Sam B was incredible! He tested our battery, confirmed what I already knew that it was a bad battery, and got a new battery quickly installed. His home Autozone is in Semmes so, I was lucky to have him covering a shift at this location. This guy needs a raise!

The people that work there are awesome!!! My Durango had the engine installed by some backyard goofballs that couldn't put a model together right so they let me try different belts until I found one that would fit and I expected them to have a attitude with me but they were all super nice and friendly!!!

We walked in and were immediately greeted by multiple sales people who were all very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this autozone for any of your vehicle needs

Had a great experience! Marcus W. Helped me. He was super friendly and helpful. It took less than 30 minutes to buy the battery and have Marcus replace it for me. I highly recommend this store! Thanks Marcus!!!!!

Would've given a 5 but their battery/alternator tester "'wasn't working". Not that im saying they were lying but I feel like everything else went great!! Good place to get parts in East Mobile.

Went in to get a alternator didn t have enough money on my card so it declined , they took all the money out my account and would not refund me , told me to go to my back,been to the bank twice and they said autozone has to refund me for the purchase but they still refuse to , don t go here they will rob you for every dollar in your account and won t return it , this place is a scam and don t deserve my 1 star review

Needed a new battery while traveling and called ahead and reserved one. They put it in for me since I would have to unload to get to my tools. Very friendly and helpful.

Shout Out to the Guys @ Auto Zone on MOFFETT rd They ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMER!! They make sure u get EXACTLY WHAT U NEED AND THEN HIT A HUNCH OF BUTTONS TO GET U THE BEST DEAL ON THE PARTS U NEED!! They even let you know when someone else had something cheaper BUT THEY USUALLY CAN Match the other price#i autozone#uguysrock#servicegods

My car battery died and in pouring rain their technician, Sam, came to the house and installed a new battery no charge. Pretty awesome.

Bought a part on another store. It just died and the store manager couldn t give me any warranty at all. Do lifetime warranty doesn t work with them . Is there any PepBoys, or advance near by so I can get a new one with real lifetime warranty?

Thank you Barbara C for helping us in the pouring down rain! Our check engine light came on and we have about 400 miles to go so we stopped by the nearest Auto zone for the free diagnostic scan test.
