The team at Bodiford s is hands down some of the best in the business. Just completed 150k service on my car and it s runs better than new now. Thanks Mr Frank, Matt and all the folks there.

My daughter goes to the Univ of South Alabama and her check engine light was on. We are from New York so I couldn't exactly help her out. I had her take it to Bodiford's Auto because they are AAA approved and they did a thorough inspection on the vehicle and fixed what need to be repaired without trying to rip off a young out of town college girl. Very much appreciated! Any other problems with her vehicle, I will be send her back to Bodiford's.Service: Engine repair

My family and I were heading home from vacation when the car started shuddering pretty badly and had trouble accelerating. Upon taking it to AutoZone, we found out we were getting a cylinder 3 misfire causing the issue. Being busy this time of year, we weren't sure how quickly we'd be able to get our car fixed. Frank and the team at Bodiford's were able to inexpensively repair the issue within 24 hours to get us back on the road to home. I know he had to put off some other repairs to get our car fixed, I am eternally grateful to Frank and his team for taking amazing care of my vehicle.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Don't trust on AAA certified repair shop that is one of them. I visit to repair my car they can't repir but they took from me $200 they liyer they told me your car engine is gone you need new engine. My friend repair my car with just $220 they telling lie with customer. And not sincere with customer don't trust on them.

Great shop, being from out of town (Chixago) having a breakdown has its own levels of stress. Talked to Kevin over the phone and he could not promise a same day diagnosis. But once I got the vehicle to him, he and his team were able to check my vehicle out and what was initially diagnosed by AAA Service provider to be a bad alternator, it was actually the battery.Bodiford's got me repaired and sent on my way the same day.Great quick work.

We had bodifords install a new engine in a Nissan Maxima. Bodifords did excellent work and went the extra mile to answer our questions, provided good service. We trust them.

I have used Bodiford's Automotive for about 5 years. I have 6 cars in my family and trust no one but them to touch my vehicle. They do everything for me from oil changes, mechanical repairs, replacement of tires. I have always felt as if they have given me the most professional service and do not try and force unnecessary repairs on you as the customer like some places. Bodiford's treats you as if they want a long term relationship not just a fast dollar.

I had given Bodiford's a 5 star review last year after a car breakdown. Since then I've purchased a used vehicle from them. The owner told me several times the replacement engine had less than 100 miles on it, yet after I signed the paperwork he laughed and said it had less than 100 THOUSAND miles on it! I know what he told me and he lied!!! When that car broke down I was offered a AAA discount on repairs at Bodiford's but refused it and went to Paul's instead. I'll never go back to Bodiford's again for any reason.

We have been using Bodiford's exclusively for the past 9+years for all of our automotive needs, from automotive repair, emergency towing assistance, purchase of tires to general maintenance and oil changes on our vehicles. The office staff is knowledgeable, competent and courteous from initial contact for assistance through completion of the service needed. The automotive mechanics/technicians/staff are well trained and have provided excellent service and assistance. Excellent service in a timely manner with no runaround as well as reasonable costs go a long way. Having a trustworthy source for all of our automotive needs gives us great peace of mind. Thank you for going over and above the norm for your customers.

My mustang overheated, and some of the spark plugs stripped the threads. Bodifords identified the problems and did a fantastic job! My car is running like new! Price was excellent considering how much work they had to do. They kept me informed every step of the way and my car was finished relatively quick. Big thanks to Bonifords I know where I m going for all of my mechanical needs!

I took my Ford Edge to Bodiford s after engine light came on. I had originally taken it to another shop that I felt did not want to fully investigate the issue. Because I was working, They arrange a tow to their garage. Evaluated my engine issues. Once it was discovered that repair was more then the value of the car, Bodiford found scrap dealer that would pay the most!They were so helpful and patient through the process!

The service I received at Bodiford's was outstanding! I was kept apprised of the services needed for my vehicle. No high pressure tactics at all. Frank and the staff were friendly and professional. This was my first time at Bodiford's and will definitely return whenever I need my vehicles serviced.

Our state requires emissions. Our Honda Accord failed the State Emissions. I called around and Bodiford's Automotive gave me a quote for our service and repairs that were comparable to what we were expecting. Mr. Bodiford communicated to me up front what they were going to do with the car and when I should bring it in since I was from out-of-town. Mr. Bodiford & Auto Tech both drove the car after servicing to make sure the Check Engine Light did not appear. Mr. Bodiford, Auto Tech, and staff communicated with me the entire time keeping me abreast while servicing out automobile. I have recommnended Bodiford's Automotive to my extended family in the greater Mobile and Pensacola areas.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The literal worst automotive experience I ve ever dealt with. Brought my car in with a few issues and was never kept up to date with issues. Only after calling once a day for 3 days to get updates did they finally start telling me what was going on. Fast forward 3 months and the parts are still wrong and I am having to waste my time each week to bring it up there and leave it for multiple days. 0/10 do not recommend them.Services: Air conditioning, Battery

My car was making a funny noise and I knew something just wasn't right. As a woman I don't always feel comfortable dealing with my car but Bodiford took great care of me and my car. They put my mind at ease and fixed the problem. I would recommend them to everyone I know

Frank and staff made us feel right at "home".They replaced sensors and did some other work on our Mercedes and nowit's running just fine. They are very patient and very professional.I'm so happy that they work on all types of automobiles.Now my wife and I, have found a life long mechanic. A one-stop shop.A class act!!Thank you Frank!

Great service, Very knowledgeable! Had my truck at another shop actively working on it for over a month and they couldnt figure it out, got it to bodifords amd they got it running in 20 minutes and was driving home in 30!

I dropped my wedding ring beside my seat and couldn't find it. They were so helpful and saved my day and got my wedding ring!somehow fell in a hole in my center conceal. They were absolutely amazing and accommodating. I had my 8 month old son with me and the office manager offered too take me home so I didn't have to wait there with my son, which I had no formula or diapers for because I was just running my daughter to school that morning! I won't take my car any place else!! Thank you so much Bodiford!!

I highly recommend Bodiford's Automotive. I've brought a few different vehicles to them over the past couple years, and they always do a great job, for less than the dealership. For example, the Honda dealer wanted to replace my entire throttle body in my Civic, just because the TPS sensor went out. Bodiford's mechanic was able to replace the sensor by itself for a lot less $$$.

Awesome shop and even better people we were sort of in a bind and Mr. Frank Bodiford personally took care of us. We were out of state visiting Alabama when the transmission went out on my SUV. I didn t know my transmission was bad or about to kick the bucket. We called around to several nearby shops but no one seemed to have time to take us in. We were traveling with our three young kids and the situation was getting grim. We eventually made it around to calling Bodiford s Automotive Service. Frank Bodiford attempted to remedy the situation while on the phone. However, all attempts to get out of first/second or go in reverse didn t work. I tried putting an additive from AutoZone in the transmission but it was a no go (mind you I am not a car guy). Mr. Bodiford agreed to look at the vehicle. It took about 30 minutes to arrive because we could not go over 10-20 mph. It was late on a Friday and he obviously had other vehicles to repair, which I know now is a testament to his service and crew. We basically were at his mercy.Mr. Bodiford immediately took in our vehicle. His staff ensured we felt like family. They put on a movie for the kids and made us comfortable as possible. Although, I was sweating bullets because I figured we were about to get taken advantage of given our urgent situation. I began searching online for transmission replacement cost, estimated repairs, solenoid issues, etc. and was shell shocked at the prices. It became apparent we needed transmission work immediately or was not getting very far. Mr. Bodiford soon emerged and confirmed our fears. We were weighing our options about how to get back home, getting the vehicle serviced, paying for the diagnostics, paying Frank for the time he took to service the vehicle, etc. It seemed a bad situation was just getting worse; I was ready to just pay up, get a rental, and be done with the situation. Mr. Bodiford provided us with all the information needed to help get us situated. To my surprise they were able to get the vehicle into reverse and the transmission was at least operable. Apparently, they disengaged the transmission safe mode and used an additive the actually worked. I stood there with credit card in hand and Mr. Bodiford declined. He serviced the vehicle as much as he could at the last minute and we were ripe for the taking; however, he wouldn t take a penny. I stood there in disbelief and was extremely grateful. I was thinking about the bad publicity some mechanic shops get and here Mr. Bodiford stood just as concerned, courteous, and empathetic to our situation as if we were his family. We departed Bodiford's Automotive and traded in the vehicle that evening. We didn t want to press our luck with trying to drive home. Although we took a hit on the trade-in value because of the transmission, we were just elated with Mr. Bodiford and his crew. Hopefully I do not have any repair needs in the immediate future since I now have a newer vehicle but if so, I am taking it to Mr. Bodiford. Enough cannot be said when you deal with good people. We sincerely thank them.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would but there are only 5. The personnel in this shop are highly skilled - they fixed all model cars- friendly, kind and thoughtful.The belt to our Subaru Outback while traveling on I-10W broke or was torn. We got stranded and had to be towed to Bodiford Automotive by recommendation of AAA. It so happened that the hotel nearby was sold out and we were traveling home for the Thanksgiving holiday. We spent the night in our car in the parking lot of Bodiford. When the first personnel showed up to open the shop, my husband went to talk to her to notify her of our predicament. My husband came back to the car and told me that she s making coffee and that we could use the bathroom, and look at the car as soon as the shop opens.They fixed our car emergency as soon as they opened. We were backed on the road in two hours. If they were close where we live, Bodiford Automotive will be our new service advisors. Thank you very much!

My family and I were stranded one night in Mobile Alabama on our way back to Texas when our car suddenly died. A friend of the lead technician, Bill, helped get our car to their shop. The next morning Bill and his crew repaired the car and contacted us. Great service and quick help for us stranded out of towners. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area.

Great service. Frank is very attentative and helpful. I moved here from Florida and had no one to take my car to, he was so helpful. Helped me with pricing. Car ready very quickly. I will not take my VW anywhere else. :)

Bodiford's is an outstanding service facility. They have a knowledgeable staff and their prices are competitive. They really go the extra mile for their customers. I would not think of taking my vehicle anywhere else!

In a world full of deciept and shortcomings, Bodiford's Automotive rises above like a SpaceX rocketship on the way to Mars. Without fault Bodiford came to the rescue, even though it took a few days, and helped me get my vehicle back to the shape it needed to be in. When in doubt, consider all of your options or be smart and choose Bodiford's Automotive.

I would recommend Bodifords to anyone with automotive needs. They take the time to make sure your vehicle is in perfect order. They are the only ones I will take my truck to get worked on!
