It was a terrific experience considering the circumstances that lead me to need their assistance, the staff was superb with the estimated time frames from getting parts and the time they expected to have the job completed. Their office staff Rebecca was a delight each time I had to call to speak with someone about the progress being done. If you need body work this is place to go.

Well the customer service at caliber collision on Hwy 90 Tillman's corner went above and beyond to get my repairs done by the date he gave me. And as promised it was ready and fully cleaned up and ready for the road again. Got auto damage from an accident, go see Rebecca and the service manager there. They will get you back on the road with alot less headaches involved. Trust this team, they are awesome.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Follow up with them when you pick up your vehicle to make sure they do everything they promised. Take pictures before you leave it. Very good work and nice people!

Caliber Collision on High way 90 did a great job on my van. They were very professional. The job was done right the first time. They told me what they were going to do. They did quality work with original parts. They did have to wait for part. It was worth it to get good quality work. I was very happy of my experience at Caliber Collison.

Wow just wow! I d give them 8 stars if I could! I got my vehicle back in better shape than before my accident. I have NEVER had that before. All the staff were very nice and willing to help. Everything was handled perfectly and vehicle work was timely. I was kept in the loop the entire time it was in the shop and let know if any delays were happening. I cannot overstate my happiness with the job they did! Good job y all! I will be back and I will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs vehicle work done!Services: Tires, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

While at Caliber Collision, my car's rear window was somehow shattered. They will not replace it; Josh stated, "It's not our fault." WHOSE FAULT IS IT? Never trust Caliber Collection with your vehicle.

WOULD NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. If it had not been because of my ins. encouraging to use them, I would have use who I wanted to. Next time I 'll go where I know I can get good service, it want be here.First thing they said to me when I dropped off my car to be fix, we will keep me up dated on all repairs. That didn't happened at all. I called to check on my car repairs a week later and it wasn't ready. It will be ready in a couple a days. 6 days later I called again to check and my car had been ready for four or five days just setting there in a field. No PHONE CALL to inform me. They said they called my number but no answer, but if they did call no message was left.. I checked my phone for last week there was no call from them or text from them. So the second time I called I got Corp. office and she said my car was ready. I ask her how long and she said Five days ago. So tell me why did they not reach out to me again until they got in touch with me? when I saw my car it was absolutely filthy, could not even look at the repairs from sitting out in a back field. BAD BUSINESS. BAD EMPLOYEES.I will let my INS. company now what poor service I got.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve used Caliber several times over the years and have always had a great experience.From the time you walk in the office to the time you leave, you are treated with such professional and excellent care. Robbie always goes above and beyond to properly inspect the damage and keep me up to date on the repair estimate and anticipated cost. His communication is top notch and he definitely knows his stuff! Wonderful staff worked well with our insurance company and were courteous and professional. We received regular updates via text to keep us up to date on the progress throughout the entire repair. Our car looks wonderful and was even completed ahead of schedule! Excellent experience!

They had my car ready before the scheduled time , i dropped it off monday and it was ready thursday morning! also, they are very quick I was in and out within the week! no waiting! very professional I would definitely recommend and worked with my insurance company and was the set price! they actually vacuumed my car and cleanse it which was A super plus for me ! it looked like A brand new vehicle !-Thanks again guys!
