My family and I were driving to gulf shores and our brake line blew. We hobbled our way to Bay City and they were more than accommodating. As soon as we pulled in they assessed the car and had the car ready in about 2 hours. After they finished a mechanic named Richy test drove the car and he found that an additional part was missing. He put it in and we were gone 15 minutes later. My mother met a new friend that was working at the desk, she was very pleasant and great to talk to in the meantime. James was very professional and gave us detailed information about the part they added. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awesome service and work. During thanksgiving week, I was traveling through town OTW to FL and had my power steering go out right outside of mobile. After stopping at Firestone and Autozone, both recommended Bay City for the work needed on my vehicles electronic pump.They did not disappoint. They assisted me with diagnosing the extent of the problem, were patient with me in the lobby as I called around town for pricing and even recommended an alternative track with the dealership since they did not have the necessary software for a possible cheaper fix.Just great all around and wish they were my local shop in TX. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Used to do good dependable work but over past few years not so much. They've had my jeep for days and never correctly repaired it or either I'd find a new problem after I got it from them. Sad the way they've declined.

Long post- my daughter just moved to Mobile 3 weeks ago and had an emergency with her car this weekend. We called right when they opened and told Steve the issues. He said he would do all he could to help. She barely got the car there but they immediately started helping her.Turns out the previous oil place had not replaced the oil when they changed it out 4 weeks ago. (Allegedly of course. ) She had it checked two days ago at an oil change place in Mobile and they said it was fine and they didn t see an issue. Steve was flabbergasted and said he is surprise it has been driving! So, he did all he could to get the car in working order again and kept in contact with us every step of the way. Having an 18 year old over 4 hours away stranded is a parents nightmare and Steve certainly eased our minds. He treated our daughter as his own and we are very thankful! Clearly finding honest people is an issue in todays world and we are extremely thankful to have found one of the good ones! Thank you Steve for taking care of our daughter and getting her car drivable again!

Great experience at Bay City Tire & Wheel. Shane was very helpful in helping me pick the right tires & explaining all the work that was done. Prices were reasonable and I never felt any sales pressure to get more done than necessary.I will be going back in the future and will recommend them to others.

By far the best service in town. 1st class troubleshooting problems and will get the job done asap. They stand behind their work and do a 1st class job. Great family business I wouldn't mind sending my daughter there.

Great experience, took my personal truck in for an alignment and to get my wheels balanced and it drives phenomenally now. Didnt break the bank, and they were quick and precise. Very helpful, polite, and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. They do all the work on my company truck, and have kept me safely on the road for thousands of miles. Thank you guys!

Honesty from the get-go. Truck went in for a rotation and alignment, they found bad U-joints, bushings, and drivers bearing. Showed me immediately and replaced with upgraded replacements. Was only without a vehicle for two days. Great work!

Charged 140 for an 80 dollar tire. Said it would take an hour to get a tire on the rim took them almost 3 then had me wait another 15 for it while they were on the phone and also forgot the cap. Oh and one of their employees took the liberty of hopping in my car and moving it for me instead of just letting me know to move it.

This place is professional yet still make you feel like an actual valued customer. They are honest, which is a word you usually NEVER use for auto repair businesses. They will not try to ring you for unnecessary repairs or charges. In my opinion, this is the best place to get new tires, oil change, tire rotation and/or get your car checked out when you have problems. I have friends who have been going there for over 30 years. As long as I stay in Mobile, I intend on always taking my cars to Bay City. Thanks for all you do!

Haven't been able to find quality work in town for a long time. Bay City has some of the most professional staff and highest quality standard. I'm very meticulous as reliability inspector and these guys are on top of the list. They've worked on everything from my old F-100 to my newer VW Golf. I HIGHLY recommend them...They have a customer for life!!!

Extremely disappointed! This business was recommended by a friend who swore on this shop's good reputation and professionalism. I should have known from the start this wasn't going to be the best place at the time I called to book an appt. I was told come anytime after lunch as we are not typically busy. Long story short I was advised to come back on Saturday morning a few mins before they actually open. I was greeted by another customer who advised me no one was there as of yet. She told me she was told the same thing to come back on Saturday morning. I walked up to door shortly after 8am to find they were closed in observance of 4th of July. What a total waste of my off day!

I have been doing business with them for several years with many different vehicles ranging from cars to larger 1 ton work trucks. Gas and diesel. In short: Quality work, competitive pricing, and outstanding service has been consistent. Great team all around! I would have voted a fifth star if the parking area could handle the business. Chick-Fil-A has the same problem.

They have a shuttle system and will take you somewhere; i've never used that but how great.They always greet me when I come in, tell me an up front time on service and then usually get done sooner than they say they will. It's a friendly environment and they've never tried to "sell" me on something else. I appreciate the work they do and the great customer service, which is not the case everywhere.

I went to Bay City to get an estimate for a huge dent to my rear bumper. I was greeted by George who is super nice and friendly. The manger Mr. Palmer examined the damage right away, pop out the dent on the spot and free of charge. That's the quickest car service I ever had.

Great place overall! Awesome customer service. nobody in the area can beat their prices on tires! I was quoted 200.00 dollars less than other places for 4 brand new tires. I will definitely keep doing business here.

Dropped off my tire and wheel for a simple valve stem replacement. A day and a half later my tire has still not been repaired. This is not the first time Bay city tire has let me down but it will be the last.

This is the only shop my truck will ever go to. My family and I have used Bay City for 10+ years. I always recommend them to everybody needing tires/wheels or work done to their vehicles. This is a professional shop with great people.

I was ok with them until Shane lied about me abandoning my car then had my finance company pay him a thousand and some odd dollars when I only owed him 578 remind you he said storage fees when he had my car for three in and half months before he even completed my car I will be seeing you in court for the money I had to pay them over to get my car back because of your lies I will never recommend anyone to deal with these thieves

Awesome team at Bay City. I was passing thru and found myself needing an emergency tire install. These guys don't only do cages, but do bikes as well. 3 other local 'bike shops' saw it was a Victory and wouldn't touch it. With no fear Bay City Tire jumped right on it. No problems. They even gave me a ride to pick up a tire at another vender. Definitely would recommended this shop to any 2 wheelers or cages. Great Job guys and gal!!

The owner is real friendly and down to earth never had I problem but the workers are careless and don't pay attention to what they are doing. Left deep scratches in my 26 inch dub wheels and broke a stud my rim sit on. Not once did they report or mention any accident.

My Grandsons Radiator started leaking while on the way to Florida in Mobile,, called a Cousin that lives near by and he told us to call Shane at Bay City,, Bay City did. Phenomenal job fixing his jeep for him, and made sure it was ready for Saturday when he needed it, and everything was handled over the phone , Mike from Houma La
