So I have a new Ridgeline. Honda makes a service appointment for me 4 months after purchase. I live in Pensacola, but drive to Mobile (50 miles) for service because they were nice when I purchased the vehicle and asked for my business. I show up at 7:45 a.m. just to be told my service is not covered (supposed to be free) until my oil life is at 15% (it's at 40% at 6400 miles). That would've been good information to have before I drove out there. Could've at least offered to put gas in my truck for the inconvenience. I'll just stay in Pensacola.

I've had good service with every oil change I've had there. The pros are that they do have coupons from time to time that you can get to make your oil change the same price as anywhere else. With people who are super familiar with your type of car. You do need to make an appointment a couple days before. I'm glad they're open on Saturdays so I can get my oil changed.

I have bought 3 vehicles at our Honda dealership over the years and have been a Honda owner for 34 years. I had my oil changed in 2 of our vehicles in the last month. I made my appointments online which makes it convenient to have it work with my schedule. I talked in advance of my last visit that they had the correct filter on hand since I would be waiting. The whole process went as smooth as can be. Even with the remodeling going on they take good care of their customers. They have a double wide mfg home serving as the waiting room with large comfortable living room chairs along with free Wifi and snacks and coffee. I read my book and was almost disappointed when they text me my vehicle was done. I was very comfortable. I had a coupon roll through my FB newsfeed a number of times and uses the coupon. My final price actually ended up a few dollars cheaper than the coupon. All In all a very good visit. I will always be back.

I come from the Nissan family so the expectations were set; HOWEVER, Honda exceeded those expectations!! From the lounge, which was extremely comfortable with snacks and coffee, to the customer service. Paul did an amazing job with communicating throughout the process and the checkout. I was simply amazed.

I took my 2023 accord in for a Recall. I was able to make an appointment online with ease, their front desk was friendly and the service was done quickly. I would go back and I would recommend getting services done here.

The service team greeted me right away and even shuttled me to and from the nearby shopping mall so I didn t have to wait in the waiting room during my cars servicing. The service team kept me informed of my service progress which was quicker the promised.

We purchased a new Honda Pilot touring Model in February of 2023. In May we brought it in to have routine service as well as have the Navigation system checked. The Navi system would freeze and leave bread crumbs all over the screen etc. We were told then they would have to contact the engineer and they would get back to us. In Early July we called back only to be told to bring it back in to be checked. They told us they could duplicate the problem we're having and would need to get some parts. After changing out parts twice it still does the same thing, so in Mid November Michelle was waiting on the engineer to get back with them on how to repair. I have called and left messages on her phone the last three days and have not heard back yet. This is going on now for approximately 7 months now. I paid for a Navi system to work and that's what I expect, I guess the next step is to get lawyers involved?

I have had my cars serviced at AutoNation for many years. I trust them to do right by me as I am a senior citizen who knows little about car servicing requirements. I do hope they get their remodeling done soon as I am on oxygen now and had a rough time getting from the service area to the waiting area and back again. Also, they mentioned something about "oil leaks" but there was no follow-up. Hope I didn't have any.

Service department is fine, expect at least a dozen emails demanding that you review them! Really annoying that they feel they have the right to force you to complete a homework assignment!!!! Stop with the harassment!!!! Zero stars for the 8 emails and three phone calls demanding I review them!!!

Giving this dealership 1 star simply because 0 stars is not and option - My husband and I bought a 2017 Nissan Titan XD (or what we thought was an XD as was on all our paperwork) from this dealership; however, the vehicle we bought is actually a 2017 Nissan Titan SL. This dealership, once notified of the (trim) issue, has yet to resolve the problem (even though we paid more because we were told and sold incorrectly on the higher level trim). Further, there have been many other after the sale issues regarding the contract that have required changes (some because of the finance company, others because of minor edits, etc.) This was the first time we have experienced so many after-the-fact paperwork issues! In addition to all the above, the Titan has had idle issues (especially on cold start) from day one - another issue that the dealership was immediately notified of and has made no attempt to resolve (or really even respond to).After buying (now) 2 used vehicles from AutoNation with this being the worse sale of experience of all, I can say that overall AutoNation (as a company) needs to work on assuring that all paperwork is done correctly, and even more importantly, they need to greatly improve on customer service after the sale !

I did one of those cash estimate for your vehicle sort of things, and this place said they could do better than the site came back with. Stupidly, I set up an appointment and went in.My first impression was that they are rude. I got there and parked. Immediately upon opening my door, Mark demands my keys. But I had to pee, so I left him there.I came back to him once again demanding my keys. I asked if there was bottled water or something somewhere. He left me and came back with a hot bottle of water.Second impression: uncomfortable. The interior was too cluttered and just unwelcoming. The bathroom needs a remodeling badly.Third impression: bad business people. They don't know how to sell. They were dishonest in their emailing saying they could do better on the buyout price. They said they'd give me exactly what the estimate was and that they've never given more than what the site came back with.It's sad because I found a vehicle I really liked, but I can't deal with liars.I did spend some time with one young salesperson whom I was impressed with. Unfortunately, any deal attempted would still go through the untrustworthy management mentioned earlier.

I can't believe I had to return twice after when I told them my car was still leaking oil they said it wasn't leaking when I returned for second time they said it was leaking in two other places they should have seen it when I returned the first time.
