Don't bother. Called them for help after a wreck and they told me I had to give them a insurance claim number before they would tow my car. I'm on the side of the road with the police. Both parties had the same insurance and they are my insurances preferred shop. The body shop that towed my car got my business.Update - I emailed the community manager email as they requested. They did not reply. Guess their wanting to "making things right" was just to try look better. Horrible customer service. Go somewhere that actually cares about customers.

I have a Toyota Tundra, so I tried taking it to Palmer s for my repairs. They gave me the run around so I reached out to Caliber as an alternative. From the start they were infinitely more courteous and responsive. They got me in the shop right away and returned my vehicle 5 days earlier then what they planned. And the truck was spotless! I was even able to drop my rental off there for pickup so I didn t have to worry about making tons of different arrangements. I would definitely recommend Caliber for any auto body repair services.

Friendly service experience. Dropped my vehicle off and the service rep, John, took me back to the location where my rental was waiting for me. Upon pickup of my vehicle, the service rep called to have someone pick up the rental from the repair shop and I didn't have to go back to turn the vehicle in myself. Great service and repairs are unlimited under warranty.

Caliber collision is an outstanding location to get your car fixed in the event of an accident they done an outstanding job on mine and in a very timely manner The only issue I have is the location on schillinger road in Mobile has absolutely no where to drop off your vehicle or park your vehicle. They need a lot better parking area. Other than that there is absolutely no issues

This is the third time we've used this collision shop. The wait can be several weeks. However, we received the car before it was expected to be completed. The staff is friendly and polite. We would highly recommend Caliber and will use them again if needed.

This particular location in West Mobile repaired a rear bumper on our family van. After the initial repair, the van had to be rescheduled for repaint due to a bad clear coat finish, damaged steering wheel, missed repair of a taillight and a tear in the rear interior panel. After initially attempting to deny responsibility of the interior panel, they finally repaired it and we were finally on our way. I just discovered today that I have missing hardware everywhere beneath the rear bumper and both rear mud flaps. I really don't want to deal with this place again but I can't let them off due to poor quality.If nothing else, maybe they will learn from rushing out a job.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. My repair process was seemless and handled with care. I love the fact they give you options on how you like to receive communication and also follow up daily. The customer service from office staff to the adjuster on site was amazing. I will never ever take my vehicle to this location again. Not only did they drive my car nearly 17 miles without my permission they didn t bother to apologize. I noticed a nail in my tire and inquired about it and the response was it was there when you dropped it off the paint shop they drove it to is located less than 5 miles away . Plus they failed to notify me of having to drive my vehicle without my permission. Very very very bad experience. Had I not mentioned the 17 miles difference no one would ve said anything.

UPDATE:I was contacted about the issues I was having and Devin ordered my part and had everything fixed. Apologized for misunderstanding and my car looks great!! Thanks Devin!I was rear ended and Geico suggested them for repair. They had my car for about 3 weeks and when I went and picked it up I noticed the bumper was not aligned correctly. I showed it to Devin and he asked if they could take the car to the back and fix it. When he brought it back, it looked better but when I looked closer and opened the trunk it was still not right. I was told that they would order a new clip because the other one would be too worn if they removed bumper again. They were also supposed to fix my back window because it wasn't working after the accident. A couple of days after getting car back and trying to use defrost it didn't work. I called and was told they don't usually do that and had called a glass man in who connected the wires back up. He would have to order another glass and didn't know if insurance would pay for it. So anyway adjuster said it would be covered to me. I have called to try and find out when they would fix my car with no luck. That was the end of October and now it's December. I guess since they got paid, they don't feel the need to update you or make repairs on a job they didn't do correctly in the first place. I have waited for awhile before reviewing because I thought they were going to make it right. BUT....I'm thinking since it's been over a month since they were notified of my issues, that they just don't care!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

21 Rav4, someone dropped there motorcycle into the side and left a few dents and scratches. They had it fixed and the whole car spotless like the day I bought it off the lot.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Just picked up my car from Professional Collision and I could not be more pleased. I was backed into by a truck much bigger than my little Dodge Dart could take and needed the whole front right side of my car replaced. They had it finished in a week exactly (earlier than originally estimated) and in wonderful shape. The interior was also extremely clean which I appreciate as well. Amazing work!! Worked well with the insurance company, too.

My wife and I love our mini van. It had minor damage on the passenger side and door. Everyone was friendly and thorough during the initial process. It was delivered back to us ahead of time and we were just in awe over the way it looked! It was absolutely beautiful! Caliber went above and beyond expectation. Our van looks like a brand new vehicle again. I would most definitely recommend them for your body repairs.

Here are before and after photos. Someone hit my car while park and caliber collision kept me updated and got my car done and it didn t take them no time, same week I brought it In was the same week I brought it out! Thanks to caliber collision

The receptionist was rude and somewhat useless. The guy handling our repairs also said that the app that updates daily is wrong and that they don't actually do anything with it so what's the point of it.

My car was totaled so no repairs but the estimator said he would call me the afternoon when I dropped my car off. I never received ANY phone calls during the process (a whole week)only a text message saying repairs had been started but it was a mistake because my car was totaled. I had to call myself to ask about the text and see how they could ve started repairs when no one had ever called me. I was told Oh, that s wrong, we re waiting to hear back from the insurance company . The people were polite but I probably would not choose them again due to the lack of communication with this experience.

Don t believe the hype. These folks do not do anything they say they will, or keep true to their word. They had the chicle a month, and when I got it back, my paint was mismatched on the repairs, and they dented the tailgate of my truck. Luckily there were pictures showing it was not there on arrival. Did not want them to fix what they had done, so we agreed on refunding my deductible. Another month has gone by and they won t call me back about the refund. Contacted corporate. Same thing. There are many other repair shops out there. Stay away from this one.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Listen, I understand being busy and swamped - but the costumer service I experienced today was atrocious. I didn t even bother to get the lady s name because she quite literally ran me out of there with her body language and tone. We were driving from Florida to Texas - I came to the body shop after 48 hours of being run around after getting into a car accident, I just needed some help and a few questions answered after having a really rough few nights. There s a nice way to say, hey we don t have any space at the moment, but I can see if there s anything I can do or if I can redirect you someplace else . We also called the facility multiple times before trying to take it in, but no one answered. Tried explaining that to her and it seemed like we were an annoyance for even trying to call. I m so tired of the lack of human decency these days, just take your car somewhere else that will at least speak to you like a human being. I would personally recommend Spectrum Automotive, a great group that won t treat you like a hassle.
