Love this autozone, I won t go to any other auto parts store unless they don t have what I need. Every employee is always so nice and helpful. They re friendly and recognize regulars and treat them very well. The customers are all very poorer and friendly as well.

I met three beautiful black ladies today that were very helpful in helping me change my battery today. The manager was great at what she did and I loved her helpful and kind demeanor when training her employee who needed some assistance. The ladies are amazing and I definitely have a lot of respect for what they do. The TX native passing through wanted to show my gratitude and appreciation. :)

Came to this location around 7:30pm on. Friday night. Firstly was not greeted and dude just had a weird nonchalant vibe and not in a good way..the whole situation was very short, but weird and just not okay. Needed to test a starter, said their machine was not working. No biggie. Said we can check another store, we asked if he would mind calling another store so we weren t running around and just to be sure. He said why? We responded do do you mind he then said with a chuckle I know their working . Umm what in the actual ? After that he just like stared at us, dude was just weird. When we asked if he was a manger and he said yeah.. not sure if that was true but he was wearing a grey shirt. Something needs to be corrected about his action and how he went about that. He also followed us out the door in some odd way. If there is was a to make a formal complaint I would.We came down to Cottage Hill & Azalea the guys were super helpful/ very willing to help and knowledgeable. We also normally go to the moffet rd and they are great too. If you read this far just go ahead and skip over this location.

Fine if you know what they have and where to look for it. Not fine if there are problems with an order or if you need more than basic tools.

So went to get a new battery and they told us we had to take the tire off in order to replace the battery (ok that's fine cool) well they waited until the tired was basically off to tell us we didn't actually have to do all that, just turn the tire a certain way. And while that was annoying it was not that big a deal. Well then they come outside to install it and appearently there was this plastic that you have to take off so they made us take it off (which was difficult to say the least) then when it's finally off they decide to tell us that they "don't install those batteries" which we could have done all this at home instead of in the heat at the store. I feel like they lack in communication and were short with us at times. It wasn't the whole staff of coarse but some of them were a little rude. I feel like they waited til the last minute to say they couldn't install in on purpose. So....yeah could have been way easier if they would just simply tell us what we need to know before wasting our time.

Smh poor customer service. I had to interrupt the employee so I could be help, if not they would've act like I wasnt there. They had 4 employees (that I seen) but only 1 ringing out at the register and to make it worse, the guy ringing out was involved looking up parts for people too. A couple of the guy employees there seemed to attend to the females even tho they weren't next in line.

The Manager Willie is Awesome! Very polite and Knowledgeable, when it came to him assisting me with finding a few parts for my car... Love this place and their warranty.. I Will definitely be back for anything I may need for my car.

Store in Mobile at 407 Holcombe Avenue. Store employee gave me an issue qith a refund .. Then she was told to perform return mumbling under her breath she says she cares nothing about something.... Either way I'm a customer and she was rude in the conversation... I think her job is getting to her... I just purchased item yesterday around same time and her words were that i would have to come back tomorrow because the store didn't have cash or whatever.. So I simply said so I have to waste gas and all that when u had no problem selling the item..... I guess if I hadnt pushed issue she wasnt gonna do it.... Then the Manager tells her to perform said return... She was clearly unmoved by having to do refund...

The workers were very responsive and helped the best they could, but at the time they did not have certain aftermarket lights in stock. Nonetheless, they were friendly and made my overall experience decent.

This place showed horrible customer service. Brought my alternator in to be tested. Not just one but 2 employees to include the grey shirt tried to say" We dont test your alternator due to it being a side mount" without looking up the product in their system or finding the info needed to run the test. Everyone please be advised:THAT IS A BOLD FACED LIE!!!I've worked Autozone before and was a manager. Every auto parts store that offers testing of electrical devices have the same exact machine and are required to keep the machine in proper working order

They were very nice and knew exactly the obscure part I needed when I described. Also I saw someone I know from highschool working there and I didn't say hi and I feel bad about it.

Staff was very lazy my 19 year old son went in to buy motor oil and end up buying some purple oil I went up there to ask about the oil and two guys said it was real good and that s the kind of oil they use for jet engines first of all my son don t have a jet he have a Hyundai second no one helped him out the oil in he put it in where the oil stick go that s the reason cane got me cause he said he had a hard time putting it in while I was up there showing him how and where to put it in one of the workers walked out and got in his car and left no one helped or ask if we needed help the store was empty

I have been deal with Autozone over years , but every time i have problems with battery of my vehicle i always came to Autozone, they sold me a wrong battery , cause alot problems for my vehicle and i haveen been paid for to fixed it. Now i came to them to address the problem , one of the employee came out to tested the battery on my vehicle .....i told him what my mechanic told me and the Autozone employee ( the one tested the battery) got mad and told me " your mechanic doesnt know what he is talking about , i had been go to school to be mechanic so i know" and he walked away. What an unprofessional employee of Autozone!!!!...i eill not deal with Autozone anymore from now on.Someone need to talk to this employee about his attitude!!...
