Over & beyond!! Making my bad experience a easy & pleasant one. Jamie greeted me with a smile. Walked me through the process & told me my rental car was parked outside. Everything was handled for me!Stacie kept in touch while my car was being repaired. I was pleased from start to finish

I live out of state. My two contacts, Jamie & Stayce, were fantastic. They went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. When I flew back to pick up my vehicle they made sure everything including myself was taken care of in VIP fashion. I want to thank the entire team at this location and will recommend them to everyone.

I can't say enough about how Caliber made this experience such a breeze for me. I had never dealt with collision repairs before and after talking to people about their experiences elsewhere, I know that I have been spoiled by Caliber. My repairs were immaculate, my truck was returned clean, I was informed all the way through the process, repairs were completed on time, and everyone had great customer service skills. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. They have great reviews for a reason.

I dropped my car off to be repaired after an accident. I was greeted by the friendly staff and my personal manager of my car s repairs Ben. He was genuinely interested in what happened in the accident and what damaged had been done. He shared with me approximately how long it would take to repair my vehicle once parts were secured. I was even able to get a lift to the car rental office nearby. Of all the local repair shops I ve done business, Caliber Collision has by far provided the best service for both car repairs and customer service! Highly recommended!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Update as of 7/24/2023:It's worse than I thought. I just discovered that the entire spoiler has clear coat drip lines all over. Absolutely terrible workmanship.Original Review:1. I brought my car in for rear end damage and got it back with the rear end fixed, but with new scratches, dents and scrapes all over both rear doors and several other parts of the body. I was told that Caliber would accept responsibility for the damage on one side of my car, but not the other and that the damage must have been pre-existing which I found interesting since the damage on both sides looks the same. Now, I'll be stuck paying out of pocket to get that door painted. I was also told I have to wait a month to get the damage done by Caliber repaired. USAA and I already paid > $2700 for covered repairs, and I don't think I should have to wait that long.2. The rear tail light was scuffed in the original accident and was not repaired.3. There was pre-existing damage on the bumper prior to the accident and instead of painting that spot while painting the rest of the bumper damaged in the accident, it was just clear coated which made it look worse. Someone could have called me and asked if I'd be willing to pay extra to have that small part painted (I would have), but instead I will now have to pay someone out of pocket to remove the clear coat and paint the entire bumper all over again.4. There is damage to the body that was clearly done while putting the trunk back on.Overall, the quality of work is sloppy at best, I'm going to be out a lot more money to repair damage Caliber did and won't accept responsibility for and I am not satisfied in any way. The only good thing I have to say about Caliber is the customer service I received from Stayce. Other than that, Caliber has lost a customer for life, and I have notified USAA regarding the damages done and the lack of quality in repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My fianc� Todd always takes his Nissan 370z to Devin at Calibers Collision for repair work, Devin is definitely our Go-To man whenever we need work done to our vehicles, Devin and the staff at Calibers Collision always goes above and beyond especially Jacob and Jamie, My Fianc�s 370z looks brand new and better than before, Thank you Devin for always being there for us

If your looking to get your vehicle repaired, look no further. Caliber Collison on Govt. St. has you covered! Every time I need repair work done on my vehicle, I go by and ask for Devin. Phenomenal group of people. I brought in my car and the staff there were so kind and professional. They have an app that notifies you of not only who is working on your car but the progress being made as they repair it. They finish my car a lot quicker than I was expecting. I am extremely impressed with this company. Everyone needs to bring their car to Caliber. I went to the one on Government Blvd. Beyond happy with the customer service here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband got into a fender bender in his van and our insurance company gave us a list of three different autobody shops to go to to get an estimate and then have the work done. After looking at the list, we chose Caliber because they had the highest ratings and we had heard good things. So my husband called, made an appointment at the Govt St location and brought the van over. The tech was very nice, looked over the van, noted the obvious issues and even caught another one with the AC before my husband even told him that it had stopped working properly right after the wreck and the tech said that they would look further into it when they did the work. Within less than two hours of leaving we had an email with the estimate, we spoke with our insurance adjustor the next business day, they had received the estimate as well and approved the work to be done. We felt very good about our decision at that point. So today my husband stopped by there with the van to let them know we were ready to have the work done and to get on their schedule. He walked into the office, told the receptionist, she asked which vehicle it was and at that time a man (not the tech who looked at the car the first time) came out and said which vehicle is yours, my husband showed him and he said we can t work on that and mumbled a few excuses as to why, one being that it was too big. Why in the world would you work with our insurance company, give us an estimate and tell us you could do the work, then all of a sudden say you can t? It s a 2008 Ford E-350 van in great condition. It s not like it s some giant vehicle, a rare car or an old piece of junk. This is just bad business in my opinion. Had they said from the begining that they couldn t do the work we would have gone elsewhere immediately for the estimate. We felt like they just wasted our time and now we have to start the entire process over and wait even longer to have it fixed. We plan on notifying our insurance company that they probably shouldn t send anymore business to Caliber in hopes of saving someone else the trouble we have had.

We are extremely happy with the entire experience at Caliber! Our new car was hit (hit & run) and you can't even tell where the damage was! Professional and friendly staff. Also, we had taken another vehcile there to be painted and Mr. Ronald Crawford made our 21 year old car look brand new! We highly recommend Caliber AND Mr. Crawford!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
