I can't say enough about this place. The entire staff was outstanding. Samual was absolutely phenomenal! We texted on Friday a few times, spoke on the phone, had a deal in place and I picked up my truck the next day. I highly recommend.

This dealership made everything pretty quick, easy and painless. Salesman John Gregg's Jr went above and beyond to get the car I wanted for me, coming in on his day off and even going all the way to Covington Louisiana to pick my vehicle up since that was the nearest Accord in the color I wanted. I left feeling excited for my new car, and secure with the warranties I was offered.

I highly recommend this dealership! I got a great price on a used vehicle. They have a no haggle policy on their used vehicles, which I love! The sales staff and general manager were all great to work with. They took care of a couple minor repairs and gave me a loaner to drive while the repairs were being made. I will definitely give them first look on my next vehicle purchase!

Come to auto nation looking for help my suv is going into limp mode and barely doing ten miles an hour only to be told it will be 155 dollars just to hook it up to diagnostics. Not fix anything just to hook a machine to it which I had done less than a week ago . The guy tells me it s bad gas and I leave same thing keeps happening so I m not really sure about spending 155 dollars for no help at fixing anything. Kinda messed up that you have to pay the people that sell service and have the knowledge about your vehicle but charge you just to tell you what s wrong with it. I know something s wrong with it I d just like to find out what without having to pay a few hundred dollars. Took a chance even driving up here to hear that thanks for nothing Honda and left there only able to do 10 miles an hour thanks for helping me safely get home . And still have no idea what s wrong with my car

Great Salesforce. I called the dealership to ask closing time, the receptionist asked what auto I was interested in and when I arrived our salesman Luis had brought the 2 available vans to the front lot. He had the keys in hand when we got out of our car and we were able to immediately take a test drive. We liked the van and in 2 1/2 hours were driving home with our new vehicle! We got a reasonable trade in allowance and a decent sticker price. Great car buying experience!!! My second Odyssey from this dealership. A satisfied customer. Thanks again to Luis and the team. Good job .

Keith took time with us on several visits to make sure we found the right car for our 16 year old. He made sure to show her everything on the vehicle and how to use it. This was my first time doing business with Autonation Honda in Mobile. I had set up an inspection with them to check out a vehicle I was purchasing. I ran a little late for my appointment time and had to call and update them. This was no problem and they told me to just come when I could. When I arrived I was greeted by service advisor Paul Landry, who was friendly and informative throughout the process. The dealer is currently in the process of construction so the waiting room is currently housed in a trailer but everything is well-labeled and clean. The dealer got me in and out quickly and gave me a rundown of the vehicle and its status. If I am ever in Mobile again and need service I would go to Autonation Honda at Bel Air Mall. The service was fast and friendly and Paul Landry was knowledgeable and polite.

I like this place. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I went in for an oil change on my Honda Accord and they completed it quickly. In a previous time, I had a repair that was more than I had in the bank. Ms. Elizabeth was able to get me approved for a program that they have to cover expensive repairs. I am so grateful for that. I would recommend Honda Autonation to anyone. They really take care of their customers.

Spoke with Danielle first around 3PM about new Honda for sale. She had the key details to me in minutes via email. When I got off at five I called and asked when they closed - she said 8PM but she would wait if I needed more time. I live about an hour away from the dealership. We had the deal finshed up by about 8PM with the most time spent covering extended warranty options. We went with HondaCare. Danielle was quick, knowledgeable and moved the process along as quickly as was possible. Highest recommendation to her personally and the entire delership staff as well.

After having two cars sold from under us at a local dealership I reached out to Auto Nation who had the exact car we were looking for. Called Rick a sales manger told him the problem we had. He sent us an offer that was better than the other dealership and held the car when I told him we were driving a little over an hour to pick it up with only our word and a credit application he did so. I have been in the automotive business as a Service Manger and sales I have not had a better buying experience in decades. We are pleased too give Auto Nation And its team a five star rating for outstanding customer service.

I came to the Honda dealership at Belair unsure what kind of car I wanted. I test drove a CRV and immediately knew what car I wanted. Sam Ross was a wonderful salesman, he answered all of my questions. Although I didn t buy the car that day, I was given ample contact information and details if I wanted to come back and buy the CRV. Days later, I decided to buy the car since I love it so much. All of the staff were very helpful. The buying process always takes longer than expected but I did not feel rushed by the staff. As I was figuring out insurance coverage, Sam was very attentive to make sure I didn t need any assistance. I would recommend buying from Honda Belair, I would also recommend Sam Ross as your salesman!

I had such a pleasant buying experience with Dale at AutoNation Honda! Came from Bay St. Louis, MS to Mobile, AL after shopping in 3 different states! Dales is a straight forward easy going guy. No pressure ever. I felt he genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He was patient with all our questions. Also, he's even followed up with me after a few days of having my car which is just great customer service! I absolutely love my car! I'd highly recommed Dale at AutoNation Honda if you're in the market!

If you re looking to purchase a vehicle, this is the best place to go. The management and staff is outstanding. Austyn was a 10/10 and made the process very seamless. He s very easy to talk to and will do everything he can to help. I couldn t have had a better experience, honestly. The vehicle needed to be shipped from a different location and they made that process so simple. Mark was such a big help in all of this as well. I found the vehicle on a Thursday and had the keys and everything competed by the following Monday. Thank you again to Austyn and Mark for your help. You both rock and I couldn t have asked for anything better!!

Highly recommend working with Ka'Lisha at AutoNation! She was great from start to finish. She sent video and pics of car and worked the deal over the phone. When we arrived it took about 45 mins for paperwork. She made the buying process simple and efficient! Thanks Ka'Lisha! Love my hybrid CRV, especially the37 MPG.

The young man that greeted me was so nice and professional. My visit to the customer lounge was nice as well. Comfortable seats, coffee and refreshments were available. I didn't wait long before the greeter came back and provided me with a detailed inspection of my car. My visit was a good one. I'll come back for sure.

I live in Florida and couldn t find the Accord we wanted, I discovered it at AutoNation Honda at Bel Air. Called and connected with Salesperson Tori, the rest is history. We agreed on a sales price and we went to dealership to close. The Accord came to new home in Hialeah FL, see pic. I want to thank everyone at Honda Bel Air for a very pleasant transaction.

Had an amazing experience with Honda AutoNation! We purchased the 2023 Honda CRV as our first ever Honda and first family car. Philip was not only genuine, but he made us feel comfortable and at home. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and went out of his way to show us different options that were available to ensure complete satisfaction in our decision. He is the first salesperson at a dealership who personally took us to meet staff in the service area and introduce us to our future service providers. Ambree was very personable and friendly! She was very specific in her explanation of details with pricing and fought hard to bring us as close to the payment that we were comfortable with as possible. AutoNation Honda has gained life-long customers, or clients as Philip would say. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Not a good experience. I was working with another dealership. The dealership was trading with this one. I paid my deposit and waited weeks for my car to come in. It arrived and this dealership sold it. At one point, this dealership had one car I considered. The quote I received was higher than other dealerships around. It seemed they had no concept of trying to make a situation right after selling my car I paid a deposit on. Rude salesman, very pushy. No concept of good customer service or customer lifetime value.We had a wonderful experience with Dawn at Cannon Honda! Unbeatable price on a brand new car. Wonderful customer service. Quick and efficient.
