talked to him and us. Great place to do business they helped us every way they could would most defiantly refer them to anyone looking to purchase a new car/truck

Run!!!! Buyers beware!!!! I m stuck with a $14,500 financial burden less than 4months after purchase. I ve been paying for repairs since day one...After putting a ridiculous amount down on this vehicle!!!! It has completely shut down in five o clock traffic which is the last straw!!! They sell lemons!!! Bad struts, engine problems, starter, alternator etc...!!!! This is very disrespectful to the people of our community...Shut the place down!!!!!! Shady is to good of a word for the dealings that go on with this company!!!!! Run!!!!! I m a single parent who was looking for reliable transportation now I m worse off than when I started!!!!! They need to be stopped!!!!

I won't completely bash these guys I'll just give you my experience so you know what to look for. I was interested in a Mazda 3 in their inventory. I was able to get on the lot and look at the car for about 15 minutes without interruption so I wasn't distracted. I could tell the dealer had not maintained the vehicle possibly since its arrival. All four tires had decent tread depth but where dry rot, All the fluids under the hood where low, the battery was dead, the brakes where so badly warn that if it wasn't for fear of an accident I would have never used them because of the terrible grinding noise, and when turning the steering wheel left or right a loud grinding noise can be heard. The sales men informed me they would not be replacing anything, but would address the fluids and grease wherever the sound was coming from on the steering wheel.. But not fix? I won't recommend them but I Also won't tell you to run away. Honestly I was skeptical once I read the reviews on Google but even more alarming was that the owner hasn't responded to any of the negative reviews. To me, that communicates a lack of responsibility, leadership, and accountability. As a business owner I know ethics of the company start from the top. If the owner doesn't care why would his employees. Do your research, inspect your potential purchase , and don't be afraid to walk away. Blessings!
