Absolutely 5 stars!! From the man that answered the phone to the techs that worked on my car, they were all friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Best part was the GREAT PRICE and VERY LITTLE WAIT!! I made an appointment and when I got there they started within 5 mins. Only took about an hour to do replacement brake pads on front and back with 2 techs working on it. I was impressed and will definitely be back if I need brakes on anything in the future!

I recently went here for an alignment and they took care of me fully. They kept me informed the entire way and didn t try to get over on me since I am a female. I will 100% be coming here again

We were headed to a family getaway when my husband became concerned about the wheel bearing. I called at 12:50 to ask about having it looked at/ fixed. I was told we could be seen right away. They took my name, and I told them we were 5min away. Nobody pulled in ahead of us.When we got there, the extremely rude person at the front told my husband it would be 30min. I went in to ask about it after having just been told we'd be seen right away, and he straight up lied and said a car had pulled in during those 5 min. The vehicle was already lifted clearly already being worked on. Even if it hadn't been an obvious lie, why had he taken our name if he only planned on putting vehicles in front of us?Then he tried telling me it would be 45min after telling my husband half an hour after telling me they'd see us right away. At 2:05 they finally took our van. In the meantime, I was stuck waiting with our 4 kids. The proximity to Whataburger is the only good thing I have to say about this place.Then we were told they'd need to go get the wheel bearing, even though I'd told them we needed it over the phone over an hour prior. They initially said it would take 20min to get the part. Then they said they wanted to do both the front wheels (of course) and it would take 2 hours to install the wheel bearings. My husband emphasized that we were on our way to a family getaway with our children. I wound up changing my infant on the floor of the bathroom in Salvage World, which is the only other place in walking distance.Our van was finally ready after 3 1/2 hours and $800. That's what kind of service you receive here (after you're told you can be seen right away).

Mechanical repairs on your car can be costly when dealing with shifty technicians who have no concern for the customer, but not at Budget Brakes. They took the time to throughly explain the problem I had all while keeping my safety their priority rather than pilling up the charges for multiple repairs. Completely satisfied.

Great group of employees they checked out my truck explain my problem . I okayed the work to be done about 30 minutes later the job was completed great job.

The mechanics and clerk were polite and very capable. The whole break change only took 15-20 minutes.The problem is the cost for parts and labor.The mark up for parts is about 500%.Labor is anything they want to change, which is extremely high.The price for 4 pads and 4 rooters at any auto parts is around 300$(at the most)BB was going to charge $1000 for parts and labor.Anyone with a jack and a wrench can replace breaks and rotors, so this is on me.Just compare shop parts and labor folks.The mark up is insane.

I went here and spent $450 on a brake job the end of September. It s only December the beginning of it at that and my brakes need to be redone. I was mad about the price from the beginning because that s a lot for some regular brakes. But the fact that it didn t even last 3 months. Not to mention they didn t even do the free alignment they advertised. This place is a scam. Buyer beware!!!!

I went on a Friday afternoon and was told they don't do brakes on Friday afternoon. They must've been tired that day. I've NEVER gotten or heard anyone else get a $99. quote for brakes. I will not go back there.

The worst experience I ever had in life they script my studs on my car I can t get my tires change took my brakes only lasted 5 months they only replaced my back rotors my brakes still struggling I do not recommend I hate everything about the company I took my car to

I've been a budget brakes customer for years and I went in this morning based off of the recommendation from my last visit there. I walked in for simple tire rods. Instead the store manager Barry Casteel was rude and condescending. I kept asking for him to simply pull up my records and it would tell him everything he needed to know. He refused and continue to ask me a million questions with an attitude. Finally I said, sir with all due respect, you are a horrible manager. This is when he asked me to leave the store and refused to work on my car. If this guy remains there I have no doubt that they will be out of business in 6 months. They lost a loyal customer in me and my wife! Beware of this place.... go somewhere else! You'll thank me!*update.... I had to take my car to another budget brakes where they claimed to not have a front end alignment rack so they couldn't do the work. I took it to Mavis tire where I was told that I didn't need tire rods, but rather I needed brakes and rotors which I had installed at budget brakes previously. I then realized that budget brakes was supposed to honor their lifetime brake pad warranty but instead they were looking for other problems to get out of doing so. These folks are running a scam operation and need to be sued!*** current update. I was recently contacted by the owner and his customers care team, and they were very patient and caring about my concerns. They did a complete investigation of the incident and ultimately provided me with an apology and a full refund. This was so appreciated and refreshing I have decided to continue to do business with budget brakes. Please give them a chance to fix whatever the problem may be.Which is why I had to go back and change my review from one star to five stars. Budget brakes has my full confidence from here forward.

I recommend nobody to go to themI was just there in may and I had got rotors and etc done this is now October tell me why I got a bad rotor that they put on my car til where it got my steer wheel shake when I easy down on the breaks

I contacted the location before arriving for an inspection. I did not know what I needed to fix on my vehicle.once I arrived the manager stated that they were not gonna make me a priority unless I agreed to have service done. I had every intention on spending money to get my brakes serviced. How could I agree to a service when I had no idea what work I needed? The caucasian male seemed to be the manager. He was extremely rude and Rudely said they would get to my vehicle when they felt like it since I wasn't spending any money. Not only was that belittling it was how rude it came across. I don't know if it was because I was black or he just assumed I was poor but I would never spend with this company. I saw multiple people walk out of their shop and drive off. I drove an hour with the intention of checking and fixing my break pad but before I could even know what the quote was I was insulted. I would have gladly paid to get it inspected and serviced but he was rude because I wanted the vehicle inspected and didn't agree to their service ahead of time? Never shop here.

I called the one on government and he informed me of the free inspection . I had work in the next 2 hours so I wanted to get a price before work and bring it back the next morning to be fixed. When I got there the same man that advertised the free inspection told me that they don t do inspections without services & I would have to leave my car for about 2 to 3 hours..I thought that was very weird because from my understanding, you get an inspection prior to services that s the point of an inspection. I left and called the one airport and asked if I could be inspected without services and he assured me I could in less than an hour. So tomorrow morning I will be getting inspected and possibly serviced.

So this happened years ago. I go in for my brake pads ro be changed with the lifetime pads pitch. I end up spending like 400 dollars for new brake lines pad and other stuff I thought whatever illnever have to buy pads for it again so I'll pay. Then I crank up my truck and my fan is knocking against the shroud so I took the truck to my MECHANIC. He questioned everything that they did and told me to never take it there again. I left a review ont he website and they said there was a mistake with the billing and they charged me for an additional brake line and refunded me 80 bucks... within a year my pads were grinding. I went to take it to get the replaced and was told that I left a nasty review and the owner told the manager to refuse my service and since I didn't purchase the pad hardware they weren't going to replace the pads. They quoted me 350 to replace what they did less than a year ago. Take your vehicle to a real mechanic and avoid the bait and switch tactics.

They do not seem like they know what they are doing.I got an alignment, and it was no better when I left.While in the waiting room another customer came in complaining about an alignment that they did that failed. They ended up going somewhere else to get it done right.Good thing I didn't pay full price.....

You advertisement for alignment starting at 60$some odd dollars didn't specify what car, I have a 2006 Ford Escape and they told me $160. Wow what a difference from 60 to over doubled,I would not go there and get tires now.If they gave them to me and everybody I talked to I will tell notto go there and you can take that to the bank

These guys will offer up a ridiculous cheap price for brake pads they dont recommend you buy. yes that is what i said. After they get you to show up they tell you that they don't recommend those cheap brakes unless you are planning to sell your car soon and then say these are normal brakes and yeah much more money. Please don't waste my time, insult my intelligence, or try to bait and switch me. its bad business.

I called before taking my car in and the person answering the phone looked up my name and that I had been there before. I drove over an hour to get there and once I was there I was informed that there was a 4-5 hour wait and I needed to drop my car off and leave it. It would have been very helpful had I been told when I call that morning about the long wait and dropping the car off but no information at all was shared about the long wait. I will stay closer to home for my repair work even if it cost more money time is valuable. Communication can avoid many problems.

The staff was Super friendly, knowledgeable and Fast. As a woman I'm Not sure if I was overcharged for my service though. Need a second opinion. Overall the work I did get them to do was legit and professional. Warranty on parts as well.
